Man, the Ortensia erasure in fanworks is sometimes baffling to me. She’s either dead, non-existent, or barely present in the story.

But I can kind of see why.

She’s not really fleshed out in cannon, so people won’t really implement her in stories that much because…well, how are they suppose to write her?

And I think we can all agree that it’s Disney’s fault for why that is.

I feel like if we got an Epic Mickey 3 or if the Oswald show wasn’t cancelled (or Disney actually USING THE CHARACTERS) then I genuinely do believe she would’ve been more fleshed out and even gotten some character development.

And it sucks to say it because I do love Ortensia and I do believe, despite very little we have of her, she does have a lot to offer as a character.

then of course there is every scene with li ming (& heart) in moonlight chicken but especially the scene in which li ming shares a beer with jim after the funeral and they wholeheartedly and candidly for the first time in the show!!!

AND my most beloved scene in triage when Tinn & Tol kiss for the first time in the loop where ~spoilers~ they kill tinn 🤡 there's so much softness in that scene especially the conversation they were having before i cried while watching it

Well the good news is I didn't drive eight hours today after eight hours of work to get to a doctor's appointment in a different state

The bad news is that this is because my rental car just. Didn't happen. Because there's a huge shortage of rentals. And when I reserved one online, they switched what month I was reserving it for between pages, and I got one for a month from now. And my actual car doesn't have power steering at this moment, and while I'll drive it to and from work as is, I refuse to put that thing on a highway until it's fixed

So. I do not know how I will be getting my meds. But I still have tomorrow off of work, so at the very least, I'll get a break
