this is Truly a western canada specific thing rn so i know aint none of yall gonna understand but if rogers ends up buying shaw (theyre tv/internet/phone providers here) then i Will absolutely lose my mind. therell be only like TWO companies offering those utilities if that happens and yall know what that means! its gonna be more expensive bc of monopolies </3

#canada has rogers (which was eastern) and shaw (which was western) and bell (idk where that was it mighta been everywhere) #and a few smaller ones i think??? but for the most we got those three #and if rogers buys shaw that means we will have! just 2! major utilities providers which is dfjnbkfdn not okay #like first of all NONE of those three are good businesses. they already charge a fuckton for services (which are shitty services to begin #with oh my GOD) and like. if its gonna be more expensive? what fuck. #rogers is like 'we'll expand and make things faster <3' which like yeah sure say what u want billionaire corproation. #make shit faster do w/e the fuck u want. how about making shit more affordable so ppl can actually have the option #to stay connected in the modern era??? theres so many regions of canada are so far out in the middle of nowhere. get them connected #and make it afforable before you make it faster #also i forgot abt telus but telus is mostly western canada anyways. its not as threatening as the Monotlith that is rogers #anyways. thats been my rant on canadian utility providers! is this the content yall wanted #anni.txt
