The Importance of Anilox Roll Cleaning

If Anilox cells become contaminated with ink residue, it will have a direct impact on your quality and the amount of ink. Your printing machine will then try to boost colour strength of the inks to compensate this particular problem. Nevertheless, this problem does not stop here. The high viscosity ink tends to dry faster and become even harder to clean from within the microscopic Anilox cells. We know that Ink Colour pigment is also an expensive part of ink formulation, therefore the extra costs involved in compensating for a dirty Anilox roller can be significant.

Het is tijd om je rasterrol schoon te maken terwijl je je voorbereidt op je volgende taak. Je gaat naar je werkstation en ziet verschillende flessen schoonmakers. Je probeert er een en je ziet geen goede resultaten. Je reikt naar een ander en dit keer spuit je een overvloedige hoeveelheid reinigingsmiddel op de rol. De resultaten zijn beter, maar niet naar tevredenheid, dus pak je nog een fles. Na enkele minuten schrobben heb je eindelijk een schone rol.
Maar in hoeverre? En tot welke kosten?
Er zijn duizenden verschillende reinigingsmiddelen op de markt, elk met verschillende formules en ingrediënten. Sommige fabrikanten formuleren voor specifieke toepassingen, zoals rasterwalsen of drukplaten. Veel chemische bedrijven verkopen reinigingsmiddelen die geweldig zijn voor het oplossen van inkt, aanslag, vet en het verwijderen van vlekken. Andere bedrijven produceren multifunctionele reinigers, reclame voor hun producten is geweldig voor alle toepassingen.
Als het uw taak is om rasterwalsen te reinigen, hoe weet u dan welke reiniger de juiste is, met name om te reinigen zonder deze te beschadigen?
Ken uw merk
Voordat u een chemische stof op uw rasterwals aanbrengt, is het belangrijk om de samenstelling ervan te begrijpen en de veiligheidsinformatiebladen van elke chemische stof te bekijken. Als printer wordt u altijd geleerd om de keramische coating van uw rasterwals te beschermen en om chips, deuken en krassen te voorkomen. Het is echter net zo belangrijk om de basis of kern te beschermen. Veel rasterwalsen zijn gemaakt van stalen bases, die behoorlijk zwaar kunnen zijn. Om het gewichtsprobleem te bestrijden, maken anilox-bedrijven lichtere bases door aluminium te vervangen. Als u anilox-kokers gebruikt, zijn deze producten gemaakt van verschillende composieten die zijn omhuld door een aluminium bekleding.
Zorg ervoor dat u een aniloxreiniger gebruikt waarvan u de inhoud kent en begrijpt, en neem daarbij de juiste veiligheidsmaatregelen.
Het is heel belangrijk om te weten van welk materiaal uw rasterolie is gemaakt, omdat verschillende reinigingsmiddelen schade of corrosie aan de basis kunnen veroorzaken. Dat geldt voor zacht staal of aluminium, de composieten of de bekleding. Wat nog belangrijker is, moet u weten welke chemicaliën in verschillende reinigingsmiddelen uw rasterwalsen kunnen beschadigen, vooral die gemaakt van aluminium. Zoek naar schoonmaakmiddelen met de vermelding “aluminium veilig”.
Anilox-rollen worden gemaakt door een keramische coating op de basis te spuiten en vervolgens met lasergraveren om cellen te vormen. Deze coating, hoewel hard en duurzaam, heeft van nature een bepaalde hoeveelheid porositeit waardoor vloeistoffen uiteindelijk in de kern kunnen doordringen. Hoe hoger de porositeit in een keramische coating, hoe sneller deze penetratie optreedt. Daarom is het uiterst belangrijk om onmiddellijk na het reinigen van een rol te spoelen en reinigingsmiddelen niet gedurende een lange periode op het keramiek te laten weken. Dit helpt voorkomen dat de vloeistofpenetratie uw basis aantast.
Natriumhydroxide
Natriumhydroxide wordt in veel industrieën gebruikt, meestal als een sterke chemische basis bij de productie van zeep en wasmiddelen. Natriumhydroxide is zeer basisch (hoge pH) en is oplosbaar in water, ethanol en methanol. Om deze redenen is het een veelgebruikt ingrediënt dat in veel schoonmakers in de grafische industrie wordt aangetroffen. De hoge pH lost inkt op waterbasis op, reinigt vuil en aanslag en is zeer agressief.
Het kan echter ook aluminium aantasten en corrosie van uw rasterwals veroorzaken. Natriumhydroxide reageert met aluminium en water om waterstofgas vrij te geven. Bij deze reactie werkt natriumhydroxide als een middel om de oplossing alkalisch te maken, waarin aluminium kan oplossen. Als u een reinigingsmiddel met natriumhydroxide gebruikt om uw gedroogde inkten op te lossen, lost u mogelijk ook uw anilox-base of kern op, vooral in hoezen. Dit soort reinigingsmiddelen moet uiterst voorzichtig worden behandeld en onmiddellijk worden uitgespoeld. Als u ooit een “blaren” aniloxrol hebt gehad, is de kans groot dat u een reinigingsmiddel op basis van natriumhydroxide hebt gebruikt en niet goed hebt gespoeld. Dit herhaalt zich: bij gebruik van chemicaliën met natriumhydroxide moet u grondig spoelen!
Natriumhydroxide is de chemische naam; het kan echter worden vermeld onder een andere naam op het etiket van uw stofzuiger. De meest voorkomende synoniemen zijn: aetznatron, ascariet, bijtende soda, collo-tapetta, fuers rohr, hydroxide de natrium, natrium causticum, collo-grillrein, natriumhydroxid, natriumhydroxyde, plung, rohrpitz, rohrreiniger rofix, natriumhydraat, (Na2 (OH) 2), wit loog en (Na (OH)).
Kaliumhydroxide
Kaliumhydroxide is een andere chemische stof die u wellicht als ingrediënt in uw stofzuiger wilt verifiëren. Kaliumhydroxide is een anorganische verbinding en wordt gewoonlijk bijtende potas genoemd. Samen met natriumhydroxide is deze kleurloze vaste stof een prototypische sterke base. Het heeft vele industriële toepassingen, waarvan de meeste gebruikmaken van de corrosieve aard en de reactiviteit naar zuren.

