Okay so, I fully agree that q!Bagi is not obligated to stick by Cellbit or watch over him- and that it's healthy for her to grow closer to other people who make her feel happy and focusing on them could really help her start to heal from years of trauma she's gone though. I'm all for her finding people that feel like family when her brother doesn't right now. She is so much more then just his sister.

... but I don't agree with the common take that q!Cellbit doesn't care about her- I just don't think it's fair to take the way he's acting lately as truly reflective of how he feels towards the others, his mental health is at it's lowest, he's lashing out in self-destructive ways, and hasn't really had a moment to just take-in and process everything he's learned about the past that was taken from him with all the other stressful garbage going on. 'Course none of that is to say the weight of how he's treating people like his sister (and the others) should just be ignored and it's fully up to them to decide if they still want him around or not- I just don't agree with writing him off as not caring for her.

It's a painful, messy, complicated situation... but he knows she's been hurting for a long time- and I still believe that him hunting down fed members is as much for him as it is for her and everyone else whose been hurt by them even if Bagi openly hates what he's doing. He may not want to admit it, but I think he does care about her deep down- and he wants to push her away like everyone else (who isn't Baghera) right now.

I don't know if they'll ever be able to be a 'family' again let alone as close as they once were, but I think there's still some hope left that they can make something work... maybe.

... I also don't think she's ever going to truly 'give-up' on him because Bagi is simply a VERY determined person and not one to let her dummy little brother tell her what to do lol

i think. for spot being in love is the biggest and most unexpected thing in the world to him he didn't expect it he doesn't quite believe it's real he can't get over it. and for race it's another tuesday. and this means that race says I love you first because it's not hard for him and race says it more often because it's not hard for him and race says it more casually because it's not hard for him but spot says it and feels it from his head to his toes and there are not three words in the English language that mean more to him than "I love you" to say. or to hear.

Hi!! That Aaron meme with the caption about Vale made me think we don't know much about how they get along with each other 🤔 how is it?

Short answer: THEY GET ALONG REALLY GOOD!!!

Long answer: Idk if you already know, they're cousins, AHEM small compact lore dump coming ahead,

...but Vale never really got along well with most of his family members (the majority of them oppose how much he goes against societal norms, most of them are really strict, esp his parents), but one of the few people of his family he always got along with were his grandfather (lmao he is a menace... that guy is just like Vale, but more extroverted), and Aaron, they've been really close since their early childhood. Aaron always understood his struggles + also admired how he just did things without caring about what other people think, I can definitely say Vale influenced Aaron a lot during their teenage years? When Aaron was more of a wallflower and didn't really dare to do the things he wanted to, so with being exposed to Vale (and to an extent Luca, who on the other hand influenced Vale to become, uhh, reckless with the law, both of them sticked together like glue, so that's also why Aaron got a bit influenced by their collective behaviours), and spending time together, he's gradually adapted a bit of confidence, and nowadays he's the influencer whore we all know lol. Vale also protected Aaron at every chance when people pushed his boundaries, when he wasn't really able to defend himself, cause he honestly always appreciated and cared for him a lot, even if he can be kinda annoying sometimes (I MEAN IT'S AARON WHO WE'RE TALKING ABOUT. Sooo moody kdhkj), such stuff he usually doesn't do for people he does not care for.

Fast forward to their grown up days, the fond feelings are still there, they still like to spend time together (even if Vale likes to invent excuses why not to meet up), this sort of family-typical protection and affection? They do piss off each other a lot, but there's usually no hard feelings behind that, it's just their dynamic. So in conclusion, I'd say they have a great relation going on, ESPECIALLY considering the factor that neither of them really is a people-person.

alright. know what? with Secrets of the Obscure right around the corner and plenty of new Mists-related sky island settings coming with it, I'll just bite the bullet and interest-check a little something I've been turning in my head for a long, long while.

would YOU be interested in a Mists-based GW2 roleplay guild that uses a lore compliant multiverse system to allow canon, canon-adjacent, lore-breaking, and otherwise 'contradictory' muses to coexist in the same setting?

