Bokuto

There was probably a handful of ways Bokuto could have first noticed you. A; been friends before he even realized his feelings. B; been one of the managers on the volleyball team. Or, C; being a classmate mate of his, a deskmate maybe.

Regardless of how he meets you, he knows you're the one for him. Always greets you with his signature smile and a giant hug.

He always asks you to come to his games and practices; regardless if you are the manager or not. He wants to make you feel included, sharing the thing he loves the most with you. Or just wants to show off and see your face when he lifts his shirt to wipe the sweat off his brow.

Would show up at your house randomly when you didn't come to school. You didn't answer his texts or calls so he figured something must be wrong. Your parents love him so much that they just let him in.

“Hey, hey, hey! I was wondering why you weren't at school today. Your mom told me you were sick so I brought over some soup and snacks to make you feel better!” you sit up from your bed in absolute bewilderment. You look and feel like shit and here he is telling you how bored he was today without you.

“Oh!” he suddenly gasps, perking up. He walks over to his backpack and pulls out a folder. It's the Trig notes from today, his handwriting is big and sloppy, but it’s the thought that counts.

He hands it to you with his chest puffed out in pride, Man…he really does look like an owl. Cute.

When he's made bad plays and gets into one of his moods, Akashi will call you over. Complaining about how he won’t talk to anyone and just sits under the bleachers hunched over. Feeling a hand on his shoulder he turns around. When he sees you he instantly becomes better, asking *begging* you to stay. That you're his good luck charm and is surely to make all his spikes if you are here to cheer him on.

Will also *beg* ask you to wear his number to games. Will look into the crowd, locking eyes with you followed by a big thumbs up.

Aone

It was a busy day this evening; seeing as it was a couple weeks before Christmas. Meaning, that the trains were packed and full of people. You missed the bus you would usually take on your way home. It was getting dark out and you wouldn’t dare wait for the next bus to show.

You dashed your way to the nearby train station panting and out of breath. You made it just in time to catch one too. Hoping on you see that every place was full. Except for one.

Not wanting to miss the opportunity you scooted your way through the crowd and sat down. It was silent besides the usual businessmen making calls and children playing games on their parents' phones. After a while, you felt eyes on you. Craning your neck up to an almost uncomfortable degree you lock eyes with someone. He was wearing your school uniform. Oh, you know him! He was the middle blocker for your school's volleyball team.

You shot him a sweet smile and a tiny wave. His eyes widened and a blush crept on his pale face. It looked as if he was about to wave back but just then the bell signaling your stop rang. Ever since then, he couldn't keep his eyes off you.

Would leave candies and heartfelt notes on your desk and in your locker

Would try to catch a glimpse of you on his way to the train station, sitting at your bus stop.

Futakuchi notices all of his friend’s strange behavior and forces him to come to talk to you. And that's how you two became friends.

Didn't talk much but was always such a great listener, remembering the smallest things about you. Such as the classes you were struggling in; offering to tutor you and give notes. Keeping rubber bands on his writs just in case (sorry if you have short hair/ are bald 😅). Would even skip practice to walk you to the bus, always wanting to make sure you're safe.

Iwaizumi

Very straight forward with his affections towards you.

It’ll take him a while to come to terms with the way he feels about you but when he does he’s not trying to hide it.

The rest of his friends would tease him about it but he’ll just brush it off because there’s no reason for him to be embarrassed about the way he feels.

Like Aone, he will walk you home everyday no matter how late it is or what he has to do. Will buy you all the snacks you want from the vending machine. Will make sure you're doing your best physically and mentally. Would force you to drink water and eat a balanced meal when he notices any signs of fatigue or famine.

Will convince you to go on morning runs with him before school. This one you're not so sure about but after all he does for you, you thought you could thug it out.

“Come on (Y/n), you can do this just a little ways to go,” he says, jogging backwards to try and stay at the same pace as you. At this point you're huffing and puffing for air bent over. He lays you on your back before going ahead of you. He looks back at you with a smirk and this mischievous glint in his eyes before speaking.

