Hi, your url is on an anti-Zionist blocklist because apparently you interacted with a disgusting pro-Israeli "bingo" blog. however your pinned post's tags allude to you being against those who are anti-palestine. I hope it was a mistake and i don't want hate sent your way for no reason
I interacted with a post that called out the antisemitic bullshit that I have personally been going through, and y'all decided that means I'm an evil (((zionist))) who wants Palestinians dead?
This is why Jewish people have been so worried. We aren't allowed to call out the vile hate we've been getting without people coming on our blogs and questioning if we're secretly evil baby killing monsters or something.
If standing up against antisemitism that I've been through makes me a "zionist" (most of you don't know what that word means btw but that's not the point) then I guess there's no point in me even talking about how I do believe in Palestinian liberation or some form of a two state solution or a ceasefire (after the release of all hostages tho).
Y'all don't actually care about my political stance on this issue. You care that I'm q Jewish person calling out your antisemitism.

The UN's Official Mission report on Hamas' Sexual Violence in Israel was published
Please take your time to read this. Israeli \ Jewish victims deserve the same protection as any other women.
The brief version can be read here.
----
***I am not going to include any graphic detailing.
The pattern of Sexual Violence used by Hamas is very clear:
It was one of their key goals and tactics on October 7th.
Tumblr media
You cannot say "Female Hostages are treated well. you're lying by saying they're raped" anymore!
Tumblr media
Notice how they also said **Children**
Tumblr media
Civilians were in fact burned inside their homes
Tumblr media
This is also clearly a pattern used by Hamas, as this is just one of many examples they detail. -Hamas has also burned soldiers alive in their dorms and offices. That is also further detailed in the report.
This is not fake or propaganda
I can't believe I have to write this but this report is an official report (finally) made by the UN's Sexual Violence Office, as part of their yearly report.
They had a 2-week delegation that toured the actual Kibbutzim (turned crime scenes), interviewed eyewitnesses, spoke to families of victims, etc...
___
I do have to say I was mistaken in my earlier post, besides their conclusion, they have also written their recommendations:
...." V. Conclusions
Overall, based on the totality of information gathered from multiple and independent sources at the different locations, there are reasonable grounds to believe that conflict-related sexual violence occurred at several locations across the Gaza periphery, including in the form of rape and gang rape, during the 7 October 2023 attacks. Credible circumstantial information, which may be indicative of some forms of sexual violence, including genital mutilation, sexualized torture, or cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment, was also gathered. 22
With regards to the hostages, the mission team found clear and convincing information that some hostages taken to Gaza have been subjected to various forms of conflict-related sexual violence and has reasonable grounds to believe that such violence may be ongoing.
The mission team was unable to establish the prevalence of sexual violence and concludes that the overall magnitude, scope, and specific attribution of these violations would require a fully-fledged investigation. A comprehensive investigation would enable the information base to be expanded in locations which the mission team was not able to visit and to build the required trust with survivors/victims of conflict-related sexual violence who may be reluctant to come forward at this point.
Regarding the occupied Palestinian Territory, while its scope did not extend to verification, the mission team received information from institutional and civil society sources as well as through direct interviews, about some forms of sexual violence against Palestinian men and women in detention settings, during house raids and at checkpoints. Though the mission team did not visit Gaza, the Office of the SRSG-SVC will continue to monitor the situation for any relevant allegations of CRSV in the context of the ongoing hostilities. The relevant UN entities present in the occupied Palestinian Territory will provide UN-verified information for reporting to the Security Council on allegations of CRSV, which will be complemented by the information obtained by the mission team.
VI. Recommendations
The mission team makes the following recommendations: a) Continue to encourage the Government of Israeli to grant, without further delay, access to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem and Israel, to carry-out fully-fledged investigations into all alleged violations that would deepen the preliminary findings contained in the present report. b) Urge Hamas and other armed groups to immediately and unconditionally release all individuals held in captivity and to ensure their protection including from sexual violence, in line with international law. c) Call on all relevant and competent bodies, national and international, to bring all perpetrators, regardless of rank or affiliation, to justice based on individual, superior and command responsibility, in accordance with due process of law and fair trial standards. d) Encourage the Government of Israel to consider signing a Framework of Cooperation with the Office of the SRSG-SVC to strengthen capacity on justice and accountability for CRSV crimes as well as security sector engagement, training, and oversight to prevent and address CRSV. 23 e) Strengthen the capacity of the United Nations to monitor and report on incidents, patterns and trends of CRSV in both Israel and the occupied Palestinian Territory through the establishment of the Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Arrangements on CRSV (MARA), convened by dedicated technical specialists, namely Women’s Protection Advisors (WPAs), deployed to the region to ensure prevention, protection and coordinated multi-sectoral assistance to survivors/victims. f) Encourage relevant actors to uphold information integrity and ethical, trauma-informed representations of conflict-related sexual violence, including by respecting and safeguarding the dignity and identity of survivors/victims and witnesses of sexual violence, as sensationalizing headlines, media pressure and scrutiny, exposure of identity, political instrumentalization and pressure, and/or fear of reprisal can result in the suppression, silencing and discrediting of survivors/victims and witnesses, further compound trauma and increase the risk of social stigmatization. g) Urge all parties to the conflict to adopt a humanitarian ceasefire, and to ensure that expertise on addressing conflict-related sexual violence informs the design and implementation of all ceasefire and political agreements and that the voices of women and affected communities are heard in all conflict resolution and peacebuilding processes....."
Israelis have been repeatedly saying all of this for months now, while you deny it. I've personally had people tell me it's all "fake propaganda". You should all be ashamed.
I am infuriated at the fact that for 5 months, our evidence and word isn't enough for Anti-Zionists. Here is some undeniable proof for you.
Believe Jewish Women.

