Just an unfriendly reminder that Genevieve Padalecki does not care about your well-being. She cares about continuing to hoard wealth.
Is she the only offender? No…Is she the worst one? No…but is she part of a fandom I pay attention to? Yes she is. Sorry/not sorry about it. 🤸🏻‍♀️

J2 Main Panel Charlotte 2023
I put this psa in the post for the Gold panel but I know some see one post and not the other so before we get into this panel quick psa that this con took place while the actor's union, SAG-AFTRA, is on strike. This means the boys cannot directly name any past, present, or future projects. For the sake of clarity I will be mentioning projects the boys are referring to by name but please be aware that the boys themselves did not do that they complied with strike regulations.
They had date nights! Jared said that they got to walk around a little bit on this day, as well as on Saturday and Friday they got some dinner ❤️
Jensen says he has some stories to share, and before the questions start he tells one of them; a few months ago D went to a charity auction thing in Austin, and she bid on a race car experience at the Circuit of the Americas track where he would get to ride shotgun in an actual racecar and get driven around the track a couple of times. As well as get to drive an exotic car himself around the track. She gave this to him as a gift, and at first he thought it sounded fun except when he asked her when it was she told him it was at 7am on a Saturday so he was not happy. He asked her if they (she and the kids) were gonna go and watch him and she replied no they were gonna sleep so he was like whatever, he got up super early, went to the track and he's looking around and the people at the track go over everything, they tell him to go downstairs to see who his driver will be and then he can meet them out on the track. He goes and looks at the chart and at first he thinks what he's reading is a joke but it wasn't his car was pink with a rainbow unicorn on the hood, and they name their cars, his was called sparkles glitter hooves which it had written on the side.
So he meets the nice lady who's gonna be driving him and he could tell she didn't want to be there that early either but she runs him through the whole thing, he gets in the car it was a big race car a McLaren, and they get to the track and take off do a few turns and they're not going that fast but he thinks maybe she's just warming up. They get to a section of track that's a straightway, it's over a mile long he thinks this is when she's gonna pick up speed, and she tried but the car was not accelerating like it's supposed to they got to about 50 mph and she tells him that something's wrong with the car and he's like "you think?" by that point they were already pretty far into the track so they have to limp back cause there's like engine failure. They roll in and she does offer to find him another driver but he says not to worry about it that it's okay thanks, gets in his car and goes home. Like an hour and a half later he gets a text saying his car was ready to get driven around and he deleted it, it was not a grand experience and he wishes he had just stayed in bed. Poor Jensen 🏎️
I do find it cute, however, that Jared says that if someone knows somebody who can take Jensen around the Charlotte motor speedway to leave them a card and show him some speed.
Question time!
Do they have a story about an embarrassing or ridiculous injury?
Jared says all of his injuries are ridiculous and embarrassing. For example he ripped his pants on camera for all to see once; also he pulls his back a lot and not doing really cool things like deadlifts or saving his children from a bus but by bending over and picking up a pair of socks in the morning. It literally happened one time when filming SPN (he says when working together on something in Canada) he got to work and said he pulled his back out that morning and Jensen asked him if it was from working out too early. And he told him no, that it was from grabbing some socks from his suitcase. And Jensen was like "grabbing some sock? were they lead socks?" and Jared replied like "no, they were regular socks they had some holes so they were lighter than usual." 😂 That and also tweaking his neck when drying his hair when it was luscious.
Jensen says he hurt his hand the other day while he was putting some stuff away in a hall closet. It's one of those closets that has double doors but the hinges are really tight so you have to shut them both together otherwise it won't close and as he was doing so he pushed on the seem and it pinched his palm and it was so hard that he yanked out his hand and left part of his palm in the door. And you can still see where his palm got pinched.
Related to that a few days ago he walked into his daughter's room and she heard him coming and was running away from the door but slipped and fell and when he opened the door she was on the ground and he asked her if she had fallen but she was like no but it was obvious that she had cause she was rubbing her elbow and her hip so he told her he thought she did and asked if she wanted him to hold her so he gave her a hug, flashforward to when this happened to his palm and he hears behind him "do you want me to hold you?"
He told her no and that he needed for her to go to mommy for some gauze and tape but they didn't have any then he remembered that when he had been going through a box of stuff he had seen a post-production s8 gift from Phil Sgriccia who would send them funny gifts and it was a little survival kit pouch so he figured it would have some bandages he could use till he could go to the store but it was salt, matches and a little thing of Holy Water.
Jared makes a dad joke about how this is why he leaves his doors slightly open so it's not longer a door it's a jar. That's actually pretty clever, that got a chuckle out of me. x
Keegan is there and Jensen asks him if he puts up with those jokes, he replies yes but that they're great....and that Jared's also his boss and he's the most amazing guy ever 😂
Keegan, asks a question, in the last year what have they done in their life that made it 10% better?
Jensen answers make the bed first thing in the morning. He didn't use to do that, he would maybe get around to it, sometimes he wouldn't go back to the bedroom until the afternoon and see it still unmade so now he gets up and makes the bed. Then I guess he remembers he's supposed to be married and he adds he has to kick his wife out of the bed first and then make the bed.
Jared quips that he's tried to get rid of some of his perfectionist inclines so one of the things he likes to do is not worry about whether or not his bed is made but seriously, he will not get on his phone when he's on his bed even if he wants to return a text message he won't do it on the bed, he will force himself to get out of it, and then reply. Jensen demonstrates what this would look like 😆
Jared says that truth be told he had the problem of if it was the middle of the night and he woke up and looked at his phone to check the time he would basically end up mindless scrolling, he would check the news, he would check ESPN, he would be more awake so he would go to youtube and then an hour would pass so if it's not important enough for him to leave the bed to do it then he just leaves his phone on the nightstand. x
If they were forced would they rather have the other's face for a butt or their butt for a face?
Jared saysJensen's butt grows better facial hair than his face and Jensen asks him how he would know that and Jared freezes and literally goes "do I answer that?" No need to Jared, we know 😏
So he goes for Jensen's butt for a face and says he could shave something to make it funny or like a heart. A heart, Jared? You want to have Jensen's ass as your face and shave a little heart on it?
Jensen answers Jared's face for a butt cause he could cover it up with a pair fo pants and Jared says they better be see-through pants otherwise he'd be wasting a damn fine ass. Without missing a beat, Jensen goes "Jared, I don't know if you know this I already have a damn fine ass." Jensen we have established Jared knows a lot about your damn fine ass. 😉
Next question is mostly for Jared but Jensen can feel free to answer: when picking a spatula what is his preference wood, metal, plastic or rubber, and why?
He says you gotta go wood because you can control the whip a little better. That when you're making an omelette sometimes it gets a little aggressive and flings a bit too much- at this point Jensen cuts in and asks him when he's ever made an omelette and Jared jokingly says on an online game from his phone.
Anywyas, Jensen says you don't do wood because you have to hand wash it, and you don't go metal either cause that'll scratch up your pan, you want a hard plastic they're dishwasher safe and not mess up your pan. x
What's their favorite inexpensive brand for whiskey or bourbon?
Jensen says Four Roses makes a pretty good inexpensive whiskey. Jared agrees and also mentions what I think is Diageo - I listened to the clip a bunch of times but it's difficult for me to understand what he says - which is actually a company that owns a large amount of the brands. Jared also says he used to prefer scotch to bourbon but now he prefers bourbon to scotch he thinks he likes a little bit of that sweetness these days.
Jared asks the fan which they like and the fan answers Jack Daniels. Jensen mentions that Jack Daniels is the only brand Robert Singer drinks. x
Any advice for senior year and life in general?
Jensen says he'll give senior year advice and Jared will give the life advice. Senior year advice do as much as you can, sign up for a different club, go play a different sport, try a different instrument whatever it is you're into do as much of it as possible because this is it. You're not gonna have High School again, part of the reason he's on that stage today is because he did just that, in his senior year he was playing baseball but he left the team early to do a play. If he had just stuck with what he had been doing the past couple of years he probably wouldn't have gotten on a stage and been "discovered" so try to do as much as you can and try to get as much as you can out of the year, you'll most likely be glad that you did.
Jared's life advice is similar, he says kinda do what Jensen said for the rest of your life. He remembers when he was a senior something was so scary about it because it was the finale of him knowing what to do with his life but the day after you graduate you wake up and you'll still be you and see there's something else for you to do so don't get overwhelmed by the seeming closure and finale of it just remember this is just a year in your life and if you're as fortunate as they were able to be where High School was four years of their 40-something year lives, you have your next 4 year growth cycle, your next 2 year growth cycle so this is just part of your life. Your life is not about to end it's about to begin. There's something strange and really scary but it should be scary if you feel some fear or trepidation about school being over that's okay but a year from now you're going to be in your next phase of your life. Somethings might look different especially if you follow as Jensen says and keep expanding your horizons, a lot of things will look the same but you'll still be you so keep your eyes on the future. x
If they were Earth embassadors to aliens what would they tell them, and what would they show them?
After joking around about face/butt, Jared says he thinks he would have more questions to ask than answers to give. He would probably try and communicate they mean them no harm, and he thinks he would show them a young child, be like we mean you no harm, and look how cool life can be- Jensen says here take this one, it's okay I got two more, and Jared says I have three that you can have 🤣
But no, he thinks becoming a parent is such a cool promise like seeing a baby or seeing a young child and thinking they have their whole life in front of them, they're gonna be going to their senior year, they're gonna fall in love, maybe they'll have kids of their own it's how wonderful life can be down here so please don't destroy us.
Jensen concurs that showing them the best part of humanity probably the smart way of doing things. x
If they could choose anywhere to live other than where they grew up, or where they live now where would it be?
Jared replies he has a soft spot for Italy. He loves Italy so if he were to choose somewhere international it would be there, if he was gonna choose somewhere in the states he really likes the mountains a lot. Someone in the crowd shouts Virginia and he says Virginia is awesome. Jensen asks if just mountains, and Jared replies yeah, and then gives as an example Sun Valley in Idaho where he got married, says G's family still lives there and they go visit. He says the older he becomes the less he can deal with the 100 degree hot weather in the city so somewhere cooler. He likes North Carolina too, they have a friend who lives in town and he has a place about 20 mins away from where the con is taking place and it's great no bugs, no sweat, beautiful. The crowd is shocked by the no bugs comment, and Jared says he didn't have any bugs do they have bugs and the crowd collectively says yes so he says he doesn't like Nort Carolina that much, he likes it less now 😂
Jensen doesn't know, he says he thinks he's pretty happy where he is.
Interesting answer coming from you at this period if time sir, where exactly is it that you're happy cause door was wide open to mention Connecticut and yet.....x
The next fan is from London and y'all know Jared had to do some accents, I laughed so hard with "Wales" accent 🤣🐳
Is there a book that they have recently re-read, or a book that they have connected to so much that they would want to re-read it?
Jared says his oldest son is entering the 6th grade so he is reading some more advanced books that Jared too would enjoy compared to the stuff from kindergarden or 1st grade. For example he just read Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief and this year in his curriculum is The Outsiders which Jared hasn't read since before getting to know and become friends with S. E. Hinton, and he actually reached out to her to say hey and told her his kid would be reading the Outsiders for school and she replied to let him know the school and she'd send over a signed copy. So he's excited to re-read that its been a while, he did not read Percy Jackson with his kid but he would discuss the book with him. And that's part of his summer homework to read the book and be able to tell not just what happens in the story but also what it parallels to and themes it explores, but he's really exited to read the Outsiders again.
Jensen says he's not much of a reader but D is an avid reader and a book he sees her pick up again and again is A Confederacy of Dunces. x
When will fans get to meet the two luckiest women in the world, their wives? 🙄
Jensen says the wives might disagree with the fan calling them the luckiest women. He says he thinks they would do a con but that he thinks they find it kind of like it's the boys thing and they don't want to encroach. Jared adds that furthermore and he's pretty sure Jensen feels the same, and he says it sometimes kind of like a joke but he also means it who's gonna watch the kids? That he and G do trips just themselves but they'll try as best as they can to have one of the parents around just be a tether for the kids as best they can. That it's just hard to know that far in advance for them to plan. Doing cons is something he and Jensen love doing and the wives can hold down the fort. x
I am more than happy about the wives not doing CE cons but these are such obvious lies. Both D and G have done cons with the boys before so they clearly don't think of doing cons as the boys thing, G was even a last minute guest at JIB. The whole "who's gonna watch the kids thing?" for starters sir we all know you got nannies and even if you didn't you can afford one but more than that that question and the whole wanting one parent to be around thing has not been an impediment in G attending non-CE cons with him. Including in Europe. But really the most hilarious part is Jared saying that it's hard for the wives to know that far in advance for them to plan when, two recent examples, FanX isn't till September yet G had already signed up for it in July and if you're thinking that's just two months in advance Infinity con in Germany is in May 2024 and she was announced as a guest earlier this month.
Instead of lying and coming up with cheap excuses these men need to grow a pair and admit they don't actually want the wives at CE cons.
Last question, what was their favorite video game growing up?
Jared says if the aliens came to Earth and said they were gonna mess humanity up unless one of the Earthlings can beat them in a video game he would be like okay and say Smash Brothers for Nintendo '64. Jensen says Golden Eye. Jensen also brings up the theory that Mario's cathphrase "It's me, Mario" is actually him saying itsumi in Japanese which means super so what he's saying is super Mario, and he does say he doesn't know if that's true or not it's something he saw online. It's not! It was something that made the rounds on tiktok but it's not legit, it's actually a form of a dad joke. Itsumi is not even a word in Japanese it's a surname.
What Jared says about Mario being named after Nintendo's landlord is partially true, they didn't do it because he let them live somewhere for free, they did it because the employees at the warehouse which is what he was renting to the company thought he resembled Mario so they nicknamed the character Mario and then the creator Miyamoto found out about it and he liked it so he decided to make it the official name. Real Mario's name was Mario Segale.

