I really like puzzle games, not so much of a gun game person but Splatoon is an exception!! little nightmares, Stray, It takes two, Sally face, minecraft, and The cave are definitely my all time faves!

Few of my favorite movies are fifty first dates, white chicks, and juno.. but I watch lots of animated stuff like Song of the sea, the breadwinner, some Ghibli films here and there and especially Tim Burton films!! Some series are inside job, MTV downtown, Hilda, and clone high!

I finally remembered to do this. This is probably going to be very long so I have provided a read-more for your convenience

🌙 ~ Physical Characteristics ~ 🌙

First important thing, ny's a robot! Not just any robot, but an.. Android? Whatever term you use to refer to a robot which is supposed to look like a human. With fake skin and hair, ny even feels like a real human. The next important, and definitely more obvious (to the other characters), thing is that ny is only 4 feet tall. Ny also has a cloak, a shirt with the logo of nys favorite band (Aiz-Eclise, which is totally made up), and a giant hammer that is at least the size of nys body, possibly even taller... Describing appearances is hard, here's a picture

🦋~ Personality ~🦋

I've only just started playing nym so personality is subject to a lot of changes. Ny is very much an extrovert, befriending basically everybody ny meets. In fact ny's probably the reason the party ends up being friends lol. Ny tends to be friendly, but has a definite sarcastic snarky side which can come out at any moment. This hasn't been shown in rp yet, but ny also sometimes has a weirdly mysterious and possibly even wise mystic side.

As previously mentioned, Lunys is only 4 feet tall. Very small

Very importantly, ny is completely blind. Cannot see absolutely anything at all. Yes most blind people can still kinda see like, the light level or something, but Lunys gets nothing. Somebody forgot to make nys eyes work I suppose

Lunys has weird moon and moth related powers

Because of this, nys favorite animal is moths, and ny loves the moon and space in general

Ny loves listening to music, favorites include Aiz-Eclise, but also P!atD, Set it Off, and Cepheid. Of course, ny will also listen to almost anything you give nym

Ny has a sister named Cloe

Nys dream is to explore the world

Re: the P!atD thing

do i count as the mooooost fake of geek-girls for originally gettin into P!atD because their lyrics were Chuck Palahniuk references (specifically Invisible Monsters, yes really) but also unlike Fall Out Boy, their lyrics were clever but not overly-twisted up tryin too damn hard to sound moar clever than it is sorry not sorry, but in 2004? they sounded like poster children for "I am 15 and this is deep" lyrics style, which... nope. There's intricate, there's clever, and there's an over-engineered overwritten mess

anyway, pour one out for the time i totalz saw them in concert, for FREE! I forget why, but it was an outdoor promo event, and I literally was late for an appointment a block away, but stopped by to hear just ... just one fav song.... Which of course means stood there for like 30min waiting for The Song, but pfffffft, who needs to be on time for things

Honestly? I wasn’t a Lil Nas X stan or anything and I still won’t consider myself that because I’m not overly into his stuff.

But this? Montero? Important. Or at least, the reaction to it is very important to note. Y’see Nas isn’t the first one use satanic or other occult imagery. Hell he isn’t even the first mainstream one to use it (if you count P!atd Emperors new clothes. Mainstream and religious themes, tho it wasn’t up to this level I think.) but he is the first mainstream one to use it in reference to his sexuality and completely reclaim it. Again, not the first one, but the first mainstream one. And that’s important. Whether you care for the mainstream or not, you can’t deny the reach and influence they have.

(I think) what conservative Christians’ biggest problem with is that the video showed him going “fuck it” and went to hell and wasn’t afraid of it. After all, if Heaven wasn’t going to accept him for who he is, he doesn’t want that then.

The key thing is not being afraid of hell and rejecting Heaven altogether. These two are antithetical to the entire Christian doctrine. You must desire Heaven and God’s favor and you must fear The Devil and Hell. If you don’t do that, the rest starts to fall apart, maybe. When Christians butt heads with others, they often get most bothered when the other person states they don’t want God or Heaven and what not. A very “how dare you not want what i want” sorta thing.