商標印刷機的未來發展方向
近年來商標印刷機朝向三個方向發展，分別為無墨鍵式Flexo柔版商標印刷機，最大優勢是印刷容易、質量安定、墨色固定化，對於墨色的增減，彩色日曆製品除了更換AniloxRoller微穴供墨輥之外，幾乎沒有辦法改變墨色，只有在印前設備及色彩管理良好的廠家，才可順利使用，對於已用慣可調式供墨變化的凸版印刷工廠，一時很難因應。
另外是無版的數字商標打印方式和電子成像，如色粉的Xeikon6000、7000到8000型，采卷對卷的供紙、印刷、收紙，2018年三角桌曆及HPIndigoWS4500、WS6000也是無版卷對卷的生產方式，較大優勢是不用烘烤固化色粉，所以在薄紙、薄膜印刷不會變形翹曲，比較有利。
而最近吹起一陣噴墨商標打印機，包括Epson、Domino、方正(方正機型方正圖庫方正二手設備)EagleJet、Screen、Mimaki等不下十多家投入UV噴墨生產商標打印機。數字印刷對川菱來說，並不是一時間所能企及的，所以三年多前就積極從事商標平版印刷機的研發工作，年終贈品日曆訂購希望利用平版印刷既精細又完全數字化的制版流程，來提供高質量的低廉又能快速制程的印版。

What Is Anilox Roller
Anilox roller, a type of roller common used during printing process. The anilox roll is a hard steel or aluminum cylinder coated with industrial ceramics. The surface of the anilox roll is laser carved with very small dips, forming anilox. The engraving pattern on the anilox roller will affect the anilox efficiency, so it is very important to select the engraving pattern to provide the best effect. How to clean anilox rollers?
Cleaning the anilox roll is an important part of its maintenance. If cleaned regularly, the anilox roll will be more durable with better ink transfer and reliable reuse rate. There are several methods and techniques for cleaning the anilox roll:
Chemical cleaning method: Clean the anilox roll regularly with chemical solvent. Except chemical solvent, for further cleaning, the roller shall be thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed with a chemical cleaner that can penetrate the ceramic surface. The anilox roll can also be cleaned with special solvent for ink,heated by specific cleaning machine, after which the residue on the roller surface will be dissolved by cleaning agents.
Sand blasting technology of anilox roller: This cleaning technology uses powder to spray dry ink and other debris.
Ultrasonic cleaning technology: During this cleaning process, the anilox roller rotates in the heated chemical solution. When the anilox roller contacts with the bubbles generated by the ultrasonic wave, the bubbles implode and release the pressure and temperature to dissolve and remove the debris on the surface of the roll. This method is very effective for most inks used in flexographic printing.

掛歷設計的創新特點與網版印刷的應用

第一、時代色彩性，在設計方面可以通過社會的政策，發展，經濟，文化等等方面作為主體內容，這樣的話才能夠在市場中銷售的時候，受到了很多市民的理想選擇，掛歷在這一點上來說，反映的時代色彩也是較為濃重的。