I posted before about Gen partaking in witchcraft here back on November 3, 2023 in the hopes that she had not dabbled into black magic while she was at it. Unfortunately, I was merely hopeful in making that statement when I made that post. I suspected she indeed has when I was making that statement but hadn't known enough about her to know for sure. In this podcast I made a post about a couple days ago Gen made, she made this statement:
6:15: Dave said "talk a little bit about the ways you have had to be creative in maintaining the relationship that you have, the love that you have with the distance that has historically existed and the complexity of what it means to do the work that you both do. To which Gen responded "yeah I think it's finding the little things and I always enjoyed having a long distance relationship with him. It's kind of silly 'cause like it's in some ways it's like this vacation you have when you're together and then they're gone and so it's almost like super- not superficial but but it's not realistic and when we were apart, what I would do is create boxes. I mean he still has this box from um when we first met he was a port drinker. And he had a bottle of this Pinto port that he loved and so I took the box and I put in you know love letters and n' what have you and then once we had kids you know it obviously gets a little more complicated and you're strapped but just making that time. It's so silly but it's work and you have to treat it as such but without it becoming monotonous I guess.
7:25 (con't from above) I'm finding creativity in that work and you have to work on, on that relationship and um find creative ways to 'cause you know especially after the two of use have been together for 12 years, we're really different people and you grow at different times and sometimes you are like "I really don't like you right now" and then the other person grows in a different direction and you kind of have to find the balance and that creativity to come back together and that commonality to come back together and you know..."
Ladies and gentlemen, what she is describing above here is in fact a type of spell, specifically a box spell. It also seems it is a type of "love spell" if you will based on the fact Gen uses these to "keep the relationship alive" since this is the context in which she discussed this "creative way to keep the marriage alive" with Dave Hollis. According to this site as an overview of what box spells are, "A spell box is, well, a box that is intended for spells. It’s quite simple. You choose a box, put ingredients inside that correspond with your intent, put a lid on and voila! Your spell is contained and therefore will continue work until you disassemble the box. The ritual to set the spell into motion be as elaborate or simple as you wish. I like to write my intent on a little piece of parchment paper, which I then fold neatly, draw a sigil on the outside and place in the bottom of the box. Then I will add crystals and herbs, sometimes trinkets like bracelet charms or make clay discs or figures especially for the spell. I have two subcategories of spell boxes – a single purpose or theme."
As an overview of how love spells work which I derived from this website here, "You can already take a wild guess on what a love spell does. It is supposed to help you attract love. You need to remember one important thing: love spells are not going to make someone fall in love with you to the point that they never want to leave. A spell to make a man love you will help your paths cross. You can build a stronger connection than what you have right now. It will still be up to you to ensure that the relationship will last. Love magic is going to work better when an initial attraction is already there. This means that spells will have a higher chance of working if your crush already likes you back. It will also work better if your ex has always wanted to get back together with you. The person is just waiting for an opening to get back into your life. Spells to bring back a lover will need proper connection and genuine care or love to work."
Because Gen used a box that Jared had for one of her boxes along with letters they had written, photos, etc., there are elements of sympathetic magic. A synopsis of how sympathetic magic works and what it is: "Frazer broke down the idea further into two distinct parts: The Law of Similarity and the Law of Contact/Contagion. He said,
“From the first of these principles, namely the Law of Similarity, the magician infers that he can produce any effect he desires merely by imitating it: from the second he infers that whatever he does to a material object will affect equally the person with whom the object was once in contact, whether it formed part of his body or not.”
As you can see, it seems that Gen indirectly admitted to using boxes to conjure a love relationship between her and Jared and to "keep the relationship going". Call it taking things out of context if you want and perhaps she doesn't/didn't know this is technically witchcraft. It is not however about knowing whether or not this is witchcraft so much as it is about intent. Her purpose of making these boxes from the get go as straight from the horses mouth was as a creative way to keep the marriage and relationship going between them.
Also, I initially posted this J2 magazine interview "A Walk on the Dark Side" back on Nov 18, 2023. A couple of quotes from other posts of mine I found from various sources (podcasts, magazine interviews, etc.) looking back should be of great interest given this context. This one comes from that J2 magazine interview "A Walk on the Dark Side": "Ever since we learned that Sam had demon-given powers, fans have been wondering Just how far the writers will take his journey to the dark side. Not that long ago, many people - including Padalecki himself - assumed that Sam and Ruby would never hook up. He said he didn't think that storyline would pan out. Of course, the writers did go there. "I thought it was interesting," Padalecki reflects. “Supernatural is not, and never has been - and hopefully never will be - a show about sex and lust and all of that kind of stuff that you expect on teen melodramas." The episode in reference here is Season 4 episode 9 "I Know What You Did Last Summer". Hmm, seems to me he didn't quite have the same excited response to being asked about this scene in comparison to Gen.
She said about this sex scene also in a Supernatural Magazine interview in response to the question "I'm sure you protested when you had to kiss Jared!" to which she said: "I know! I’m going to get roasted! I have a great sex scene with him [in I Know What You Did Last Summer]". According to this filming schedule, this took place sometime in Fall 2009. I also had read somewhere it took on average between 8-10 days to film an episode and I believe they had weekends off. With this being said, it seems to me that this was a few episodes before Thanksgiving where they had the whole week off (November 26, 2009). Therefore, we can guess that it was about a month and a halfish or so before Thanksgiving so this would put it probably between the 2nd and 3rd week of October or so. This therefore means it was about a month and a half before they became "official" in terms of dating according to this timeline post where I have multiple sources linking to their said relationship timeline. Which by the way things moved WAY too fast, especially given Jared had not too long before meeting Gen broken up with Sandy. Hmmm...
Tumblr media
3 days after I posted the J2 interview aforementioned above, I noticed a story Gen made where she was reading a particular book and reblogged it with that book and some screenshots of different stories pertaining to the book. I reblogged it on Nov 21, 2023 specifically in light of a witchcraft themed book called "The Lost Apothecary" I spotted that Gen made a post while reading in her Instagram story from this day, 3 days after I shared that J2 interview. Interestingly enough about this book, the synposis of the book says via the first thing that shows up on Google: "A female apothecary secretly dispenses poisons to liberate women from the men who have wronged them - setting three lives across centuries on a dangerous collision course. Rule #1: The poison must never be used to harm another woman." As one of my good friends mentioned in context of the show itself: "She's poison Sam she's manipulating you!" (in reference to drinking Ruby's blood and her manipulating him). Life imitating art perhaps? Well another interesting tidbit, this type of phrase was used in that same Rise Together Podcast I mentioned before but in the context of Gen's role as Kris Furillo (and yes the host Dave admitted he never saw Supernatural but perhaps he should). Oh if only Dave realized just how much art really does imitate art.....
21:20 Dave mentions Gen's first role as Kris Furillo who "was a troubled teen that worked at a horse ranch and as you said, you were born in LA, moved to Montana and then Sun Valley. It feels a little bit like art imitating life how does the saying go? I don't know but outside of the troubled teen part your career feels like it's mirrored a little bit with some of the moves you've made". Gen agreed saying "Yeah absolutely. You know what the craziest part is that so I was born in the Bay area and the same mountain. So this girl Kris Furillo steals this horse, she's sent to juvie or something and ends up going on this horse on this crazy ride up Mount Diablo and that's where I lived. So it's so crazy to be reenacting this story." She did say also "I don't know if I'm that troubled but I feel I felt the role at that time I think." She mentioned talking to Nicole and doing a rewatch and "reviving the show or something".
Yet another quote from that Rise Together Podcast post I made that should be of great concern here:
"26:25 Dave asked Gen what it's like joining a show and then creating a life with them. He also was wondering about what it's like working with Jared while married and such. Probably the very best part of this whole thing in my opinion and what really made me want to watch this podcast from that post you shared Anon: "I was just talking to someone about this that my favorite relationship with him is a work relationship. Sometimes it's hard to be married to him because he's like, Jared is so interesting because he's so analytical. I mean my husband, I'm going to toot his horn because he's literally one of the smartest human beings I've ever met in my life and it's annoying because he will correct you on words you think he didn't even know. I have a book of SAT words just because I'm like I am going to get him. And so I'll just casually talk about something and use a crazy word in a sentence and he'll be like well you pronounced it incorrectly. It's so frustrating. Also in our marriage he's very giving and emotional and supportive. He's supportive in everything that I've done and I feel really lucky and grateful. I think even more so when it comes to work he is your biggest cheerleader and it's going to be a lot of time together. But funny enough, I think we'll be better at work than sometimes we are at home. Because I'm like, this is how the kids are, this is how I like them, this is the order that I like things in. And it's hard for me to let go I think, at home. but at work, it's just a really nice exchange and I feel really lucky, and he'll sit there too. If he's not working, he'll take it, pull up a chair and talk on the phone and watch at me and I can hear him bragging about me and whether he's doing it for my benefit I don't know but it makes me feel good and I feel really lucky that he does stuff like that."
Is it possible Gen used some kind of witchcraft to make this hookup scene become part of the script? Is it also possible she has used it in other unpleasant ways as well (ex. the car accident from April 2022, the 2015 breakdown while in Geneva alone)? Can't prove it for sure nor can we say when exactly she got that used up pinto box but I can say to grab a box like that when first dating tells me she had some magical intentions with Jared, not to mention is kind of creepy no offense ha ha. I 100% believe she has used it to maintain their "relationship" like she said about making those boxes. Then again if she really doesn't like him being at home that much, maybe she just wants his estate and the lifestyle his money provides(?).

