As mentioned in one of the previous references William’s family wasn’t abusive, just quite authoritarian( and dysfunctional ). Mostly it was his mom controlling and putting high expectations on him while his dad was distant, merely supported the family financially but showed bare minimum of interest for William’s life and emotional needs. Nevertheless William was growing up a normal kid until a crucial moment that set off William’s major change and unfolded the family drama. His mom found out his dad was seeing other woman, leading to her becoming stressed/irritated and emotionally vulnerable almost all the time as that began to slowly affect William too, but the damage could've been avoided if he didn't happen to witness a pretty intense fight between both parents with his father walking away from fight and his devastated mother taking out her frustrations on William in the most brutal way telling him his birth was supposed to keep their family together but his father only keeps hurting her so having William was pointless. But ofc she didn’t mean it, William was just unlucky to be the only person there during her worst moment. But it destroyed William’s world and his protective bubble he was living in as it crumbled down momentarily. It was the moment when something inside of him snapped and he started breaking down inside, spiraling downward starting his complete change into what he is now. Even with his mom apologizing later, it was too late. His mom was an insecure person always seeking validation and approval, always having to prove herself, so her controlling/possessive behavior was the result of those insecurities. But William's escape later completely destroyed the family

dream journal ultrakill prequel game where you are a brunette white woman named skyler (40s-50s) and its a prank simulator where your goal is to fuck up this flight youre on on a fancy commercial plane all white with gold and blue glowy features and the automated flight attendant is voiced by gianni matragano. like. voice that brings the seats back and the tv down

anyway you piss him off so bad he gives you your own suite in the private first class section and its basically a hotel room. this does not stop you. you start fucking around in the other suites. you piss him off so bad he crashes the plane into an island park with a bunch of palm trees

however at this point you are delusional and have a little buddy (probably a kid survivor of the flight you crashed) so you hear his voice from the leaves of the palm trees you took out on the way down. you gather them all up and steal ANOTHER rickety blue puddlejumper to fly into the local volcano with.

you die.

you wake up in hell as a blue robot.

I’m working on a new dungeon/ adventure site for the Eco Mofos jam! Eco Mofos is a futuristic weird punk nsr style game by David Blandy (who stresses it is NOT depressingly grimdark despite being mildly post apocalyptic!)

I’m working on an idea for an abandoned android factory. I used Molomoot’s crossword dungeon generator tool to create a first pass at the layout and get some inspiration for the different areas of the factory.

Then, I used DungeonScrawl to create a simple map with some general ideas, which I will translate into my own isometric map once I finalise my room descriptions.

I think it’s looking pretty good so far!

Приветствую! На прошлой неделе закончил добавлять препятствия!

Добавил 4 препятствия. Оказалось что всё-таки лучше делать все подряд, а потом просто выкинуть что не подходит.

Добавил полоску, которая смещает игрока в одну из четырех сторон. Куб, который может неожиданно переместится в любую сторону. Клетка, дающая дебаф затемнения экрана.

Кроме этого, один подписчик из тиктока, придумал лазерную мельницу! Хочу его упомянуть, так как этот человек был очень упорный в придумывании идей. artem5123 (Его ак в ТикТоке), написал мне прямо в личку и предлагал кучу идей пока не выдумал что-то стоящее. Он бился до последнего и спасибо ему за это!

На прошлой неделе я говорил, что мне уже все ровно сколько препятствий будет, лишь бы уже закончить с этим. Но их в итоге оказалось 15, как я и планировал изначально!

Теперь мне нужно пройтись по каждому препятствию и доработать их. Может быть даже добавить вариации каких то препятствий, например стену можно ставить не только горизонтально, но и вертикально.

До следующей недели!

Am I the only one who likes the D:BH concept art outfits way more than the ones in-game? Like:

Are these not infinitely more interesting? Connor being more low-key and less identifiable as an android while also still clearly branded? Alice in more dirty and uninteresting clothing to show how little Todd actually cares about her? These do wonders for telling us about their characters that I don't really feel exists for the in-game outfits? Idk man.

Especially Markus' finale outfit. His in-game brown outfit is iconic but feels so boring to me, not to mention it doesn't really fit with his current green/blue color scheme most his outfits (aside from his uniform and his Stratford Tower outfits) adhere to. Going to Jericho? Green jacket. Capitol Park? Green shiny tracksuit thing. Freedom March? Blue hoodie. I prefer this dark green war outfit ngl.

Also Kara with a large hood or a leather jacket is my new religion thank you.