“If you finish this run maybe I’ll treat you to more than just breakfast,” throwing a cheeky wink behind his shoulder before jogging off again. You’ve never ran that fast in your life. Maybe if you're a little slick wit it, you can convince him to carry you back home.

Kyotani

A little rough around the edges to say the least.

Surprisingly, unlike his upper upperclassmen, he actually realizes his feelings pretty quickly. Noting the *not so* subtle changes in his behavior when he’s around you compared to everyone else.

He’s never been intune with his emotions, so it’ll take a while for him to make a move.

In my opinion I don’t think he’s the “mean to you because he likes you” type; he’ll most likely just avoid you if he doesn’t know you like that or just keep his feelings to himself if you’re already his friend.

Another anonymous secret admirer. Would leave food, water bottles, keychains, stuffed toys, and things he knows you like laying around for you to find.

Will try and discretely spend time with you. Wouldn’t outright say he wants to and will get all blushy and confrontational if you tease him about it.

“Hey,” you here a deep voice call out to you, already knowing who it is, you turn around with a big smile.

“Hey, Kenny! what’s up?” He makes eye contact with you for what seems like a split second before turning away with pink dusting his cheeks, rubbing the back of his neck.

“I-uh… there’s… there’s this new movie coming out next Saturday. You said you hadn’t been to the theaters in a while… so, I bought tickets,” he explains, pulling out two tickets from his back pocket, still not looking at you.He shoves one in your direction before talking again.

You just stare at him with wide eyes and slightly parted mouth. He turns around after not getting an answer but as he opens his mouth to say something you fly into his arms.

“Thank you, Ken, really,”

“Ye-yea, don’t mention it”

Would treat you to ramen after you’ve done really well on a test. You have a go to spot, a little mom and pop shop. He’s been going there ever since he was little, so it means a lot to him and is a big sign of his love for you bringing you there. The owners always ask when you two would get together.

You’d just laugh it off while he blushes and stutters about how you guys are just friends. Though the owners can see the disappointment in his eyes at his own words.

Loves having late night convos with you, either at a park or on the phone. Just like how intimate it feels.

Seriously cares about you and tries to tone down his “mad dog” persona. Is aware of how abrasive he can be and doesn’t wanna scare you off. All in all, he embraces the state of vulnerability he can be in with you.

Ushijima

I absolutely hate when people paint him out to be some sort of blunt, unemotional, proper guy.

He’s not dumb. He knows the signs when someone has a crush. Sure he can be a little blunt in the way he expresses his emotions but that’s just because he feels there’s no reason to lie about how he feels. He’s not a robot.

Wouldn’t just come up to you and say he had a crush on you. He knows that’ll throw you a little off guard; he wants to make sure you like him too.

Not much of a talker, but knows how to make conversation. Would purposely start one because he knows you’ll end up getting off topic and start ranting. He loves the sound of your voice and the passion in your face when you talk.

Another one who invites you to games and practices. Would try to convince *demand* you to become the manager of his team.

“But, I don’t know anything about it besides the things you’ve told me,” you try to explain yourself with uncertainty.

“That doesn’t matter. Coach and I will give you a run down of everything if you need it. I wouldn’t mind explaining it to you,” he seems so confident in the fact that you’ll say yes. Tilting his head up a little higher, broad shoulders shifting back slightly, standing tall.

“Are you sure? I just don’t wanna be a burden to you or the rest of the team if I can’t get up to speed-,”

“You could never be,” he cuts you off

“Everyone wants you there… I want you there. So please, consider it”.

GUESS WHOS THE NEW MANGER!🤪

A little worried that a relationship would cut into his time with volleyball. His indifference would cause him to be distant for a while, which leads to you thinking he led you on. The more you think about it though, you know Ushijima isn’t the type to do that so he either lost feelings, or something’s wrong. You know it’s the latter but you can’t help overthinking it.