Instead of posting a pic with the Walker cast and crew, he makes a post about the show with a pic thanking the nepo wife? LOL. Damage control for ditching her on their anniversary to go to Rome. And lbr Gen never had a problem leaving the kids behind with the nannies to vacation in Europe.
Damage control!!! I think you’re right about how bad it looks leaving Gen and the kids behind in Austin, especially when Danneel and the Ackles kids went along to Rome.
I also think J2 either knew this pic was coming out and Jared had to do something about it..
Tumblr media
….orrrrr, they realized their anniversary/Valentine’s Day posts weren’t beardy enough. 🤔
That caption was pretty funny considering Jared looks beyond miserable any time he has to spend time with Gen. Also editing the caption to include Keegan’s photo credit right after he posted a photo that Jensen took? Not suspicious at all. (sarcasm)
Either way, it’s been a while since we’ve had a (🤮) kissing pic so I get why they’d have to post one. I’m enjoying the above picture way too much to be bothered by it. 🤭

usually i dont make posts like this but if youre hating on someone dont let it get infront of your moral values.
idm if youre hating on someone, as a big hater myself, i love it & the drama. youre allowed to knit pick celebrities for being annoying or that racist tweet that they tweeted 10 yrs ago. but if youre hating on them by being racist, homophobic, ect. then youre just as worse as them.
im only saying this bc i saw a post the other day where someone negatively pointed out how a certain celeb was "too skinny" when that celebrity appears to have a normal bmi. & then when i commeted on that post saying, "idk much about this celeb but you shouldnt comment on their weight negatively. it comes off as body shaming."
& then the creator replied saying "she looks like she is starving herself." & then the creator deleted that reply & then replied with "she fat shames her husband." like?? idc if she fat shames her husband, im not talking about her, im talking about YOU. didnt your momma ever tell you that two wrongs dont make a right? i replied basically saying that & my reply & orginal comment got DELETED. & this person didnt even take down their post or fix it but they obv know theyre wrong bc they deleted my comments calling them out.
im sorry but i dont see how that is valid reason to hate on someone. you couldve hated on that celebrity by pointing out that they fat shame their husband but you decide to skinny shame them instead? that makes no sense.
to that person & any other person thats like this, you are no better than the person youre hating on. <3

Fandom fact-checking: I need to get this off my chest because some of y’all are way too satisfied running on crumbs…

Jensen doesn’t follow Gen. He hasn’t for literal YEARS.
Tumblr media
This post originated on Gen’s IG but was cross-posted at the same time to Jared’s IG as well. Much like the joint Gen/Towwn posts.
Tumblr media
Jensen of course does follow Jared.
Soooooo, in conclusion Jensen liked the post he saw on JARED’S insta that happened to have Gen in it…Know your fandom history. Don’t get too excited.
*whispers* he don’t really fuck with her like all that
(Don’t get me started on the implications of a cross-post and how that probably means that Gen can post to Jared’s account and as Jared whenever she wants, apparently, and so now I will never trust any comment or post from him ever again. Ok byeeeeee 🤸🏻‍♀️)

Alright, I have something to say here. I don't care what people will say, I'm getting sick and tired of Gen and her antics! She forces Jared to always promote nonsense to the fans! All she cares about is following the latest trends, making money and being famous. She does NOT care about Jared and the kids. I'm sorry, a true fan of Jared would realize he's in trouble. I know there's this facade that he's happier on the set of Walker instead of Supernatural, but at least then, he could escape his wife and go to Vancouver! Now she has watches over his every move! Do you see since he was forced to stay around her, he promotes a very expensive and fad like fitness supplement company? He shows his body off for the VERY FIRST TIME in a magazine to promote "health"? Don't get me started on forcing him to promote the wrong type of politics (even though politics is wrong as a whole) just so she can stay relevant?
Don't you fans see? She's turned Jared into a total sellout! And he's not fighting back! Do us a favor, Jared, and FIGHT BACK! Your freedom means everything!

I've been thinking I think that since the accident who took care or is taking care of Jared is Jensen: 1 was responsible for telling the fans about the accident 2 saw ho the cars turned out 3 Genevieve not talking about the accident and posted her usual posts
I agree. I think that he is taking care of him and that G was told not to say anything. She’s trying though with this morning’s story on IG.

GUYS…is this a bad pic or did something weird happen to Jared’s face? Almost like he got injections or too much time in the O2 Chamber perhaps?? Jensen seems to be aging really well. Misha looks older but it seems organic.

Do you all understand how sick this is?? They’re THANKING her for bringing them another place to flaunt their wealth as if she’s some sort of altruistic hero. As if she is not also being paid to do so.

WHAT A LOAD OF SHIT!
Oh yes, “finally” these vapid twits will be able to cosplay as French…I guess? Thank heavens Gen brought this bit of whimsy into their otherwise bleak existences. They were running short on flowy skirts to wear to brunch.
Dear Austin Colonizers: There is a devastating housing crisis going on around you. And because of you. You have driven the lower income folks out of Austin over the years and now brought in yet another luxury store so you can all look the same. You’ve sucked every bit of charm and cool out of Austin. Congratulations. We are all so happy for this blessing after you have suffered without for so long.
Here is an actual heroic organization hoping to improve the quality of life for the people of Austin who need it the most:

Genevieve Padalecki would never.
Stop celebrating her mediocrity.

