okay, so im guessing some of you remember when i was- when i was the minutes man?

and i was supposed to be writing everything down? well, okay, im really glad tubbo never asked to see it. because i was never really paying attention to anything but him? and i used to get pretty embarrassed, cause i was just some new guy and he was the president, and i figured i was only part of the cabinet because tubbo felt like, bad for me or something. so i never thought i'd be, yknow, married to him or anything like that.

and, okay, you cannot tell him i told you this. i used to, uh, just doodle on the pages. im actually pretty terrible at drawing but id try to draw him a lot. or write things about him that i wanted to remember. i don't know if i still have those books.

honestly i think ive always liked him? i know i say like oh how could i not, but really, he's- he's smart, im going to regret saying this but he actually is really funny, and he's my favorite person to spend time with. he trusts me more than i trust myself, honestly, and im actually really glad we did the whole marriage for tax reasons because i think i'd rather die than actually admit how much i actually like him and ask to go on like, a date or something.

i could- i could keep going and, and talk about it more, but he's definitely trying to look over my shoulder to see what im writing, so i think this is all you guys are getting out of me

The people have spoken!

Okay, so. A lot of people have brought up the idea that Foolish's limbo would be some kind of variation of building, building the mansion, building forever, that sort of thing. And it's not a bad idea but...

Consider this: in limbo, Foolish is alone. He has nothing to build that he wants to build, nothing left for him to destroy (he gets no control here), but there is a heist he can attempt. There's the vague promise of money at the end of it. So he takes in the "heist", and he develops a strategy to complete it because he is a strategist and clever, but the closer he gets to completing it, the more things change. He has to change his plans. He has to keep testing. He has to avoid distractions that may appear. He has to keep going. He'll get there, eventually, hopefully. Maybe. He doesn't know where his objective really is.

Foolish's limbo... is the prison break in. It's his stay in Las Nevadas.

Foolish is a character that needs a semblance of control, and he is a character of extremes. First he did violence and then pacifism. He no longer thinks he can get control via pacifism and he can't achieve it by building like he told the Egg he did. I mean, he died at the Banquet. All the pacifism in the world would not save him then, and trying a violent action didn't work either, just like how trying to get control via power and destruction did not work in his Totem of Death past. What can he do then? When he joins Las Nevadas, he does it to find balance.

But Las Nevadas is empty, and it is cold. Right now Foolish is procrastinating on working there because he's built all he can and what's left to do (interior) he does not want to do. He tried destruction but he ran out of things to destroy. He is stuck in the middle of extremes and he has no control he can take except by seizing his boredom and attempting the break in.

There's his balance, just maybe not in the way he wanted it. There's his limbo. We're already seeing it.

Thinking about how Schlatt probably would’ve yelled at him to be quiet over and over whereas Karl holds Q’s hands while Sapnap carefully and gently corrects one really difficult feather…

quackity never TELLS them how bad schlatt was but they know something happened. they know someone must have been horrible to them, so they're even more gentle. sapnap's hands are rough but not calloused and he tries so hard to be careful because he doesn't want to be a weapon or a fighter or destructive anymore, so he treats his fiance's wings like they're precious because they are.

I do not remember if you’ve mentioned him already, but does Foolish have a place in the Princes AU? Since he’s canonically a god on the smp and all... love the au!!! 💜

i remember mentioning it on instagram that i wasn’t so sure if I would include him

however, since he is helping develop the buildings for kinoko kingdom currently on the dsmp

Karl’s parents couldn’t have built the kingdom out of nowhere

so why not enlist the help of a god who sensed a change in the Overworld and decided to check out the disturbance?