Would come up to you with a rose one day before you left school. Looks you in your eyes before apologizing about how he’s been acting. All he wants is you to reassure him that his career path won’t get in the way of you two.

aone

oikawa

something about oikawa is drawn to strong opposition, likely because of his competitive nature. he loves when someone challenges him, and finds a lot of fun in playing games, having light-hearted debates and arguments, anything that invites someone to take him on. he sees it as a sign of confidence, and confidence is something he finds deeply attractive.

hinata

no stranger to self expression, hinata loves to find other like-minded individuals that are unapologetically themselves. especially people that don’t care who see them dancing in public if music is playing--there’s something so freeing and lovely to see someone deeply enjoying themselves and music; watching the whole ordeal could practically put him under a spell.

akaashi

atsumu

he shared everything his whole life, which makes atsumu a little territorial of his things, meals, clothes, and whatever else. but something about someone that always offers to share no matter what it is really warms his heart--he’d been forced to share so much he finds it charming when someone is so willing to do that without provocation.

komori

komori can’t quite explain it. he’s really into sweaters--he loves when someone wears lots of sweaters and warm clothes, especially ones with corny patterns or graphics. as active as he is, his favorite way to unwind is a good cuddle on the couch, and it’s hard to resist nuzzling into a plush blanket or sweater.

hirugami

hirugami, despite his depth, has simple needs in a partner. he really loves people that love animals. hirugami does have a small preference for dogs above the rest, but any animal lover is more than capable of showing a side of vulnerability he really treasures. he’d also really like to play with their pets (if they don’t mind, of course.)

A/N: This one was so cute to write!, i tried to be really quick making this but the inspiration came to me like a thunder and here we are. Remember i use she/her in this fic.

Nishinoya Yuu. The thunder of the Karasuno team, always so energetic and kind, oftenly called delusional by his feelings towards Kiyoko, little did they know that it wasent a crush, he admired her and by that her personality and how she acted; But he liked you, he admired you and wordshipped the very floor you stepped on.

His tries were almost pathetic, sure he could tell Kiyoko anything btu it was different when it was you, he shacked and mumbled like a little kid inlove everytime he crossed any words with you. Everyone could tell but some way you didnt; Not even the flowers he gave you, little gifts he made for you with his own hands (which were a cute detail since he isnt pretty good with manualities) But from time to time his friends started to see that there was no response tho this little acts.

"She doesn't like you and she's acting like that to decline your feelings nicely" He heard one of them said, his heart ached but then Hinata spoke answering to the previous person, his words were filled with determination and his obvious spark that always bringed hope to everyone. "And what if she isnt?, she could see it was a friendly gesture. Nishinoya haven't talked about his feelings openly to her"

Hinata had a point, Sugawara and Daichi agreed, yes Nishinoya and his friends could think those hints were obvious enough to tell that he was completely head over heels inlove with you. But they know him as a friend and since pretty long time comparing to you; They weren't you and that meant they didnt feel or thinked like you.

He planned his confession, would you like something big? the whole school knowing?, No, it will make you agree by social pressure, Did you liked him enough to say 'Yes' without much people knowing? Oh God.

It was 6PM on a friday. He can remember it vividly, his steps were hard on the floor and his fingers were digging into his shirt and on the little box he held, his palms sweated and his face was red; He knocked at your door. After a few minutes you opened the door.

little did he know you liked him aswell, but oh lord he is the happiest man alive.

a/n: y’all we’ve reached the last first part of the love language series (giving)!!! I’m so excited to be able to start on part two of acts of service, physical touch, and quality time after this. the boys we have today are what I loving refer to as the gentle giants featuring short king daichi because they scream chivalry which makes me scream haha.

