I love the way you draw and color the twins' eyes. the menacing glow is my favorite thing! 💛

Thanks!! I'm having great fun with them too!! I know their glowing eyes are most probably just a texture thing in Legends Arceus, and I even think in that game everyone's eyes do that. They just don't react to the shader, but Ingo's iris just have the brightest colour, so we're most likely to say that his eyes actively glow.

Another thing I do is stick to the manic stare they have in the official Pokemon BW art. Eyecolour is only like 0,01 shades darker than the white of the eyes, no eyelids covering the iris; just pure madness in those eyes.

For a good while, I'd also do that gradiant from darker grey to light grey like they do in Legends Arceus and Masters Ex but I stopped at some point and just made them as piercing as possible òwó

hi can I point the fact that one of natsu's love languages is physical touch but the moment lucy lays a finger on him he breaks. he will be hugging and laying on her all the time but if she gets too close he's done. and it has gotten worse bc in the begining of the anime/manga he was confused but now his brain just shuts down.

Yes I absolutely agree!! Natsu’s love language is physical touch. In terms of Lucy, the very famous forehead touch with Future Lucy (and present Lucy in the opening) demonstrates a sense of trust and confidence. Natsu knows that Future Lucy came back to save everyone and he trusts her and kind of makes a promise to save the future. I think he couldn’t really convey that with words since it’s not his strong suit, so he preferred physical touches and hence the forehead touches.

But I don’t think he “shuts down” when Lucy is one initiating the physical touches. I think he becomes relaxed and calms down. Her touch is soothing to him.

For example, one of the most recent examples in the 100 YQ is when Natsu becomes overpowered by the flames he ate from Ignia. Lucy helps him calm down and get some control over this situation. I think he’s responding to her physical touches and recognizes them as something familiar, something safe.

how does ghost deal with the fact that he's a god again after a while? would he try to come back to reader? how?

He is currently distraught, but relieved that he has his powers again. He hated the feeling of his power being locked away, so this is sorta a nice change. But he's distraught at the thought of never seeing Reader again. So yeah, he would try to go back to Reader, and he will.

So as to how he will do it, you'll just have to wait and see. (Knowing me, I might just write the next part of the drabbles today because I'm impatient.) Don't worry, everything will eventually have a happy ending even if there is some angst.

Omg, okay— my brain is spiralling. Adam, a washed up punk who plays in a small shitty local band, meets a successful elegant reader. She’s out of his league, that much is obvious.

Adam, desperate for cash to pay for his crappy studio apartment, finds a babysitting ad. The lister is a single mom who needs someone to look after her kid after school. The kid’s six, needs to be picked up after school at 3:45, and mom normally gets home at 10:00. Fuck, seems simple enough.

He calls the number, and sets up a meeting, and damn, he decides he NEEDS this job because this woman is a MILF. (Mom bod included. Adam’s a sucker for curves.)

Adam, by some miracle lands the job, but he’s shit at it. He’s never really liked crotch goblins, they’re sticky and annoying. He just has to make sure the kid doesn’t die, he doesn’t need to treat this rich kid like royalty. He’s picking the kid up in his shitty van, Dewy Finn style, the kid doesn’t need a limo.

“Can you read me a bedtime story?”

“Go read it yourself.” Says Adam, taking advantage of the big screen in the home theatre, his voice muffled with food.

“If you don’t read me a story, I’m telling my mom. Mom says if you’re mean to me I should tell her.” The kid is actually threatening him, and she looks confident that she can get him fired. She probably can.

Adam stares the kid down. He wants to win this battle, but if he’s gonna fuck that MILF, he’s gotta make sacrifices. “Fucking— Jesus, what do you wanna read?”

The kid looks satisfied, a smug smile on her face “Through the looking glass.” A fucking chapter book?! God, rich kids are annoying.

Adam slowly rises to his feet, grunting, unhappy that he has to give up his comfort. “One chapter, brat. Then lights out.”

Suffice to say, he may slowly begin to care for the kid and the weeks roll on. Not that he’d admit that.

(Job ideas include a fashion designer, or CEO of an ambiguous company that I have no ideas for. I’m up for other ideas for jobs.)

The Zine Contributor Application Process!

Are you interested in contributing to the World's Collide Zine but don't know what the process looks like? Well we're here to help!

In the application we're going to ask you some standard questions such as your email address, your discord handle and if you're interested in submitting art or a fic for the zine.

After that we're going to need two important things from you.

The first one is an example of your work. So if you're wanting to submit art work for the zine, we just want to see what kind of art work you've done in the past. Or if you're wanting to submit a one shot, we want to see what your writing style is like and how it reads.

The other thing we want to see are some pitch ideas.

Since this is a zine and will be a large collaboration piece with a vast variety of fanworks, we want to make sure nothing overlaps! That means making sure we don't have like three one shots with the exact same premise or three pieces of art work that are the same idea. This is just so that we can have a variety of pieces featured within the zine.

So when submitting your application come prepared with a portfolio of your past works (if its art, we want to see 3 art pieces and if it's a fic, it's gotta be no longer than 5k) and three pitch ideas that you would like to create for the zine!

After you submit your contributor application you get to just sit back and relax for a few weeks while we continue accepting applications.

Once we close the application form, the Worlds Collide mods will then go through and pick which pitches we like and compile a list of who we have selected to be featured in the zine.

When you're selected, you'll get an email from our Worlds Collide email with the acceptance message as well as a link to the discord server so that you can join and we can check in with you to see how your progress is going.

From there, you'll be working on your piece until August 30th while we check in periodically!
