Again, as with anything your mileage may vary but these are some things that anxiety makes it hard for me to do. I can spot several that are in the 'past' category but omg did it take some work to get there. Also - I don't drive, never have, never intend to, and have absolutely no desire to learn. I used to feel super ashamed of that but my brain just nopes out on the idea altogether.

When I was a young adult I thought social anxiety meant you didn't like being in large crowds (which was true for me!) and that was pretty much it.
Oh how wrong I was. Social anxiety has a way of creeping into so many aspects of your life and I made this to show some of the other ways it manifests (at least for me, everyone is different!).
A lot of people understand the basics of social anxiety but they don't understand how it can control almost every single social interaction you have. For some people it's all-encompassing but it's so hard to explain that to other people.
*This chart wasn't made to diagnose social anxiety but to raise awareness for other ways it might impact someone and everyone is different with different symptoms!

As someone who studied MSc in Psychology and spends a fair share amount of time reading research for my blog. I wanted to create something simple, yet entertaining for people who struggle with anxiety, yet for whatever reason they are unable to visit CBT.
Although I call this my first book, it is a mix of book and journal. Two-thirds of it is exercises that anyone who has anxiety or feels unease can use to relieve their worries.