ushijima —

it had started during the winter of his third year when ushijima realized just how much the cold affected you. his own schedule and conditioning was focused around him gaining strength and maintaining his health but yours wasn’t. upon realizing this, he had taken it upon himself to make sure you were well taken care of. obviously you could take care of yourself but what kind of boyfriend would he be if he didn’t make you you’re favorite tea when you were congested? or pack you a bento the mornings you had important assignments since he knew there was a chance you’d forget, and carry your preferred lotion and chapstick in his bag since he knew the cold dried out your hands and lips? a shitty one that was what. and if he occasionally kept his favorite hoodie that he knew you loved in his bag along with treats he didn’t eat no one would be able to prove it.

daichi —

with daichi you occupy a good portion of his mind, which means he can’t help but grab your favorite snacks when he swings by the convenience store on his way to picking up his younger siblings. it always puts a smile on your face anyway so why not? if he just happens to do it more often then he previously did, that’s no ones business but his own. if it happens to coincide when you have a bad day too? no one could prove it. on top of that though, when the summer comes to an end, he begins packing an extra jacket in his bag for the even slightest chance your cold, happily giving it you even knowing there is slim to no chance of him getting it back.

Nishinoya Yuu: THIS BOY IS ALL ABOUT PRETTY PEOPLE. He isn't picky, he just wants to worship the ground you walk on. If you are taller than him his favorite spot to cuddle into is your chest. Soft and warm on either side of his head/face.

Sawamura Daichi: not a picky one but he does love the squish. He loves the way thigh highs sculpt your thighs and how some of your body squishes out of certain garments. Gifts thigh highs and garter belts just to see how they squeeze the thigh meat you have.

Sugawara Koushi: He loves how his fingers indent in soft flesh. He thinks it's perfect cuddle conditions and will make sure you know you're loved. He may be chaotic and sassy but you are his #1 priority and will make you feel as if you belong.

Hinata shoyo: He doesn't discriminate. Hell, he spent most his life being shit on for his height. He won't let some chub get in the way of his loving on you. Drinks his respect women juice thanks to having a mom and a sister he's close to.

Ukai Keishin: He doesn't care but he is almost always drawn to chubby girls. He'd probably think you are sturdier and loves the feeling of a soft body under his muscled one. He is a kinky bitch and having more flesh to mark is great for him.

Tsukishima Akiteru: He is a kind soul who doesn't care what you look like, the extra squish you would have is just the cherry on top.

Yamamoto Taketora: Another one who would bow down to you. No matter the shape of his partner he would show you he appreciates you every second he can. Gives him something to keep his hands busy if you guys are just watching TV or something.

Aone Takanobu: Another teddy bear. Let him carry you around the house, he'd think it's adorable. Warm and soft is all he is locked onto and he will make sure you know he loves even the chub on you. He loves you for you because he knows that being judge mental towards appearances is not great.

Miya Osamu: He loves a person who can eat. The squish is just an addition he loves. He is another one who feels like the squish is extra padding to manhandle. You would be his designated taste tester. No one is allowed to make fun of you in his presence even if it's just friendly banter, ESPECIALLY HIS TWIN.

Kita Shinsuke: First, I must say, what a king.  He respects women and wouldn't even think about your weight, he might even like some chub. He doesn't understand why but the thought of a plush body next to him or even on him make his brain go 'brrrrrr'. I don't see him having trouble manhandling you before or after high school due to him being a country boy with his rice. 

Ojiro Aran: Again, yet another king. He had years of dealing with the twins' bullshit for years so some extra weight on his partner is not a problem. Show up to a game of his in his jersey paired with thigh-highs you might break him if he sees. Thankfully he only sees after their game, despite how much he loves you and has seen you in less, he almost fainted. Iwaizumi could be heard laughing at him from the hallway.

Bokuto Koutoro: He has stated that he likes women on the chubbier side. He also has two older sister's that have told him it isn't all about looks. He is mvp of repsecting women. He probably would be happy no matter your weight because it's your personality and not your body he's in a relationship with.