Jared made his third appearance on Michael Rosenbaum’s podcast.
The interview was done through Zoom and filmed on March 17th. More of a general conversation if you’re looking for something like info about what’s coming up in what’s left of this season of Walker you won’t find it but it did have some interesting and important tidbits so I do suggest checking it out. As always a link is provided at the end of this post.
Also as always, Rosenbaum going forward will be referred to as MR.
They jump right into conversation with MR asking Jared about how far away from home he films. Jared says they go all over the place but usually he’s only around 20mins to an hour away. Asked if it’s easier to have his whole life there or if there’s more distractions, Jared says it’s so much harder because when he would wrap up SPN and get home tired he could just get a beer and head to bed but now when he gets home he has the kids all wanting his attention. x
He once again shares the story about how Walker came to be, and how the idea came to him when he read an anonymous op ed about a law enforcement official who handed in his badge. And he went to Anna Fricke, who he knew as a friend through her marriage to Jeremy Carver, and asked if she’d be available. x
He says that when he was originally thinking about Walker- when it was in the early stages of development his pitch, unbeknownst to Jensen, was that Jensen would be Walker. Because he (Jared) was on his way out of acting; he thought he would be on as an EP but didn’t really want to be on camera. And that actually, he doesn’t want to be on camera, that he sort of wants to retire, he doesn’t want to do fittings or have pictures taken of him. *thinking about G’s instagram* Jared, hon, if you wanna stop feeling like a showpony you should think more about divorce than retirement.
And he tried to almost negotiate himself out of a deal; when he pitched the idea, Pedowitz told him that if he wanted to come back in the fold let him know and Jared said it would have to be in Austin, and he would need creative involvement, and a day or two off every episode and Pedowitz ended up being okay with all of it.  But he says, he’s now so proud of his show and he’s all in. x
MR mentions he saw Katherine McNamara is gonna be involved in the prequel, and says she's gonna be on the podcast.  In case anyone doesn’t know she’s gonna be playing Abby Walker, and is gonna be one of the leads of the show. Jared mentions he doesn’t know her well yet but that they did their research and background checks to see if the people they were considering were decent and Katherine has a great reputation so he looks forward to getting to know her better. x
What made him decide Walker was the thing for him after SPN? Did he have offers to lead on other shows? Jared says, no that he’s sure he had auditions available but what he loved about SPN is that they were the little engine that could. It was more a word of mouth fandom rather than billboards everywhere, and with Walker it became sort of like ‘let’s give it a shot’. And his initial motivation for filming was that he wanted his fellow Texans to be able to pay their mortgage because they started filming amidst the pandemic at a time where a lot of the world wasn’t shooting yet because of it; they didn’t know where the world was going, he compares it to when in the Titanic the band keeps playing even though the ship is sinking. So they were working not knowing if they were gonna get phone calls shutting them down, which they did get, but they wanted to provide entertainment and tell stories and provide joy and they created a season that he couldn’t be more proud of; says he’s his biggest critic but he’s so proud of Walker.
A small thing but he and MR think his first appearance on the podcast was being the one he did in 2020 when he was in quarantine before wrapping up SPN but that’s incorrect; his first appearance was actually in 2019. It’s not on Youtube because at the time this podcast was not on video but it is on Spotify. x
MR knows how overwhelming a first season can be so, did Jared cater to his needs so he wouldn’t feel overworked on set? Is that a conversation that was had? It was. Jared says they take great care of him, that his line producer and set producer fight to make sure his days are condensed so he won’t be first up and last up and having to spend his whole day in a trailer. That he’s being treated like a king (as he should be 🥰) and he’s so grateful. And I’m grateful too because this is the kind of respect and support that he deserves, and it makes me so happy that he has a crew that appreciates him❤️
The number of script pages he has to learn vary by day. He goes on a sort of ramble about how he bristles when people assume he’s a great liar because he’s an actor, and I swear for a second I thought he was gonna talk about himself as in his personal life because he starts to say “I’m not lying, I’m going through some-” and then redirects and says his job as an actor is to tell his characters truth so he does a lot of work outside of the set. That he wants to read his scripts over and over again until he gets to the point that when he gets on set he’s telling the truth. I don’t know if what he meant to say before he cut himself off is that he’s not lying when he’s acting because the brain can’t tell the difference between real and fake when you’re let’s say acting like you’re in pain, or if he was actually going to go in another direction and then his brain caught up and swerved. x
MR mentions he saw an article on twitter about the time that Jared almost missed a day of work on Gilmore Girls. For those that don’t know the story, what happened is that he was not scheduled to film for several days but Lauren Graham got sick and they had to do a last minute schedule change that Jared was not aware of; so he and his friends had stayed up late playing video games and filling up on beer and pizza, and Sadie who was a puppy at the time, he with the help of his dad had made her a little pee place on his balcony cause he lived on the third floor so he just left his balcony door open and crashed. He was woken up at like 8am by his friend telling him that his (Jared’s) manager had called him because Jared was needed on the set and he couldn’t reach him, and that’s when Jared looks at his phone and sees that he has a ton of missed calls and messages.
He says that it was more than uncomfortable, he found it scarring and it stays with him to this day. Because even though everyone on set was very nice and gracious he felt like an asshole, like he let everyone down for wasting their valuable time. And it formed who he is now, it’s part of why he goes over scripts again and again and again; the way he sees it is that if he doesn’t do a good job or he messes up a scene it’s not because he hasn’t done the work it’s because he doesn’t have the talent.
MR asks if he’s not the kind of actor that can just walk on set and learn lines in the trailer and Jared replies he’s never tried. When he walks on a set, he knows everybody else’s lines. And he shares about how when he was in highschool he used to take pride in just reading the cliffnotes and still getting a good grade but then at one point realized he was only hurting himself in the long run by trying to shortcut his way to an A, that he was just taking away from his experience and that’s the same way he thinks about learning his scenes; he’s sure he could go on set, read his scene for the first time and do a decent job but he’d just be stealing from himself. And he likes to go on set and have a good time, so he puts in the work so when he gets to set he’s ready to play and have a good time.
Sidenote: When Jared mentioned Sadie he also mentioned that Koda had surgery. Don’t know what for but I hope the doggy is okay. x
He doesn’t run lines with anyone. Says he’s a loner, that he always says that if he weren’t an actor he’d wanna be like a wildlife photographer or something in Africa (is that something you always say?🤨). That he doesn’t go out (I guess UFC fights don’t count), he doesn’t like people but he loves good people, doesn’t like being in crowds that he’s wired to be alone and beat himself up a little bit- Jared baby are you okay?
Says he’s competitive with himself - he compares himself to other versions of himself, and if he feels he hasn’t done his best, he dwells on it. x
MR: Can you/do you watch yourself and can you appreciate it or are you too critical? He answers that he didn't watch the new SPN eps when they were airing live unless he was on set with Jensen and they’d go to his trailer and live tweet or something but with Walker he does because of his capacity as EP. He has to give notes so when he watches it it's very mathematical. And he mentions he watches it with his kids which is great because he couldn’t show SPN to his kids. x
MR mentions how Jensen is the type to just go on set and learns his lines in the trailer, and Jared goes to say they have opposite methods but he pauses as he tries to remember the word method so MR says work ethics and I love Jared’s instant reaction of “no,no,no, he works hard af”; a little peak of protective Jared not allowing the implication that Jensen doesn’t work hard.
MR has to clarify that he's not saying Jensen doesn’t work hard but that Jared just talked about how he dissects everything and the work he puts in at home. Jared replies that what he and Jensen have is polar opposite methods but Jensen’s work ethic is legendary, he works as hard as somebody can on something, he just does it in a different way. Jensen would say he likes to get there and be fresh and Jared guesses that something he figured out through his own hundreds of episodes of tv is that he feels he’s giving his best when he keeps it fresh. That frankly he wishes he had more Jensen in him (*snort* I’m sure you do) because he’s setting his alarm at 4:30am getting out of bed to get on his treadmill and read, and he wishes he could find a better way to go about it. x
When Jared was talking about how him and Jensen have different methods he brought up the saying ‘don’t yuck my yum’ which means what it sounds like basically if somebody has something they like or that they’re good at don’t ruin it aka don’t yuck their yum and the reason I’m mentioning it is because MR makes the joke “I’m sure a lot of fans would like to yuck your yum” which makes Jared laugh and reach for his kombucha. He says he started drinking it because he heard about the health benefits and how it's supposed to be good for you. That the first time he tasted it, he found it disgusting but powered through it and now he kinda likes it.
Birthdays come up, MR says he’s turning 50 this year not gonna lie that caught me by surprise. x
MR asks him about a comment Jared had made where he said SPN almost didn’t cast him because he felt they thought he was too stupid. This is a storyJared told in the spn podcast for anyone who’s curious where it comes from; in the early 2000’s what casting directors were looking for were brooding, James Dean types so the name of the game was that if you went to auditions and acted like that you were likely to get the role so that’s what he did but that’s not what Kripke was looking for and the feedback they gave to Jared’s manager is that they were looking for an intellectual; so his manager proceeded to tell them about his academic achievement and they decided to give him a second chance. So the second time he goes in and proceeds to talk about literature.
