If you’ve read the E. C. Myers books you know that Sun doesn’t really see himself as a leader until the end of Before the Dawn and not many respect him as a leader throughout the book either, including Coco. So this?? This look here?? This growth of him and Coco simultaneously coming to a decision and checking with each other? Likely using Fox’s team speak to formulate a plan?
It’s such a small blink and you’ll miss it detail that I’ve not noticed until now and it’s making me emotional.
My husband and I were talking about having a baby the other day ( we have a set plan- getting a house next year, then planning on conceiving the next year ) and it’s amazing to me that when we started dating neither of us wanted kids, but as we grew with each other we figured out that it’s what we want and he’s so excited to see me as a mom :,) and I’m so excited to see him as a dad. AAAA
i’m thinking about the post that says midnights post YLM seems like a person revisiting her old loves and past selves and viewing her current one to decide if to leave and that’s making me thinking of high infidelity because taylor just kept constantly revisiting how they met and not how her relationship was going. she was constantly writing about how he swept her off her feet and saved her. but then when you hear lines like “how can you love someone you can’t tell us dying” and “a pathological people pleaser/who only wanted you to see her” and im just sitting here crying thinking about how taylor revisiting how joe saved her from this relationship and meeting him and how he brought her back to life only for it to devolve into the same thing. like “i have this thing where i grow older but just never wiser” and “i never grow up it’s getting so old”
this isn’t making sense but i’m thinking about how we can see so many parallels between YLM (one song) and the entire midnights album. like she’s seeing how her past and how things ended and ruined itself only to see it in her current relationship, the one she thought was forever, and wonder if she should just go and if it’s even worth it to save it at this point…
it’s truly wild how one direction was only together for 5 years when it feels so much longer. and the fact that EIGHT YEARS after they split they still have us clowns jumping for joy over breadcrumbs so small a mice couldn’t eat them
Ghost Cora AU where he’s actually been following Law around ever since he died but nobody has been able to see him, so all he’s able to do is watch Law get hurt and suffer in silence. UNTIL, miraculously, the battle of Dressrosa ends, and for some strange reason—through some supernatural bullshit or maybe just fate—one person is finally able to see him.
Law is sitting on the deck of the Yonta Maria watching everyone party when Luffy comes trotting over to him. And Luffy plops down beside him and says, “I’ve been meaning to ask, Torao, but who’s that really tall blonde guy with the funny makeup that’s been following you around?”