網版印刷在有版印刷方式中，俱有最大可印尺寸，像Luscher的制版機可達3、5x9米的巨大尺寸，被印的印墨可說只要是流體膏狀物大都可以印刷，從很粗糙的捺染印刷之防印漿糊，到很昂貴的奈米顏料，金銀，螢光，珠光墨，也可能更貴到奈米銀膏，金膏和稀有金屬銫等的印刷，今天要說網版能印什麼稀奇古怪的印件，一點兒不稀奇也不是新聞，在很多印刷機和列印設備的機器印刷尺寸加大，往往意味著印刷輥筒直徑加大後，輥筒重量呈現幾何級數增加，也就是直徑兩倍的輥筒其重量是4倍，直徑3倍時輥筒重量是9倍增加，而在網版不論是平台式或輥筒式印刷，沒有這一方面重量變因，最令大家想不到的，如果一頂六米x六米的帳蓬要印一個50公分的編號或標記，那麼只有網版印刷最方便，直接把印版放在須印刷的帆布位置上，用刮刀將印版背面印墨刮擦，使油墨透過版面上網布及版面防印膜的孔隙，達到被印帆布上，根本不必因為被印體尺寸大，要去准備大尺寸印刷機，對印刷材質厚，薄，硬，軟，曲面，凹凸表面，網版適應力極強，台歷很多時候網版印刷是用於視覺的色彩印刷•但越來越多網版印刷是用於上光，沽光塗料的上光印刷加工，像很多印刷品先以霧面塑膠做霧面上光，再用UV亮光塗料，印刷在須要亮光的加工部份，形成有亮光及需要對比的畫面，這是網版在上光加工手段之一。
1，月曆網版在紙張印刷方面。
在中尺寸，小尺寸紙張及一般文化，商業及包裝印刷方面，可說是無法和平印，柔印競爭，但在巨大尺寸的海報印刷上，就占了制版上的優勢，像公車用海報以放大網片的直接投影制版，或用底片投影曬版制版也很合宜，就算3、5x9米這樣巨大直接噴墨再感光制版，甚至於使用UV的LED光源在網布上做感光膜的曝光制版方式，都可以印刷在紙張媒材上，所以大尺寸2米以上到巨大尺寸，網印的優勢很難由其他有版方式取代，但現在卻也遇到噴墨列印的挑戰，在50份，100份少量列印，噴墨成本低，時效快，而小於2米的海報，目前巨型張葉平版印刷機也來取代這個市場，在歐洲已有網版海報印刷廠，引進KBAR-205做少量到大量海報印刷，一次四色連線UV固化的網版海報印刷嘰，逐步被取代。
至於網版印刷在中，小尺寸海報或特殊油墨的印刷上，如螢光墨，金蔥的金屬印墨，高閃亮珠光墨，使用膠囊包覆的香料油墨，溫感油墨，雙液膠囊油墨等，因構成的材料顆粒較大，而且有些在印刷壓力較大之下，這些膠囊會破裂而失去效用，或阻塞到凹版及AniloxRoller孔穴，只有網版印刷可容許粗大粒子的印墨在少許壓力下通過，這也是網版印刷的專長，有些壁紙的印刷，可以使用輥筒式網版，做無接縫長卷印刷印出較厚重墨色，在壁紙表面印刷增厚材料可以使壁紙較有立體感，甚至於印刷發泡的材料，在後面加溫下產生極大立體紋路來，很多紙張印刷品要加印刮刮樂，其覆蓋可刮除的銀色墨層，也是以附加在柔印機上的輥筒式網版印刷最合適，一次就有足夠覆蓋厚度及濃度以防掛歷止看穿底下密碼。
2，塑膠類的表面裝禎印刷。
以前大多使用溶劑型油墨在網版及移印方式生產，移印是以小面積或表面變化曲折度大的媒材為主，而網版印刷對於平面或略有曲面的表面皆可勝任，像塑膠瓶罐，塑膠桶也可以用印刷面和網版同步移動旋轉方式來印刷，現在因環保因素，已經改用UV固化的油墨，可以大幅降低溶劑對環保的衝擊，目前有些IMD模內裝璜的印刷，如果要較厚重墨色可以用網版印刷，再移入塑膠射出機的鑄模內，一次射出連標示物一起呈現這有利於回收，信用磁卡，IC卡，RFID卡等使用的塑膠卡，可以使用網版印刷，至少一些上光或簽名處三角桌曆，白色打底及上面防刮除紋路，一定是要用網版印刷，壓克力看板的文字，彩圖，廣告燈箱片，招牌，站立POP廣告，有些是壓克力板，塑膠板，珍珠板，筆杆，只要表面處理好都可用UV網印方式生產，車輛，工具機的儀表板也可使用多色，多層次，甚至於夜光的網版方式印刷，為了加重墨色可以用兩面印刷來顯示色彩厚重及遮光率，有些塑膠商標也采用柔印及網印混合印刷方式，以表現網印色彩上的優勢。
3，大型板材的網版印刷。
這些材料有金屬板材，供直接印刷裝璜，也可以是印刷防腐蝕的油墨，做金屬板腐刻紋路再上色，UV油墨也逐漸廣泛使用在金屬板，大理石板材，至於木板的印刷，若直接印在木材表面很容易吸收附著，若為處理裱膜上光，則以UV及溶劑墨印刷為主，如果未釉化磁磚，則可用磁磚直接網印或轉寫印刷的方式，目前世界上的玻璃印刷增加很多，主要是增加很多功能性如除霧的熱線印刷，防眩的窗戶及車窗玻璃框邊的漸層網點，而這些厚實的黑色網印油墨膜，主要在防止玻璃下的按著膠，在長年受戶外紫外線的分解作用，有了印刷遮光墨膿，可保一，二十年的接著膠壽命，更進一步使用在光電玻璃上的機能印刷也很多，但玻璃面的清潔及附著處理很重要。