♡ IWAIZUMI eats his bento like usual. There’s nothing odd about it, but for some reason that you can’t quite figure out why, he just looks extremely attractive today. Maybe it’s the sun hitting his skin and making him glow? Or the way his eyes seem greener than usual?

“You’re pretty.”

Hajime turns to you with the most confused expression you’ve ever seen.

“Huh?”

“You are pretty, Iwa.”

You catch the way his cheeks slowly turn into a light shade of pink, only adding to the eye-pleasing sight that is Iwaizumi Hajime.

“I’m not pretty.” He mumbles, turning back to face forward and continue eating.

“Yes, you are.” You sing.

“Am not.”

“Are too.”

“At least say I’m handsome.”

You lean closer to him with a shit-eating grin that makes him roll his eyes.

“You are very much handsome, Iwa. But you’re way prettier than that.”

"What's gotten into you?"

♡ AONE takes his pet turtle gently in his hands to show him to you. You've been insisting that he lets you meet his pet since you found out he had one, so after your exams were done, Takanobu invited you over so you could hang out and meet his turtle.

You find adorable the way he handles the tiny animal with so much care, it's funny seeing someone so big being so delicate.

You stare at him while he caresses the turtle with his index finger. His face is relaxed, his eyes are kind, and during the time you analyze his face with more focus and detail you realize something that it’s quite obvious but never caught your attention before.

“You’re pretty, Aone.”

“Yeah, he’s pretty.” He responded, thinking you were talking about his pet.

“No. I mean, yes, he’s pretty, but I meant you.”

“Me?” He asked, pointing at himself.

“Yes, you.”

His face quickly tuned into a dark shade of red while you smiled at his reaction.

“You’re prettier, Y/n.” He says, avoiding eye contact with you.

“Aw, thank you, Aone.”

“Um, can I hug you?”

“Anytime.”

Aone put the turtle on its aquarium and wrapped his arms around your waist, burning his face on your neck to hide how he turned even more flustered when you rubbed your hands up and down his back.

♡ MEIAN has you laying on his chest while he rests. He has his eyes closed but you know he’s not sleeping since he keeps a hand playing with your hair.

Shugo never really lets you stare at him, and how couldn’t he? You have a whole hot ass boyfriend right in front of you and he expects you to not admire him? The audacity.

You take advantage of the moment and position to stare as long as you want. Then you bring a hand to his face, softly tracing his features.

“You like the view?” He teases.

“Very much, yes. You’re so pretty, Shugo.”

Median’s eyes go wide on that instant, tints of red slowly creeping into his cheeks and ears.

“What did you say?”

“I said that you are so so pretty. The prettiest boy out there. My pretty boy.”

He hugs your waist and flips you over to get on top of you. Meian blows raspberries in your neck while tickling your sides, causing you to laugh loudly.

“Call me pretty boy again, I dare you.”

“Okay, Pretty Boy.”

“Oh, you asked for it.”

Needless to say he kept tickling you until you were both breathless and his blush had tuned down a bit.

♡ KUROO is going through your homework to see if you answered all the questions right. Your chemistry teacher advised you to get tutoring lessons with him since you were having some difficulty with the class’s recent theme. Kuroo is indeed a good teacher and he had an easy method to help you understand better the topics, as your study sessions progressed you became friends and you couldn’t deny you found the volleyball club captain attractive.

You noticed how he slightly narrows his eyes and pouts when he’s concentrated on something and started finding it adorable, something unique of him.

“You know, you’re really pretty, Kuroo.”

“Oya?”

“I said what I said. And I’m probably not saying it again so just enjoy it.” You say, trying to brush off the obvious blush on your cheeks. You didn’t really think before you said it, it was more of a thinking out loud kind of situation.

But Kuroo wasn’t off the hook either, his ear tips were scarlet and his hands started to get a little sweaty, although you don’t know that.

“Oh, so you find me attractive, Y/n-chan?” He asks teasingly while leaning towards your side.