I need my american anti-zionist comrades who aren’t Jewish to be very, VERY careful right now.
Jewish anti-zionists are seeing the rhetoric around us escalating. Language like “wiping israel off the face of the map” and “every dead zionist is a victory” coming from leftists who are fighting with their whole heart – as we are – for a liberated Palestine and a liberated world.
If you haven’t been navigating the landscape of how nationalism, white supremacy, anti-semitism, and conspiracy theories are entangled in the US and have been getting increasingly meme-ified in the last few years, you might not know that that is the same rhetoric that american white nationalists have been using this whole time to say that the global cabal of (((elites))) need to be violently overthrown, which is to say that all Jews across the world must be killed.
I need you to know this because when the stuff you as a leftist are saying looks a lot like the stuff that white nationalists are saying, it’s going to make it look like they agree with you, which is going to make it seem like maybe the other stuff they’re saying isn’t so out there. This is how people get radicalized and I’ve already seen people transform with frightening speed from anarchist to Marxist-leninist to tankie to nationalist without realizing that’s what’s happening. Your anti-state and anti-violence anti-zionism and their anti-Jew “anti-zionism” are absolutely crucial to distinguish as you are constantly consuming traumatic propaganda that is designed to turn off the critical analysis functions of your brain.
Please be careful. Please read up on how anti-semitic conspiracy theories have historically functioned and how they’re functioning on the american right wing today so that you can spot when right-wing grifters are trying to craft false equivalencies to lure you in. Please carefully evaluate the information you’re consuming, not just for how it makes you feel but for who might benefit from you believing it and acting accordingly. Please do what you need to do to keep your nervous system regulated and boundaried so that you can’t be manipulated. The creation of a liberated world is going to take all of us and we can’t afford to lose people to this. I don’t want to lose any more people to this. Please, please, please keep your eyes open and your hand in mine.

Opposing Antisemitism is Hard When You Just Assume It's a Political Stunt
The Republican Party of Texas just voted down a resolution that would have barred the state GOP from associating with persons "known to espouse or tolerate antisemitism, pro-Nazi sympathies or Holocaust denial." The internet is having a field day over this, and understandably so. Meanwhile, one of the resolution's proponents is baffled: “I just don’t understand how people who routinely refer to others as leftists, liberals, communists, socialists and RINOs (‘Republicans in Name Only’) don’t have the discernment to define what a Nazi is,” committee member Morgan Cisneros Graham told the Tribune after the vote. Far from raising a question, Graham has in fact answered it. The litany listed here -- "leftists, liberals, communists, socialists, RINOs" -- none of these are, in their "routine" use by Republican officials, terms that are actually meant to carry some sort of principled semantic meaning. They're slurs -- bits of rhetorical seasoning, nothing more. And it's no surprise that Republicans treat antisemitism and Nazism, like all other "-isms", in the same fashion -- as a contentless slur one opportunistically hurls at political opponents. They have genuinely drunk their own kool-aid on this. They really don't think that, when people talk about antisemitism or neo-Nazis, they might be referring to something real and objective in the world. Of course it's meaningless theater.  And if one believes that, then it absolutely makes sense why one would be worried about vagueness and unclear boundaries. The article observes that some committee members "questioned how their colleagues could find words like 'antisemitism' too vague, despite frequently lobbing it and other terms at their political opponents." Again, this bafflement disappears once one realizes that for these Republicans, the vagueness and lack of definition is a service, not a barrier, to the frequent lobbing -- it is because they studiously avoid thinking that antisemitism means anything that they can toss it out to attack everything. This is why one can never trust Republicans to tackle antisemitism. I mean yes, for the obvious reason that they can't even reliably disavow Nazis. But also for the slightly less obvious but still important reason that their entire orientation towards "antisemitism" is that it is nothing more than a gambit in a political game.* They don't take it seriously as an actual, extant phenomenon, and so they'll never be able to respond to it as one. * Somewhere -- I can't find it -- I remarked on how Republicans, shortly after Ilhan Omar's "Benjamins" controversy, tried to gin up another controversy over Omar aggressively questioning conservative foreign policy maven Elliott Abrams. There was transparently nothing there on the Abrams thing, but many conservatives seemed baffled that their antisemitism claims weren't getting traction after so much attention was paid to the "Benjamins" tweet. What was the difference? The possibility that the difference could be explained by actual substance -- the "Benjamins" tweet was plausibly antisemitic, the Abrams questioning was not -- truly, genuinely didn't seem to occur to them. via The Debate Link https://ift.tt/Yj9nldL