He also mentions how he was in a holding deal with WB. What a holding deal is that when they liked somebody they’d get them for one show but they’d want the right to have them at their disposal for their next series of Pilots and he’d have a pre negotiated episodic pay for the next year on that show. And both him and Jensen had holding deals.
One of the academic achievements his manager mentioned is that Jared only missed one math question on his SAT’s. His SAT score was around 1490 which leaves MR very impressed but Jared’s really humble about it and says he just does well on tests but that the smartest, most interesting people he knows don’t do well in tests because their brains work on a different angle.
His SAT scores are something to be proud of and I love how humble he is about it but what I love even more is his acknowledgement that the smartest people sometimes don’t do well in tests. Because it’s true. A test is not an accurate representation of how smart someone is there are people who can cram an entire textbook into their head for an exam but the moment they put their pencil down they’ve forgotten all of it just like there are people who freeze and go blank at exam time but at any other moment could give a dissertation on a subject. x
Asked how he’s dealing with his mental health, he says he’s in maintenance right now; shares that he went to see a psychiatrist in Costa Mesa in November who did some brain scans and found his brain only has around 60% of the oxygen that it should. That his brain looked like swiss cheese and it scared him, and he broke down into tears but the doctor calmed him down told him he’s not dying, and this is something fixable, he can get better and that if he’s doing everything he’s doing now with only 60% then when he gets better the sky’s the limit.
So he’s been doing treatments in a hyperbaric chamber. For those that don’t know a hyperbaric chamber is a medical device, a more commonly known use of them is as a treatment for compression sickness which is what you get when you rise too fast when scuba diving or deep diving. And it’s a pressurized environment where you breathe in pure oxygen.
MR asks him if it actually works and Jared is honest and says he has no idea. MR asks how often he has done it, Jared replies that he had done it everyday that week, confesses he has one in his house, and it’s not cheap. He looks so cute when MR asks him about the hyperbaric chamber, he’s so reluctant to admit he has one and how expensive it is.
He’s the only one that uses the chamber because G has a thing that makes it less than ideal. For some reason, he also randomly throws in there that G’s brain is beautiful with blood going everywhere and perfect. Sure.
I can’t imagine how scary finding that out was for him, our brains are arguably the most important organ we have and I’m just glad this is something he can heal from 💛
For anyone who wants more details about hyperbaric oxygen therapy you can find more info about what it can help with and how it works here and here.
This took place on the birthday of Jared’s old stand in Matt who passed away a couple years ago due to suicide. MR asks if there’s anything he wants to say or insight he wants to share; Jared says you gotta be open. That Matt was the best dude, the smiliest guy who was going through a lot of stuff; that if you got something going on just be open. He’s goine through tough times where he’s thought if he just pushes it down further it’ll go away but it didn’t, and that he’s had a few friends who are no longer around due to suicide. That it’s tough cause it’s never the person who’s telling you how bummed they are, it’s the person who's acting normal and asking how you are, and then the next day you get the call or text that they’re no longer here.
MR: So usually the signs are tough because there are no signs a lot of times.
Jared says a lot of people who are going through really difficult times have been to places in their head that they don’t want others to go to so they just hide it. x
Does he still have Baby? Yes, she’s in his garage. He drives it but it has a leak right now. Says he has one and so does Jensen. Baby 1 went to Jensen which is the one with the big block engine that makes a lot of noise but he got Baby number 2 which is the one they used more because it’s quiet and they wouldn’t get noise complaints. x
MR asks about Jensen directing Walker. Man probably just expected a simple answer instead he got Jared talking for 5mins about how much he loves him.
Jared says that since he wasn’t in every scene he had two days off of principal production and he purposely scheduled them so they would be the first two days. Because he wanted his cast and crew to know that Jensen wasn’t there because he’s Jared’s friend, he was there because he’s a savvy and talented director. That he’s their director, not for them to think of him as Jared’s buddy tagging along to direct an episode. And because I can feel it in my soul that somebody is gonna try to twist this, this was done to ensure that the crew and cast gave Jensen the respect he deserved as the director.
So Jensen did the first two days without him on set and then he showed up on the 3rd day which was Jensen’s birthday and he was able to tell the crew that this wouldn't have existed without the work that he and Jensen put forth on Supernatural. I know I’ve talked about how much I love that he gave a whole speech but the fact that he purposely scheduled things out to be this way- that’s love people, that’s love.
Then Jared says that he doesn’t think there’s anybody on the planet that believes in Jensen to the degree he believes in Jensen 😭❤️
Which is beautiful but also may I point out how funny MR’s reaction to this is because he literally just goes ‘wow’.
But Jared doesn’t stop there, he continues saying that he has no doubt that there’s people in Jensen’s life who know he walks on water the difference is he’s seen him walk on water. Day in and day out for 15 and a half years he’s seen him with a cold, getting bad news and going back to set, a pipe bursting at their house and going back to set (and yes he said their house [“our house”] don’t believe me listen to it yourself). That he loves him dearly, always will and it’s one thing to know somebody you like is a hero, it’s another to see them and know why they’re a hero.
At which point MR says again, wow; I don’t think he expected Jared to speak with such devotion.
He continues saying that on Walker a lot of their crew say friends of theirs from other show will call and ask how's Disneyland; they have a great set but as EP and lead he has a heavy hand in setting that tone and he had the chance to tell everybody, with Jensen there, that that wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for the blood, sweet and tears of Jensen for 15 and a half years as well; and for his crew to kinda honor him as well because they hadn’t had the chance to meet him yet.
And then it sounds like he says that if it wasn’t for covid Jensen would have gone by the set many times but it’s not too clear because MR interrupts him. Goddangit, Rosenbaum I get you gotta keep it moving and you gotta be feeling like you’re a third wheel in a two person conversation but just let the man gush about his husband for 20 mins.
MR says it’s amazing cause usually the last person you wanna see is the one you saw every day for 15yrs. Jared says Jensen’s a phenomenal director, actor, everything, he can do whatever he wants and do it with ease. x
For an extra punch in the feels let me go ahead and remind y’all about Jensen’s birthday message to Jared last year where he said Jared can walk on water ❤️
There’s a weird transition with MR asking about any new fights. Guess he had to come up with something to change the tone after Jared just gushed about Jensen.
Rapid fire questions from Patreon:
How was it with Jensen directing, any tricks or pranks played? It was awesome. Being able to show off his buddy, his partner in crime, his brother of many years; they had a bunch of pranks planned, some had to get kinda shelved because of covid restrictions, but they had different chair back names for each of his days. x
Fav thing about doing conventions? His favorite thing is catching up with people he’s known for a long time and some brand new people about something he’s really passionate about; it’s like walking into a restaurant and finding out someone is a fan of your fav football team or band- it’s a connection and it’s like catching up with old friends. That as he’s getting older it’s those small connections between people that really excite him. What excites him the most about cons is a. seeing a lot of the fandom, some new, some long standing and b. seeing people he’s worked with and talking about a scene they filmed back in 2008. x
Would he go back and do another Gilmore Girls show like Netflix did a few years ago? He says yes. And also shows off his gray beard hairs 😍
MR mentions he’s thinking of lightening his hair, and Jared shares the story about how one day it was just him and O in the hottub, and she was giving him a hug and she likes to scratch at his beard and he was thinking this is the most amazing thing until she pointed out the white hair patch on his beard and mentally he just went ‘ah fuck’ 😂
Advice he would give his younger self? Live life as if life is long. Meaning enjoy it, let relationships grow, let yourself grow. x
Both j2 keep talking about how the book isn’t closed on spn, how unclosed is it?
The book is not closed on SPN, obviously there’s a prequel coming up but beyond that as far as Jared playing Sam and Jensen playing Dean, if a new book is released he thinks he would be excited to help tell that story. x
There is talk about the prequel. MR asks if the dust has settled about it. Did they talk and have a laugh about it?
Jared says they had a laugh and a cry. They linked up and talked on the phone. That he loves Jensen and he has no doubt Jensen loves him back. They both rather things had gone down a different way but they didn’t and it’s not productive to say whose to blame and what happened that when you’re in a relationship with somebody it’s once you go through a hardship and your instinct goes I want to make this right or I wanna say goodbye to this and they both figured the former, they wanted to make it right. x
This is pretty much the same thing Jared said at a con a couple years ago, and it’s advice he gives to couples, that when your relationship is tested that’s when you find out if it’s worth it or not.
Jared also wants to be really abundantly clear, because he sees the twitter trolls, that nobody believes in Jensen more than he does. x
I know some people aren’t going to listen but Jared is sending a very clear message there.
To wrap it up MR asks what’s next? Jared replies: a nap. Those were his plans after this call finished to take a nap. Small conversation ensues about preferred napping clothing he says he naps in like the under armour sweats, the ones that are alleged to help with circulation. He likes being cozy so he doesn’t sleep or nap naked, he wants his shell. x
And that is the conclusion of Jared’s third appearance on Rosenbaum’s podcast! I love all the j2 content it provided 🥰
This post is really long. If you made it this far, go get yourself something to eat, drink some water, stretch, I’m gonna do all three. And if you wanna check out the podcast yourself, which I recommend, you can do so through the link below; it’s also available on Spotify and Apple podcasts if you prefer an audio only version.