“I never said that.”

“But you said I’m pretty. Really pretty.”

“Okay then, I find you attractive, so what?”

Tetsurou smiles. There’s a tiny trace of a smirk there, but it’s definitely a smile. He tucks a stand off hair behind your ear gently and dips his head down to kiss your cheek.

“I find you attractive too, Y/n. And also really, really pretty.”

♡ TENDOU raises the hairbrush to his mouth and sings with the top of his lungs while pointing at you. You don’t know exactly how your little karaoke session in the middle of your room began, but you never thought you needed to see and hear Satori singing Lady Gaga songs until now.

“Let’s have some fun this beat is sick I wanna take a ride on your disco stick-”

“don’t think too much just bust that kick-”

You sing and laugh as he dances with you around the floor. The only light source is your tv that keeps playing the song’s videoclip, painting your faces with flashing lights and bright colors.

At some point a slower song comes on, and Tendou playfully asks you do dance with him like a gentleman from the previous century. You lock your hands around his neck and he pulls you closer by the waist, softly rocking you side to side.

You take a good look at his features, his colorful hair, his big and soft eyes, you become hypnotized by him, and suddenly you pull him down for a kiss.

“Y/n-chan?!”

You smile at his flustered and confused state and play with his neck hair.

“You’re pretty.”

His blush only seems to get more intense and he avoids eye contact.

“I’m not p-”

You shut him off with another kiss and Tendo swears he’ll melt inside your arms anytime.

“You are the prettiest, Satori.”

♡ DAICHI practices his receives while you watch from the bleachers. You two were going to the movies after class so you were waiting for him to finish.

Your original plan was to do your homework while you waited, but for some reason seeing your best friend practice seemsway more interesting than some math problems.

Maybe it’s the confidence that he shows when he’s on court, or the way he leads the team, or just his practice clothes that suddenly made him look even more attractive. You thanked God he was too involved in the game to notice you staring at him the whole time.

“Okay, I’m done, let’s go?”

You two walk together on the sidewalk in a comforting silence. The sun is setting beside Sawamura and the temperature dropping a little, sending a refreshing breeze to your skin.

You turn to look at him, his beauty continues the same, his strong features, determined eyes, that you just blur it out as if it was the most normal thing ever.

“Daichi, you’re very pretty.”

“Huh?”

He stops in his tracks, looking at you with wide eyes. He thinks he must’ve heard it wrong.

“You’re very pretty.” You repeat.

“Are you calling me pretty?”

“Well, we’re the only ones in the street right now so yeah.”

Daichi blinks a couple of times still in a mix of disbelief and flusteredness.

“I guess I could say you’re beautiful, too.”

“You guess?” You smirk.

We had this brainrot going on that in one AU Wiosna and Kurt get married and Aon (@ouroboros-hideout OC) would gift Wiosna a knife as a wedding gift AND BORO DECIDED TO MAKE IT REAL?! So these are pictures of Shooting Star the most beautiful knife I have ever seen (one day I will be rich and commission it irl out of metal) that was dedicated to Wiosna by Aon 😭💜 I can't even express how impressed I am by the amount of thoughtfulness put into this design! Boro even wrote a note "from Aon" that explains it (I will drop it below!) and Rev even paid attention to such a small detail like me saying that purple is Wiosna's color 💜 AND THE LITTLE LYNX LOGO THAT IS AON'S ANIMAL!!! Here's Aon describing it:

Picture marrying Aone after school, he’s a construction engineer, he makes enough money so you can do what you want as a job! For the sake of this headcannons though, you’re a house spouse!

Aone seems the type to like lots of plants, and a few terrariums! He still has his tortoise too, so you and he fix up the back garden into a tortoise paradise! Aone enjoys gardening with you, him wearing his work gloves as he trims hedges and mows the lawn, and he looks over and your sunbathing with your tortoise son! One of his favorite activities!

