I have been summoned by the ancient meme spell of being twice-tagged, cast by @ladytharen and @mardymaid! Thanks for thinking of me guys! :) I'm not gonna tag people, because I've no idea who's about and who's done these already and this blog's still sort of on hiatus, but please feel free to take these memes and run with them!

Uhhh, like mardymaid I'm offering the disclaimer that this is not particularly representative, and I honestly do own some slightly more recent music... my collection, however, is a complete digital tip, with duplicates, half-tracks and CDs from language learning books as well as poor quality live rips. All things considered, worse stuff could have come up.

There are too many tourists in Iceland now, and too much is catered towards them, so I'm not looking forward to my next trip as much as I otherwise would be. I'd like to go to the Faeroes and Greenland and plenty of other places, but who knows when/if I'll have the time/money. A space trip with sci-fi physics! dream job: As I told my history teacher at a parents' evening in year 7 (when I was 11), 'something without other people.' Though I might revise it to 'something where I can be my own boss.' 19th century antiquarian without the baggage (all those -isms) of the time? when I made my blog: Earlier this year. Though I had another one before, from 2012-16. followers: 29?! Where did you all come from? I think some may be bots. Uh, hi to any newbies anyway! why I made a tumblr: I like pretty pictures and gifsets and reaction gifs. I miss journals where you could control who saw/interacted with your content more though. reason(s) for my URL: Like when Jyn says 'I rebel' in the trailers as if it's a simple fact of her existence. But about enthusing about art and literature and film and music. Uhh, it's not a deliberate connection, but there's also an inadvertant link to the John Green quote about how nerds just like stuff a lot.