I've seen a lot of troubling antisemitism in the Our Flag Means Death fandom lately regarding Taika Waititi. Please hear me out.
A lot of people want everyone to comment about the Israel/Palestine war. It's understandable. What Palestinian civilians are going through in Gaza is a nightmare that no one deserves. They are overwhelmingly paying the price for Hamas' actions- a group they have no control over and are also harmed by. Thousands have been killed.
After October 7th, Taika signed a letter asking for the Israeli hostages to be released. It did not endorse any specific actions taken by the Israeli government- it was simply in support of the hostages.
But you know what he was immediately accused of?
Supporting genocide. Even though what he signed was about Israeli civilians- including the elderly, disabled, and children- who were being held captive by Hamas.
On October 7th, Jews died in a single day in numbers that hadn't been since the Holocaust. Israel contains half the world's entire Jewish population. The majority of its population are descendants of Jews from middle eastern and north African countries who were forcibly kicked out in violent pogroms and had nowhere else to go. Many are descendants of Holocaust survivors as well.
I think most non-Jews would be astounded at how much the majority of the worldwide Jewish community is still mourning and reeling from October 7th. It triggered a lot of intergenerational trauma in many of us, yet I hear barely any non-Jews talk about it.
And yet you immediately accused Taika, a Jewish man, of supporting genocide just because he didn't support hostages being taken and random civilians being murdered. Do you really think he trusts people not to twist his words if he attempts to talk about Palestine too, when you turned a moment of legitimate pain for members of one of the persecuted groups he's apart of into accusing him of being a genocide-supporting monster?
We Jews not only have to deal with the memory of October 7th, but also with people conflating any support for the hostages with support for the Israeli government. When we say that criticism of Israel can at times get antisemitic, this is the kind of thing we're talking about.
Many of us are simultaneously mourning for Palestine and horrified that a right-wing fascist government that has little care for Palestinian lives has taken over Israel. Innocent lives taken shouldn't justify the killing of other innocent lives, and we are watching it happen, feeling powerless.
And it gets worse, because targeting Taika specifically because he's a person of multiple marginalized identities, when you don't attack white members of the crew nearly as much, is ironically racist.
Unintentional antisemitism and unintentional racism is still antisemitism and racism.
Take a deep breath and please reflect on how you have no idea what it's like to be Jewish right now, and how some of your own antisemitic criticism about his signature has likely contributed to his silence about Palestine. If no matter what he says his words and actions are twisted by so many of his "fans", he might think there's nothing he can say that will do any good.

I finally watched the Scarlet Pimpernel period drama, and I'm kind of obsessed with how Percy manufactures moments so he can live out every swashbuckling adventure cliche imaginable.
My men have overpowered the enemy soldiers, stolen their uniforms and their guns, and by extreme good fortune, their commander hasn't noticed that none of them have the same face anymore? We could defeat my nemesis right now, but it'd be way cooler to have them use the bullets in their fully-loaded guns to stage my execution just so I can dramatically reappear just as my nemesis thinks he's won.
We've overpowered this guy and have him completely outnumbered, but I want to engage in a completely unnecessary one-on-one swordfight with him, because I will live out my swashbuckling dreams.
You overly dramatic idiot, I love you so much, but why are you like this?

I've shared clips of Rabbi Beck before but this is a great edit to show to people that throw the lazy BS label of antisemite at people who support Palestine. I wish everyone would listen and get at least some enlightenment about the reasons that the very concept of an Israeli State (and Zionism) contradicts followers of Judaism and the teachings in the Torah. Israeli propaganda counts on people to assume that Zionism & Judaism are interchangeable.
If you'd like to watch the whole conversation it's on YouTube here:

something non jews need to understand is that zionism IS antisemitism. Someone can tell me that i have to support a place none of my family is from because it's my "homeland" and if i dont support it i'm not a real jew. If i dont want a genocide done in my name i'm not a true jew and i hate my kind. And also 90 percent of the time said person whos telling me this isnt even jewish. Zionism is anti semitic, and chances are if youre zionist, youre also anti semitic.