Your house is def one he ended up atleast working on with his company, he only trusts his company to build a house for you both, maybe an added room or two, could be your own office if you want to do something, a guest room or even a future kids room, he doesn’t mind which.

Definitely need a big kitchen for such a big man! As a construction worker, he eats like no bodies business! Don’t have to worry about leftovers going bad in this house, cause y’all never HAVE leftovers! He tries to curb his stomach, but whenever he does that, you put a stop to it right away! He needs fuel to work, so eat!

Since graduating, his belly has gotten a bit softer, but his chest, arms and legs are as firm as ever! Your pretty sure he’s gotten BIGGER since he started working! Sure during down seasons he may gain a bit of weight, but that’s usually during winter and it just makes him more cuddly. Besides, he loses it within the first month of being back on the job!

Aone is up before you most days, his job requiring him to arrive at the butt crack of dawn, so you usually bring his lunch too him, and enjoy some time together during his break. Even if his coworkers tease him about what a cute house spouse he has, and he blushes bright red to the tips of his ears, he will NEVER ask you to stop bringing him lunch! EVER!

When he comes home, he’s almost always dead on his feet, trudging into your home barely able to keep his eyes open. If you help remove his work clothes, and get him into the shower, he feels his heart swell with love! Especially if you bring him some snacks for the bath, and even more if you join him and maybe even give him a little massage!

He adores snuggling up to you in bed, but you may have had to have a bed custom made since he’s so big! A California King for sure. He loves flopping into bed, especially if you’re already in there reading so he can hear your slight scream when you bounce as he lands. He’s secretly not so secretly a little spoon, but prefers to face you. He loves laying his head on your chest, and is out like a light if you massage his head. Though he may drool on you if you do that for too long!

The first day at school is always nerve racking but is especial so when for Y/n when she’s moved to a new school to start her second year. The only thing she could think of while she was getting ready that morning was how everyone her age will have already established friend groups and she’d now be intruding on them. While it wasn’t a problem for her, the thought of it just made her nervous.

Originally Y/n was going to let her dad drive her to school but at the last second decided that she’d get the train to school instead. After having breakfast, Y/n set off for the train station clutching onto her bag as she walked. Upon arrival at the station she bought her ticket and temporarily sat on a bench before getting on the train.

Once she was on, Y/n glossed over the seats on the train to see all types of people: businessmen with their briefcases, women with prams, school kid chatting with their friends. One guy in particular caught Y/n’s attention, a tall-looking boy with light coloured hair who happened to be wearing the same uniform as Y/n. A sudden wave of confidence ushered Y/n over to him.

“Excuse me”, she said causing him to look up at her confused “Do you mind if I sit next to you? It’s just, we have the same uniform and well it’s my first day and I don’t really know where I’m going so…” the girl gave him an awkward smile once she’d stopped rambling. The white-haired boy looked somewhat shocked, as though this was the first time he’d been asked this question but nodded anyway making Y/n smile brightly as she quickly took her seat.

HAIKYUU BOYS TEACHING YOU TO DRIVE

a/n: am I y/n oikawa’s? yes, absolutely. can I not tell my left from my right? yes, sometimes but I don’t want to hear about it.

ʚɞ BOKUTO Kotaro | bokuto was so excited when you asked him to teach you to drive. “really? you’re asking me and not akaashi?” “yes, bokuto, you.” immediately was ready for lessons. tried his best to explain things to you but ends up confusing you more with the weird terms he has. doesn’t call the “gearshift” gearshift, referred to it as  “PRNDL”. was so nervous when you guys finally go on the road. he was very encouraging but but you see his knuckles turn white from gripping unto his seatbelt too tightly. you appreciate it but its honestly more distracting than helpful. “GOOD JOB BABY! NOW TURN LEFT!” “YES FANTASTIC! NOW TURN RIGHT!” “ko, could you please stop yelling?” “I’M NOT YELLING! YOU’RE DOING GREAT!” gave you the biggest hug afterwards. aside from the yelling, he’s a pretty good instructor. 8/10. 