And idk if Lil Nas X is Christian or not, but this is how he chose to reframe the religious themes for his story. But there are ex-christians, both atheistic and theistic, who have had this same line of thought. If God/Heaven/The Church won’t accept this about me, then I don’t want it. Hell, I think part of the revival of witchcraft and rise of neopaganism and satanists in the past decade comes from people rejecting the church. People, who more often than not, were harmed by the church.

idk idk. Yes this music is important for the gays reclaiming the doctrine that has harmed them. This probably means the world for some queer folk. But for me, this is an indicator of something I was wondering about for a while. I think this is another sign that there’s about to be a major shift in how religion is going to be perceived and interacted with, at least in the western world at least.

back at again with hero!reader and dano!riddler thoughts, can't get enough. (also, I know sent something earlier but I'm just very glad that u like this dynamic just as much as I do, it's a fun one! + might send in more thought for the night afterwards) so I was going thru some songs, some from the 2015-2016 era (yes, I know it was THAT time lol but bare with me) and I came across "Dont Threaten Me with a Good Time" by P!ATD. and the only reason I bring that song up is because a few of the lyrics, in my opinion, seem to fit well with this dynamic.

the line, "memories tend to pop up" makes me think of the whole past thing that could MAYBE be implied with Y/N and riddler/edward. yea, they're currently enemies but there definitely was something between the two beforehand and maybe edward, when tormenting her, always refers back to what him and her had before. he'd start off with something wack lol but then somehow he manages to get to her with the said memories. there's some other great lines in there, like "five thousand people with designer drugs" and that makes me think of riddler's followers and how y/n is just not having it with them lol.

also, side note but: I feel like we're starting mini lore with this duo, especially with the back and forth thoughts about them lol.

Dick:

instrument wise? Nothing, the man couldn’t tap out a tune on the piano if his life depended on it but boy that doesn’t stop him from trying

Sometimes the more musically inclined of the family will try to teach him a simple tune or beat to play in the background of a musical video they’re recording, but he’ll always forget the notes in 5 seconds and just improv when he feels it, it always sounds terrible but he’s having a blast 

Can sing though. Oh man can he sing

Doesn’t mean he sings anything other than Disney Princess songs tho 

If you were to ask me for a voice reference, I’d say Thomas Sanders

He has quite a wide vocal range but he’s better on higher notes

He sings quietly or under his breath most of the time, but then he’ll get to a line he’s confident on and he’ll belt it out at full volume

Sometimes a random line will ring out across the manor and it will 100% be Dick’s voice singing I Can Go The Distance from Hercules

Can carry a tune, but prefers the instrumental side of music 

He’s a tenor and sings higher than Dick, but Dick has a wider vocal range and if he wanted to, Dick could hit high notes Tim couldn’t dream of. Tim just doesn’t have the same range

But he’s fantastic at instruments 

He plays a wide range due to his private lessons back at Drake Manor, including but not limited to: Piano, saxophone, drums, cello, clarinet, acoustic guitar, trombone and the triangle 

Can Timothy Drake play incredibly difficult classical pieces on almost any instrument with ease and move the listeners to tears? Yes. Will he? No. Because the only tunes you will ever catch Timothy Drake playing is exclusively meme music

If it’s a sound on TikTok, this child can play it double time guaranteed

Damian isn’t a singer. He refuses to ever sing in front of anyone, and he’s got the whole ‘boys’ tween voice’ thing going on too, and though he’ll probably have the capacity to be a great singer when he’s older, he won’t ever sing enough for many to find out

Instruments on the other hand,,,,

Damian does his little “*tt* I don’t care for the music, I play because it quickens reaction time and helps improve my memory and hand-eye coordination” and everyone’s just “sure Dami, thats why you were playing Merry-Go-Round of Life on repeat at 4am”

He likes orchestral and classical music, he’ll often play the song over the speakers in the music room and play along on his chosen instrument

He considers that genre more impressive for a musician instead of the pop rubbish Tim plays

He was taught violin by his mother back in Nanda Parbat, and it’s still his go-to favourite instrument, but he’s been teaching himself every other instrument in the music room

He uses music as a release, because he’s finally starting to get that violence isn’t always the acceptable release like it was back in the League and Dick and Bruce are so happy to see him start to understand this and get hobbies that aren’t related to work

When he gets older his taste in music expands to more electric guitar and drum heavy songs, but right now he’s still a bratty rich child and not an angsty teen

Jason is the one who introduced teen Damian to TØP, MCR, P!ATD and BMTH and now they jam together at excruciating volumes, screaming lyrics and wildly strumming on bass and electric guitar and banging on the drums and everyone would gladly slap Jason if not for the soundproof walls in the music room

Bruce:

Bruce used to be classically trained in a few instruments but he just didn’t care enough to continue them into his teen years so he just kinda forgot them

He regrets it now, seeing all his talented kids bonding over music and thinking that it probably would be been better for him to have a hobby when he was younger 

On one rare night he has the manor to himself, so he sits down at one of his grand pianos and tries to remember one of the tunes he was taught. Alfred hears his woeful attempts and starts to teach him some easy tunes

They do this every time they have the manor to themselves 

Bruce finally masters a song and he’s really pleased with himself Alfred is just so proud of his son,,,,
