1970s Tony Perkins // Christopher Makos’ May 2022 Money Exhibition //
I have to post this here. I only found it because of @ohth3guilt so tagging as a secondary source :]] — some photos in the collection are NSFW if you plan on taking a look at the rest of Makos’ work, but unfortunately there aren’t any more photos of Tony :[[

Jonathan Harker realising that his seemingly innocent trip to a Transylvanian castle owned by the creepy vamp- I mean Count might not be as innocent as it seems... (a painting) ~
(05/2022)
I taught myself to write the sentence ‘The castle is a veritable prison, and I am a prisoner!’ in shorthand for this piece lol
(note, it most definitely is not actually accurate shorthand lol)

Propaganda
Anthony Perkins (Psycho)—no propaganda submitted
Jack Lemmon (Some Like It Hot, The Great Race, The Apartment)—he's just a little guy! just a little little guy! in every movie you can tell something is wrong with him but he never specifies what. if you want to see him being (barely) sane you can watch "it happened to jane" (starring doris day as a rando lady who farms lobsters for a living) but if you want to see him WEIRD you should see him as a deranged little warlock in "bell book and candle". also please look at the propaganda photo I submitted of this man it will sell you on him i promise
This is round 1 of the bracket. All other polls in this bracket can be found here. Please reblog with further support of your beloved hot sexy vintage man.

First James Webb Black Hole Photo!
This is a close up of the first real color photograph of The Black Hole taken by James Webb himself. The Black Hole was a 1979 Disney film starring Maximilian Schell and Anthony Perkins. Featuring state-of-the-art visual effects and several robots, the film was well received and is now on DVD. My friend James G. Webb (Not to be confused with James E. Webb after whom an unrelated space telescope is named) bought this copy at Entertainmart yesterday, as seen in the full photo. It cost just under four dollars:
Sharp-eyed readers might also notice he got The Truman Show too.

hi guys I’m thinking about my love anthony perkins and I’ve always had this rlly silly idea in my brain about how I think he would’ve been a really great young brody. they both have that “silly but also quiet and studious and nervous” vibe and I love both of them. Like imagine the universe where jaws was made in 1950 and included their backstories and anthony pops up!! It would’ve been sooo good. so anyway heres two photos that inspired that train of thought a few months ago.
