HEY I’m the same anon who sent u that question, dude totally same that’s the first character of his that i liked but tbh I’ve seen him in so many movies ( LIKE WHY NOW AM I FALLING FOR THIS MAN) 💀 i have no idea how I ended up falling for abner but I’m not complaining tho
oh my god what show/movie of his would u recommend for me to watch? 👀👀
❥ OH MY GOD OKAY SO SO, a lot of the movies he's a lead in is always rlly depressing but they're so good too, one of the movies i would recommend is teacher (2019), it's super dark and definitely violent but he's great in it and i would also recommend animals(2014), he wrote it HIMSELF and it's sorta based off his experience with heroine addiction and all that bc he had a hard life in the late 90s/early 00s
if we're talking about short roles but still ever so JUICY, i would recommend reprisal(it's a show on hulu, though you could find it on websites), the belko experiment or prisoners, he's also in ant man 1 & 2, supporting cast again
Kang the Conquerer in Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania might have been the good guy!!
(Or at least the least evil villain in this story... so hear me out! :))
I just went out to see Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania with my family and my father, who has never seen a single Marvel movie, just had the greatest speculation in the world!
Imagine: The first post credit scene showed three main Kang Variants disputing the matter of the exiled Kangs fate which resulted in them calling every single one of the remaining Kang Variants. Now, think about the short scene where Janet touched Kangs mind (and therefore most likely the other Kang's minds). And lastly, think of the way Kang asked her multiple times about what she saw and how they never had time to talk about what she had seen.
Now here's the thing my father pointed out:
What if the Kang in Quantumania was the Kang they SHOULD have let free? What if the other Kangs exiled that particular Kang because he wanted to STOP the other Kangs? What if Janet had seen what the other Kangs had done and what that Kang was trying to stop? This would make a lot more sense than just all the other remaining Kangs exiling that one Kang because he was following the same mindset. Maybe it was all just a big misunderstanding?
This especially makes sense if you include the ending of Quantumania in this debate, where Scott "overthinks" what has happened and guesses (right) that other Kangs will come and bring destruction upon the world.
Please give me some pieces if your mind in the comments. To me, this makes so much sense. xD
Man, Asgard cannot catch a break lmao. How many times has it been destroyed now? Poor Thor.
And speaking of Thor, I love him here. When he first showed up and knocked Quill out he looked menacing as hell! Honestly his appearance here is proof you can make him both goofy and badass at the same time without assassinating his character *cough* Taika *cough*
Thor also being the character who is in the most teams is funny to me.
Also really nice how both Hank and Quill got closure by learning to care about others, I really liked his parental side of Hank instead of the usual grumpy old man he is in the movies. Pretty sure he just went on and adopted the kid, probably a good thing that Quill has a father figure now that isn't a megalomaniac. Hope and Quill siblings real!
Can I also say how sad it is that Howard never gave up on Bucky? He kept hope that his friend was in there somewhere, even when he told Peggy to move on... Which makes what happened in the main timeline all the more heartbreaking. (Also this episode implies that Peggy and Howard always knew Bucky was turned into the Winter Soldier or at least they had suspicions that it was him) and he's free at the end so hopefully he'll end up in a better future than the main timeline.
I enjoyed this more than last episode and I definitely would like to see more of the 80s Avengers.
Episode 2 of Season 2 of What If was awesome! I loved it! It was incredible. 11/10! Hope was cute, Peter was sad, Bucky was sad, the whole team was awesome! Everyone has to watch it, NOW!