Hi there I was just curious if you’ve heard this podcast and what your thoughts are on it
Hello Anon, thank you for the ask. I managed to find the podcast with Gen and Dave Hollis you mentioned, which is in this link here. This aired on 11/5/2020. I see the episode number is 119 and is titled "The Benefits of Slowing Down and Focusing on What Matters- with Gen Padalecki". A good friend of mine showed me that post and it really caught my attention based on the things I've been seeing in my divination readings, my personal observations, other posts like that one and others I have caught wind of here on Tumblr, etc. I'm going to give time stamps of some of the highlights I feel are worth sharing prior to discussing my thoughts on things.
2:10 Dave asked Gen what exactly makes her tick, how she got to where she is, and asked her to tell people "who the heck you are". "It's loaded um and I like it. That's such a great question because I feel like I'm coming into my own all of the sudden and so I feel that couldn't have come at a better time. I feel like I had this tough exterior kind of growing up but like internally had to be this good girl and you know I feel like now 39, 3 kids and I feel like what feeds me is being completely honest about my feelings and using my words to express myself. Not that I wouldn't but like I say to my kids (was a little hard to understand her here so I could be wrong about this portion) just being completely honest about my feelings and expressing that and I think what really makes me tick is finding ways that I can find happiness and for me that's my children who I didn't realize how much joy and insane love they bring to me and my husband. I also find little things like I love to read. I've just relearned how to read essentially through COVID and I am, it brings me so much joy and walking in nature and being outside, I'm really active. So things that really feed me and stimulate me and um, make me feel good. I feel like I've turned them. I don't know, you pay it forward. You know, you bring that energy with you."
4:30 (in the context of Dave and her discovering what really matters to them the most continuing from the last question): "This is the first time I lived with my husband. I know that sounds really crazy but my husband had been filming a TV show for 15 years in Vancouver so when all of this started you know he came down here. He had 2 episodes left and then that was the completion of the series. Personally, it meant that I had to live with him and deal with coparenting which was really stressful like the thought of it. And to make that work, and it was crazy because we were always in this tight bubble with just us and our kids and it really was simplifying. It was you know like the layers are gone. The interference is gone, drama is kinda out the window in a way, and we got to really simplify basic needs. It's so weird how much unlayering we had to do and that's what I'm finding through all of this is a lot of unlayering to get to the core".
8:30: After David asked if she's enjoying descending into Austin after living in California: "I was born in California, I was born in the Bay area and then funny enough I moved to Montana. My parents said we're going on vacation and they moved us to Montana. So um I have memories of people throwing things at our car."
They apparently moved to Montana in 1994. This would make her either 12 or 13 when she moved.
11:36: "The one place I felt was the most formative was moving to Montana. And it's such a strange thing and I don't know if you've experienced this too where I had all these preconceived notions that as a spoiled California kid. You know not spoiled but just where this world was this bubble and moving to a place where in my mind I thought I was gonna ride a horse to school and have to carry a gun (with some oomph I might add ha ha) and you know I was like who are these people? and, it was the one place in my life that was so challenging and so difficult. To get through that and through the other side. I have the best memories, I'm still trying to go back. I'm trying to get Jared to go back and I'm like "we gotta figure out a way to get back to Montana just because".
Turns out she lived there for 2 years and then her and her family moved to Idaho.
13:30: she mentions here that her college counselor in Idaho told me his advice and I'll never forget it was to "pick a college that made me uncomfortable, just uncomfortable enough you know to where I would have to figure stuff out but not too uncomfortable to where you want to leave. I still take this advice with me to every day. I really feel that to find discomfort because that's where you learn. You know, you look deep and within yourself and have to get dark". She was talking in response to Dave's discussing his son's fear of not winning his class president election by saying "and especially now as a kid learn these lessons now. You don't want to wait until you're in your 20s to suddenly get uncomfortable. Get over it now, get over that hump, get over that fear of what people are thinking and letting that affect you and penetrate you and learn who you are now. Learn to fall on your face and get back up and keep on going."
26:25 Dave asked Gen what it's like joining a show and then creating a life with them. Because I'm like, this is how the kids are, this is how I like them, this is the order htat I like things in.
29:50 Now the second best part that wasn't mentioned in the post you shared Anon (where she responds to Dave's question about Jared being open about his struggles with anxiety). Paraphrasing here but she did admit here that both of them are in therapy for anxiety. She also said "but for us specifically we both are in therapy, actually all of us, the kids are in therapy as well. We feel really strongly like it's a workout. So you know We know we put so much emphasis on exercise." She talked about more emphasis on also exercising your brain.
39:00 (approximately, summarizing here): she talks about how for when she gave birth to Shep (in a bed) and Odette (water birth in the tub), she was in an Airbnb house in one of which the owner didn't even want guests to cook salmon. Also she started talking about how "the journey that you go through as a woman to get to that point, it just felt so in control and so giving [power]". This was in response to a question Dave asked Gen with regards to her giving birth naturally being a source of her strength. She did confirm Tom was a hospital birth where she had an epidural. She did admit also that they chose Seattle because it was closer to Vancouver for giving birth.
43:54 Gen is talking about how "their school has gone back yet and I really struggled to be honest with you [admitted she didn't send them back yet, and I'm assuming they did virtual schooling instead]. It was really challenging and I might just rip off the bandaid and put them in sports soon because I do worry about their mental health and for so long I've been like I have to do what's right for our community, I'm not gonna put anyone else at risk, we're in lockdown, our kids will not be in sports. And now I think I'm doing a disservice to my family. We've been at it now for what, 8 months? I'm like I gotta do something. So I certainly don't have the answers on this one." This was in response to a question Dave asked her during this tough how she and her family create "joy moments" with her kids during COVID-19 lockdown.
45:25 Dave asked Gen about the upcoming Walker Texas Ranger show "where is Chuck Norris when you need him?" Gen said "Yes I'm very, very excited and very humbled. I feel really lucky 1. to be able to work again, it's been a long time since I've been on a show and I also get to work opposite my husband and I get to play his deceased wife. I know we could have a field day with that one but I'm really, really excited and I've read the first couple lines of scripts, Jared shared them with me and I, I'm so, so excited for people to get their eyes on this show. I really feel that it's so well done, so well written it's so of the times and I just, I just feel it's so wholesome on the one hand and so like cutthroat and edgy on the flip side too and it's so fun".
46:51 Dave asked Gen his apparently standard end of the interview question "If there were one single takeaway that you could leave with this audience. An idea, a question, an actionable piece of advice that would help them have a little bit more peace, have them have a little more joy what is this single thing of a question that you would leave with our listeners today?" with which she answered "you know what I always say to my kids every day? I say 'say one good thing about yourself every day', and every morning when they wake up they have to say one positive thing about themselves. I started doing that with myself too and I feel that sets the tone for the day".
Now, onto my actual thoughts about this. Now when this podcast was aired it was in November 2020 during COVID. It's now March 25, 2024 as I am typing this and heard this entire podcast. I joined this fandom via joining Tumblr late December 2022 admittedly when I wanted to know more about why I was getting weird vibes about Jensen and Danneel's marriage as I had finished most of the series back then.
First thought finishing this particular podcast is "WELL Gen, you certainly were honest about your feelings here about Jared, weren't you?" I provided a link above for the other readers so they can hear it all for themselves outside of the partial transcript I gave above. I noticed that she talks about how much joy her children give her (not so much Jared but said her children bring her and her husband so much joy) but also heard some sources of her frustrations being with her husband. This may or may not sound "fair" to some people but she certainly has enjoyed a nice, comfortable cushy lifestyle minus the husband 9 or so months out of the year for most of their marriage and then suddenly now, she has to learn how to live with him. Oh my, what a concept of living with your husband finally...
I am a bit angry with her comment about "relearning how to read" for a couple reasons. I discussed in a Tumblr my problems with her answer about her literacy campaign question she got during the Jared and Gen Atlanta con earlier this year which was a few days before my 11 year anniversary from the day I uploaded my first YouTube video. My first YouTube video was about my struggles in school and even talked about how I essentially LEARNED how to read period, not this "relearning how to read" bullshit statement Gen made, as she had a bazillion books on her shelf in posts going back prior to 2019. I decided to make a Tumblr post and a video response going with my post talking about why there's plenty of things wrong with Gen's answer. In short, her views on literacy go back to thinking that literacy problems are more or less in far away lands only and definitely knows nothing about what it really means to be illiterate. I advise she uses her computer or phone to learn more about the same literacy statistics she spews out at times and learn about the REAL causes of illiteracy in both the developing and developed worlds.
I'm also concerned greatly about her admitting her and the kids are all in therapy. Again you guys, this podcast aired back on 11/5/2020. Why are her kids who were aged about 3, 5, and 8 at the time or so in therapy? Again, this was back in November 2020 when this podcast was aired so this is about how old the kids were at the time. "To exercise their brains" as she put it? Come on all, this is a joke right? You go to therapy to GET HELP FOR ISSUES not to "exercise the brain", I've had enough of this stupid "woke" shit. I'm sorry but just no.... I spent some of my childhood in speech and occupational therapy because I needed help with speech and sensory issues. I spent some of my time as a teen seeing a psychologist because I needed help with emotional issues. I also spend some of my time as an adult today in therapy because I need help overcoming emotional issues going back to my childhood and also admittedly from trauma I've endured in my adult years and frankly just can't seem to get a break from in my eyes. Hell, as an example of how wonderful my childhood was... I have such a sweet memory of being in 4th grade under the annoying fluorescent lights in my speech therapist's office "learning" how to pronounce words like "orange" and "banana" not long after she came into my classroom to gather me and threatened me saying "I will drag your ass out of this room if you don't come with me now". Good times... now why were/are her kids in therapy at such a young age? I don't know, I doubt it's just to "exercise their brains". So this is how you like your kids Gen? Going to therapy at such a young age from whatever issues they are going through, despite living such a comfortable cushy life with dad barely around most of the time? The gall of it, seriously... There are so many things wrong with this on so many levels but you know, I know now with real life confirmation of what I've suspected hearing it straight from the horse's mouth, there's something legitimately going wrong behind closed doors without her saying it...
And I am sorry but I MUST go revisit the statement of her favorite relationship with Jared being a work relationship. I discussed previously the timeline of their marriages here, which I concluded things went way too fast and frankly talked about how there's plenty of red flags with the whole deal. I also caught wind of some curious social media tendencies of his, his family's and hers discussed here that just can't be ignored or unseen. In another post here where I mentioned in a reblog the holiday Jared broke down on wanting to die was ironically enough Ascension Day, I took the liberty of taking photos out of Jared's chapter in the book "Family Don't End with Blood". It is in the context of this chapter that made me really start to question the Pada marriage more. "Why did Gen not stay behind with her troubled husband?" Being someone who has been in therapy since she was a kid apparently, she should know that it takes time for meltdowns, breakdowns, shutdowns, etc. to occur and that there are WARNING SIGNS of something going on especially with her own husband. I'm sorry, I don't accept the bullshit answers that it's because she barely knows her husband or "she didn't know". Nope, there are always hints something is amiss, she just chose to overlook them at this time. Nope nope and just nope.
Bottom line is, even though Gen's mom the childhood psychic Penny may have foretold Gen's future husband is going to be a producer per this podcast I wrote about here BUT what about the palmistry reading Jared got where he was told he was going to be rich but have a bad love life as I posted about here? Did these 2 psychics hear from other entities different things in their divine blueprints about their said unhappy marriage? Penny didn't talk about the unhappy side of things (how convenient and frankly typical of said demonic seers) and Jared's palm reader didn't divulge who he was going to marry but implied it won't be a happy love life for him. Hmm, this is one reason I can't stand demonic seers.
On an interesting note, the Bathroom Chronicles podcast is episode 11. Around the 1 hour 10 min marker (1h10min00sec or 1:10:00 as it'd read on a timer is when that psychic Penny and Gen talk about how she learned from her psychic friend about her future husband. Overall Bathroom Chronicles podcast length is 01:17:48. This Rise Together podcast you shared Anon is episode 119, which aired on 11/5/2020. Also in this video from one of the last JIB panels from last year around the 11:33 marker Gen hesitated to kiss Jared onstage after she crashed this panel, can't unsee that for sure. Ironically while they were discussing a book called "Happy Place" in this live stream filmed in May of last year, Jared was told by Gen "No, don't wear your hat" which his fans are aware is a source of comfort for Jared, his "happy place" in a sense. What on earth is with all of the 11s surrounding Jared and Gen? As a brief meaning of what 11 could mean per that link, "The angel number 11 has a deeper meaning – it’s all about spiritual awakening and higher consciousness. Your guardian angels try to get your attention, nudging you to explore your inner self. Additionally, the number 11 is a symbol of leadership and new beginnings." Hmmmm what new beginnings? I guess we shall find out one day....
Thanks for the share Anon!