by Rabbi Michael Barclay
A mere month after the horrors of babies being beheaded, women being raped, and the slew of horrors from Hamas, Owens went on Tucker Carlson’s show to speak about how it really wasn’t that bad, and why should she even care. (After all, she seems to think that Hitler was “ok”, so what’s the problem?) She wanted to talk about the depravities of Hamas as an “academic discussion”, and refused to even condemn Hamas. She castigated Ben Shapiro for being passionately pro-Israel, and demonstrated a remarkable ignorance about everything Jewish, including: the Holocaust; the history of Israel; the history of the involvement of Jews in the early civil rights movement, and how Kanye West’s anti Semitic comments were clear expressions of Jew hatred.
But her appearance a few months ago is not the exception; it is part of a pattern of repeated Jew hatred that seems to be an essential part of Owens’ psyche.
Most recently, she has tried to justify her repeating anti-Semitic trope by attacking a Rabbi and his family. She has called any Jew who points out her anti-Semitism a “thug” and “part of a gang” that she compares to Crips and Bloods.
I am always recalcitrant to  speak negatively about any conservative in the public arena, as we are all attacked too much by the left as it is. But it is worth taking an honest look at Ms. Owens to see if her previous words were just based on ignorance, or if in combination with her latest actions demonstrate a Jew hater and ignorant hypocrite.
While Owens showed ennui towards what happened on Oct 7 and defended Kanye West, in the last few days she has adopted some of the oldest Jew hating lies. There is a reality that in the early 20th century, many Jews got involved in the entertainment industry as it was just starting. Many of the original heads of studios were Jewish: the Warner brothers, Thalberg, Mayer, and others gravitated to the new industry of motion pictures as they were kept out of other businesses by institutionalized anti-Semitism. This led to the oft repeated anti-Semitic trope of “the Jews control Hollywood”. Although there was actually a level of truth to that in the early 20th century, it was simply a Jew hating slur by the 1950s. By the 1970s, the majority of executives, producers, and powerful agents were no longer Jewish. By the 1990s, the slur was no longer being used, and had actually been replaced by the anti-gay slurs of “Hollywood is controlled by the gay mafia”, and “you can’t get a job in this town if you’re not gay”; and the days of Jew haters accusing Jews of controlling Hollywood was a relic of the past.
But not so for Owens, who has brought back that Jew hating libelous trope in recent days. And she has additionally made personal attacks on a prominent Rabbi and his family for his exposing her Jew hatred.

JVP pissed me off today by making a post about how Jews should cancel their Seders in “solidarity” with the people of Gaza.
Yes, people in Gaza are being starved and yes we should be talking and thinking about that every single second of every single day and YES I’m thinking about it even more on Passover considering that this is literally the « forced immigration and starvation » holiday but you think everyday Jewish folks should quit practicing their Judaism because of the Gaza genocide? Advocating for us to stop observing our most important Jewish holidays for any reason is antisemitism. Plain and simple.

The Most Dangerous Threat To Jews Are The People Threatening To Kill the Jews
Yesterday, June 16, 2023, a federal jury officially convicted Robert Bowers, the White supremacist whose 2018 mass shooting at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that was the deadliest antisemitic incident in American history.
Also yesterday, a man in Michigan was arrested on charges he plotted to conduct his own mass shooting at a synagogue in East Lansing. Like Bowers, Seann Patrick Pietila was also a far-right White supremacist, though it appears his immediate inspiration was the Christchurch Mosque massacre, on whose 5th anniversary he planned to launch his own killing spree.
There is a line one increasingly hears in conservative Jewish circles that insists that Jewish fears over right-wing antisemitism are naught but a ginned up panic. Just a few weeks ago, Jonathan Tobin had the gall to claim that "It isn’t going too far to assert that Soros is endangering far more American and Jewish lives than stray marginal extreme right-wingers." To say that at a moment when the Tree of Life survivors are forced to relive a massacre perpetrated by one of those "stray marginal extremists", one whose violent hate was inextricably bound up in the fever swamp of antisemitic conspiracies for whom George Soros is a central figure and which the likes of Tobin are now trying to render Kosher, is sickening.
The most dangerous threat to American Jews is not liberal Jews supporting policies supported by most other American Jews. The most dangerous threat to American Jews is, and continues to be, the people trying to murder Jews, right alongside the people ginning up, spreading, apologizing for, or horrifyingly endorsing the conspiracies that justify those murders. It's not that complicated. But apparently it still needs to be said.
June 16, 2023, in some ways represents the ongoing circle of antisemitic death, closed in on itself. One antisemitic mass murder reached "closure" (if such a thing is possible). Another was thankfully averted, due to the vigilance of law enforcement who fortunately did not take Tobin's unsolicited, misguided, politically opportunistic, and downright dangerous "advice" that right-wing antisemitism is non-threat.
They know it. We know it. The Tobins of the world, trying to deny it, are absolutely and utterly beneath contempt.
