Liz - RIP’d queen, often disrespected by her grandsons & their wives. Ignores everything that she needs to fix in her fam. A icon none the less

Philpot - RIP’d duke of edin-burg. Occasionally racist. Generally admired. Name is Phil & despot together bc he may have RIP’d Di.

Chuck - current king. Desperate for attention, sensitive, adulterer, and ready to throw his (RIP’d) wife and sons to the wolves

Camilla - one time respected/tolerated, now beloved for making Henris bedroom into her wardrobe

Di - RIP’d princess of hearts. Press feeding, monarchy loving, but also an anarchist and destructor of the monarchy. Only has one son, who he is depends on who u ask

Ghost Di - appears in the form of leopards, elephants, cows etc. Blesses u with fertility and revenge for ur enemies

Anne - a hardworking, unbothered legAnned. Likes horsey stuff

Tim - lusted over husbAnned. Drama free

Here’s a fun one. I’m looking for a bit of a fantasy muse, and at first I was just gonna add someone similar to Henry cavil as the Witcher, but I hate the idea of my blog being 75% white. So I was wondering if you could please recommend someone that could pull off being a Witcher? But a moc? Ideally someone black, but in case others might ask for something similar you can recommend others as well. I can never choose just one favorite of anything, so here are seven of my favorite book ships!

7. Zuzana & Mik from Daughter of Smoke & Bone by Laini Taylor Okay, I know they aren't the main ship of the series, but this romance between side characters is one of my favorite parts. Night of Cake & Puppets is the fluffiest, most magical first date I've ever read.

6. Cress Darnel & Carswell Thorne (Cresswell) from The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer This series is full of OTPs (and Meyer excels at them in general), but of all the ships, Cresswell is my favorite. The differing personalities, the saving each other, the way they make each other better--love it.

5. Alice & Hatcher from Alice by Christina Henry You were expecting at least one totally messed up ship from me, right? These two escape from a burning hospital and go on a villain-killing revenge spree in Old City, and I love them for it.

4. Anita Blake, Micah Callahan, & Nathaniel Graison from Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter by Laurell K. Hamilton These were my OT3 before I even knew the proper name for polyamory, and they remain my favorite romance in the series (narrowly beating out Anita and Jean-Claude, which takes some doing). I love the way they all protect and care for each other, and they're the happy ending none of them ever expected to have.

3. Neil Josten & Andrew Minyard (Andreil) from The Foxhole Court by Nora Sakavic Did I mention I have a thing for messed up ships? All the Foxes are disasters I can't look away from, none more than these two. I love how they're each other's fiercest protector, from other people and themselves.

2. Percy Jackson & Annabeth Chase (Percabeth) from The Heroes of Olympus by Rick Riordan I always liked Percy and Annabeth together, but it wasn't until HoO that it became fully real for me (and them). "As long as we're together" is one of the best OTP lines ever written, and I'll die on that hill.

1. Simon Snow & Baz Grimm-Pitch (Snowbaz) from Carry On by Rainbow Rowell Enemies to lovers isn't always my favorite trope, but it's written to absolute perfection in this book. I, too, am obsessed with knowing whether Baz is plotting, Simon.

For as long as she can remember, Linh Cinder has been cycled through foster care more than any other child in history. And with each new family comes new problems she doesn't want to waste her time brooding over. This is more of a Bridgerton related rant but... Who thought it was a good idea to make the next Bridgerton season Colin and Penelope's story when they're the most unlikable characters right now?

Colin annoys me so much it's unreal.

So I definitely understand the frustration that they’re going out of order —but I kind of assumed they were gonna do that based on how much seasons one and two focused on Penelope’s growth as Lady Whistledown and all of that. And while I do like Collin in the books, his character so far in the show is a bit flat. I’m really hoping they do something to bring out the character we see in the books because how he and Penelope interact in the books is wonderful.

I’m also a bit excited to step away from the “meeting a beautiful stranger and it’s love at first sight” vibe that seasons one and two have done. I want to see how they’re going to make Collin realize he loves Penelope after years of knowing her. But I also want Penelope to get her moment to know her worth. In the book, when Collin says he wouldn’t ever court her, she stands up for herself! I wish they had done that in the show.

I don’t know man. I’m just along for the ride, truthfully. I’ve read all the books, I’ve seen both seasons. I’ll watch it regardless lol

Also I’m like 90% sure they wanted to wrap up the Lady Whistledown secret so they didn’t have to keep paying Julie Andrews and have Nicola narrate it 😂