Hello, good morning, how are you? I hope that well.
I have a question, do you think it will take long for Jared and Jensen to come to terms with their relationship?
I’m doing well! Happy New Year to you and to everyone else reading this. I’ve been gone a while but I wanted to come back here to see what’s been going on.
To answer your question:
I think Jared and Jensen came to terms with their relationship a long time ago. Obviously their relationship meant enough to them that they were willing to find beards and live their fake lives together in Austin (as much as they could).
Things have changed a bit since then with Jensen moving to Connecticut. I don’t know if they are still “together” but it’s obvious things between them are different.
Do I still believe they’re in love? Absolutely. I don’t think after nearly 20 years together that that kind of love ever goes away. Maybe they just needed a break to figure things out.
As for whether or not they’ll ever come out… I honestly don’t know. I think Jared is happy to live a “quieter” life in Austin working on Walker and producing things in the future. Jensen seems more ambitious, especially now that he has that TV deal with Amazon. It’s clear they want different things and maybe that’s one reason they’re living in different states and seem to be apart at the moment.
I don’t want to disappoint any longtime tinhats, as that’s not my intention. I don’t know these men personally and for all I know, they could be together right now. I’m just stating the obvious.
I’ll still be around and I hope for more J2 moments but with Jared cutting back on CE cons, it looks like even those will be few and far between. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.

