I have my first official counseling appointment as an adult today.

My appointment went much better than expected. One down and like five more to go.

Mandana stayed home bc we haven’t been training as much lately, but I wish she had gone with me. I had a blood pressure episode on the exam table and almost didn’t catch it before trying to get up and leave. I live nearby, so one of the office staff offered to drive me home, so I wouldn’t have to manage a ride share.
