On one hand I REALLY want to see Young Avengers (2013) be adapted for live action... on the other I’ve seen how the mcu is treating Loki ://

#no because the mcu is suddenly real interested in putting gay russo and ‘revealing’ Loki is bi and their upcoming gay character #and. like. we saw what happened to Loki’s canon characterisation and how his identity and queerness was explored in his own show #so no there’s no way I’m trusting the mcu with Young Avengers where the entire team is queer #not that there’s any point musing about it bc it won’t happen like the comics considering the current storyline’s going on #but I hope the upcoming rep is decent at least #I’m so worried for Shang chi and the eternals and ms marvel and even Hawkeye bc of the rep they put in #I know the directors/writers are different and marvel has less reason to dislike new characters than Loki but like. d*mn #they really just botched a character that had the most potential to get a meaningful story down #and that was when a white guy was playing the character #😞😞😞 #the loki show #the mcu is only alive bc I find the entire ordeal funny