Just My Opinion on SPNNJ22
I haven’t posted or reblogged very much about Supernatural in a while because, as much as I love and adore the show, characters, and most actors, I have truly come to despise this fandom. Yet, given some of the crap I’ve seen on SM in the last few days, I feel compelled to write this now. So feel free to ignore or reply your opinion.
There’s something I noticed when I watched the gold and main panels. It was in the gold panel that Jensen informed us of Jared’s accident and how bad it was, even saying he’d seen the car. Yet, in the main panel, Jensen said he’d come from NO to NJ and was returning to NO that night. That leaves me with several questions. Did Jensen fly back to Austin just to check on Jared after the accident? Was Jared, and therefore the accident, in NO? When exactly did the accident occur?
I’m going to play devil’s advocate for a moment. Most know how very little I care for Genevieve. She’s seemingly made her normal BS posts since Jared’s accident. Could these have been scheduled posts and she was actually with him when he needed someone to be? I don’t think that’s very likely, but I recognize that it’s not impossible.
As for Jensen’s AKF joke, grow up people. Jensen spent the majority of the gold panel voicing how much he missed Jared and the majority of the afternoon panel taking pot shots at the wannabe. This was joke was just another pot shot emphasizing how insensitive and dense the wannabe is. I mean, honestly, Jensen straight up called him out for attention seeking right there on the stage, denied SPN was about the angel, and almost cruelly teased him for not knowing how to throw a punch at the camera. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. He didn’t miss one shot, including the silent movies quip.
I also have other questions about the accident. There aren’t many people Jared trusts to drive. He’s said before that he prefers that control because he knows his children depend on him to be around. So who was driving? Was it Cliff?
And to those who were celebrating Jared’s absence from the con - STFU. Jared and Jensen made Supernatural the treasure it is. No one else did that. Kripke dreamed it. Singer produced it. J2 made it. If you don’t want to see him at a con, don’t go. But for the love of all that’s moral and good in the world, don’t celebrate another person’s misfortune, especially when you don’t know how truly unfortunate it is.

It happened....
I think O is finally at the age where she refuses to be mom’s prop! Gen hasn’t posted an ad with the kids or a picture of the kids (minus a quick one that actually looked like a regular candid) in a while! Wonder how much she’ll push for another accessory baby. Maybe that’s what the romantic couple’s trip was for? (Side note, they do seem to take a lot of lovers trips without the kids. But since Jared abhors being around them it’s really no surprise.)
I mean maybe she just realized that using her kids for clicks and ads is actually trashy and exploitative and decided to stop shoving cameras in their faces, but do we really think Gen has had any sort of personal growth?