ʚɞ MIYA Atsumu | also very excited to teach you to drive, but unlike bokuto who genuinely excited to teach you, atsumu was using the lesson as a chance to show off his driving skills. you’ll probably drive very little because he’s too busy “demonstrating” for you. “okay, let’s switch places. I’ll show ya how to reverse.” “tsumu, you can just teach me, you don’t have to show me.” “nah, nah, princess, ya gotta see for yerself.” not that you’re complaining though because he definitely does that hand on the back of your headseat thing as he reverses and you know that’s hot. swoon. but if you want a chance at passing your driver’s test, osamu as your teacher would be a better bet. 6/10. 

ʚɞ YAKU Morisuke | immediately goes into instructor mode the moment you asked him to teach you to drive. sat you down and gave you a presentation on the in and outs of traffic rules before you’re even allowed to sit in the driver’s seat. very strict and expected you to follow his directions to the t, after all, you came to him to learn right? “alright, now use the turn signal right here. make sure to check your side mirrors, once, then twice. now turn your head to check the blindspot. I SAID TURN YOUR HEAD TO SEE THE BLIND SPOTS!” “STOP YELLING AT ME!” “TURN YOUR HEAD!” apologized to you for the yelling, but it’s the same story all over again at your next lesson. however, it was all wroth it because you scored a perfect 100 on both your writing and driving test. 9.5/10 (minus .5 for the yelling). 

ʚɞ AONE Takanobu | aone’s lessons were pretty nerve-wrecking not because he yelled at you, but the opposite, its the fact that he barely commented on anything. you’re not sure if you’re doing things right because he’s not saying anything but you saw the wince in his face when you accidentally sped past a speed bump. “sorry, I’m supposed to go slow right?” he nodded, slowly bringing a hand up to the handlebar. when you brake too slow and almost hit the car in front of you, aone again doesn’t say anything except, “brake faster.” a lot of uncomfortable silence because you’re both nervous about your driving. he gave you a little head pat afterwards and muttered, “good job.” he tried to avoid you the next few days so you don’t ask him to teach you again but it wasn’t like you were planning to anyways. 4/10. 

ʚɞ NISHINOYA Yu | asking nishinoya to teach you to drive was both entertaining and lowkey a life hazard to everyone else on the road. he gave you a very very brief overview of the car, pointed to things and just went, “that’s the brake, that’s the gas pedal, the D is drive, the N is neutral, the R is reverse. got it? kay, let’s go!” once you’re on the road, he urged you to go faster, probably forced you to go on the highway on the first day. crazy man will even roll down the window and scream at passing cars, “FIRST TIME DRIVER WHOOP WHOOP!” when you’re more comfortable, he tried to convince you to reenact some fast and furious scene. by the end of it, you thanked God for guiding both of you back safely and in one piece. y Instructor Nishinoya is a fun time guaranteed and you will learn how to drive with the small risk of potentially losing your life. 6/10 (minus 4 points for being an irresponsible instructor). 

ʚɞ OIKAWA Toru | was so pleased you came to him for driving lessons, he’s always thought himself a superior driver. If only he knew the sole reason you came to him was because Iwaizumi, Mattsun and Makki were all busy. Anyhow, in the beginning, Oikawa was very patient and kind, full of encouragements and praises for you. but the longer you drive and the more times you couldn’t distinguish between your left from your right, the more he wanted to tear his hair out. tried his best to stay patient but you could tell he’s losing his mind the higher pitched his voice got. “Okay,  that’s it. now go left. no y/n, that’s your right signal. I said left. That’s the side you don’t write with. LEFT! GO LEFT!” he cut the lesson short with some lame excuse about needing to use the restroom. texted Iwaizumi afterwards, “I’m never taking y/n out to drive again. It’s your turn.” hey, at least you tried your best. 5/10.
