I’ve been having recurring dreams where I’m rudely disinvited to events by CNN anchor Anderson Cooper??? This is the third time this has happened, already.
Could someone good at interpreting dreams please explain this? I am tired of being bullied in my dreams by Anderson Cooper.
Lmao. It’s such a bullshit take. I’m Black and I can promise you there aren’t “half” or any of My family members who agree with Trump or want to vote for him. Saying “I want to vote for Trump” at a family gathering is the fastest way to initiate some honest to God, Black-on-Black violence. Please believe me when I say that Black people like Candace Owens, Tim Scott and Kanye West are outliers, nowhere close to the norm. 🦝🦝🦝
Anyway… everyone in America already knows where Trump stands. Trump’s 90 minute infomercial masquerading as a “town hall meeting” did not show us anything we didn’t know already. And there are no “undecided voters” when it comes to Trump.
America doesn’t need to be subjected to CNN lending Trump their platform to hear even more of his racism, misogyny or anything else, to get the full picture.
That CNN Town Hall was a giant fundraiser for Trump and another rallying call to white supremacists and violent hate groups, and CNN facilitated it.
MASSIVE dereliction of duty by CNN.
Journalistic malpractice.
Hell, we can’t even call it journalism at this point, because the goal wasn’t to inform or educate, the goal was ratings and ad revenue.
Didn’t we already see this okie doke with Les Moonves and CBS?
I guess Chris Licht and CNN won’t be happy until the next January 6th coup attempt is successful.
A couple of new year appearances. Jeremy is live with Anderson Cooper this evening and then he's on the Ellen K Morning Show on Kost 103.5 fm on Tuesday morning at 8am.
Anderson Cooper is a prominent openly gay journalist on American TV. He came out as gay in an essay in 2012. He had been conflicted about protecting his own privacy and providing LGBT youth with a positive role model.
“It’s become clear to me that by remaining silent on certain aspects of my personal life for so long, I have given some the mistaken impression that I am trying to hide something—something that makes me uncomfortable, ashamed or even afraid,” he wrote. “This is distressing because it is simply not true...The fact is, I’m gay, always have been, always will be, and I couldn’t be any more happy, comfortable with myself, and proud.”
In 2022, Cooper shared an amusing story about when he first realized he was gay. At the age of 12, friends of his mother took him to go see “Bent”, a Broadway play starring Richard Gere. In the opening scene Gere and another actor were having sex under blankets. The other actor climbs out of the bed, naked, and got dressed. Cooper thought to himself:
“Oh my God, I’m gay…I’m totally gay.”
When the play was over, young Cooper went back stage to meet Gere (his theater companions knew the actor). Gere was shirtless and Cooper described the situation:
“And I had my Playbill and I wanted to get him to autograph it, but I was too—I just couldn’t stop staring at his chest. And so, fast forward to 10 years ago, I was interviewing Richard Gere and I took out the Playbill…and I told him the whole story and I had him sign it. Yeah. He was very tickled with it.”
Cooper had been in a long term relationship with Benjamin Maisani, a New York businessman. They broke up in 2018 but remained friends. In 2022 and again in 2023, Anderson Cooper had sons via surrogacy. Cooper co-parents the boys with Maisani who plans to adopt the boys as well.
Although Anderson Cooper being gay may be inspirational, I was more surprised when I found out he is the son of railroad heiress and fashion designer Gloria Vanderbilt. His net worth is estimated to be $200 million, partial due to his $12 million annual salary at CNN. And also from his inheritance from his mother’s estate when she passed away in 2019.
Anderson Cooper going hysterical with his girly giggle with Andy Cohen, while John Mayer is feeding fish paste to cats at a cat café in Tokyo is the New Year’s Eve I never knew I needed.
Former president Donald Trump may go face-to-face with the writer E. Jean Carroll in court today to convince jurors he shouldn't pay her any damages despite being liable for having defamed and sexually abused her.
Lawyers for Carroll are expected to wrap up their case in federal court in Manhattan, and Trump could testify in his own defense after they finish.
Carroll, 80, is suing over Trump's June 2019 denials that he raped her in the mid-1990s in a Bergdorf Goodman department store dressing room in Manhattan. The former Elle magazine advice columnist is seeking at least $10 million.
Trump said in a follow-up post: 'THIS IS A WITCH HUNT CONCEIVED AND FUNDED BY POLITICAL OPERATIVES FOR PURPOSES OF ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!!'
He also claimed that Anderson Cooper and CNN have a tape that 'totally exonerates' him from Carroll's claims.
