I ship Tony and T'Challa but in a way where they're married and in love and also not at all involved in each other's professional shit beyond giving advice when asked and acting as sounding boards for each other. Tony doesn't hold any political power in Wakanda, T'Challa isn't involved with SI, and they both have busy lives outside of each other.