simply put: every writer's cast would be set in their own self-contained universe. as such, everyone could bring whatever muses they want with their own personal headcanons, and no one could dictate what is or isn't canon for anyone else. so long as your muses are GW2-based, you're good to go! bring your Commanders, bring your canon-divergent OCs, bring your canon muses-- and yes, even the ones that are 'supposed' to be dead. who can say what might have happened in a strange world far across the Mists, after all?

neutral hubs and in-character safety guardrails would be in place to keep all muses on a relatively even playing field regardless of their power, history, and prestige, too. play hardball if you like, but it might not end quite the way you'd hope. the main rule would be to maintain good OOC etiquette at all times: no godmodding, no metagaming, no theft, don't blend IC and OOC, and so-on.

Yippie! So silly (kinda sad) idea I had I while ago that I need to draw about again aaaa— Anyway, there were a lot details that had me thinking about stuff in certain games. Harmony of Despair has the “Helmont/Shiimon/Simon Wraith” enemies that have this ominous description of “some say this is what happened to Simon Belmont in the end”, and it’s just never mentioned again. Like damn ok that’s uh some interesting information wow uh— Also that coupled with the hanging skeletons being a reference to Simon in CV4 and also being in the hanged man position, the family heirlooms in the ghostly Dracula’s castle in Harmony of Dissonance, and the quest for Anna in Order of Ecclesia about helping her cat protect her from dark spirits that’s ended with a really sudden line about her having nightmares about a man with a whip fighting something scary, my guy is haunting the narrative and doesn’t sound like he’s doing so great 💀.

So the Ghost Simon concept was born and uh here he is I guess lol. Part of it also came from the idea that we’ve already seen a ghost companion in the series in Wind (if you know you know), but what if there was one you had to help that was a little more uh what’s the word… tormented? Vengeful? Upset in general? Yeah. He’s kinda just a mix of a bunch of different ghost lore, not one in particular. Fun fact: Dulahans sometimes use their own spines as a whip :3. And in a lot of folklore Strigoi often prey on their own family members, especially the younger girls in the family. But yeah, he’s just kind of a nuisance, not really like ‘evil’ or anything. Breaks things sometimes, generally pesters people, only occasionally a minor threat. Maybe leaves bloody footprints sometimes, turns paintings crooked, writes omens on walls, ya know, average ghost activities. I like to think that the boss rush with him in HoD is what he’s been doing for a while. Maybe Juste unknowingly takes him home with some of the furniture, probably the grandfather clock lol. Idk it’s just a fun what if idea for fun tho mostly d(^^ ).

Sun - OHHHH MY BABY he would definitely return it but in a "what did you just do to me? alright, i'll do it to you too!!" kind of way.. flustered, not so much-- until he finally gets that the boop is less innocent than he thinks it is THEN get flustered

Moon - he would be FLUSTERED but keeps his cool nonetheless... (see Chapter 2). He would never initiate these things but once you show that it's okay to do that, he'll start doing it more frequently that you'll almost forget he's a deadly assassin with such a high body count... no blushies for the three boys tho but they do heat up when flustered. They're thanking the gods that they're wrapped up in clothing so it's not as obvious

Eclipse - hmmm... Assassin Eclipse is.. I think I've come to the conclusion that his personality is a mix of the duo so in this case he'd innocently return the boop at first until he realizes it's a flirty move or there's more to it THEN he would start initiating it frequently and never let you forget the day you decided to taunt him with such foolish, but nonetheless welcome, gesture

Getting Hit On:

Sun - alr I'mma just say it right here. Sun is dense (I love dense characters, gods bless them). And not in a cute and innocent way either, he just thinks that humans are easy to win over because he's encoded and has been trained with skills of speech in negotiation and persuasion. So if he gets hit on, assuming that the person doesn't know he's a robot as he's completely disguised, he would just think that he said something right enough for the person to think he's able to offer something that they're looking for from him

Moon - simply rejects the person. That's it. Bro's cold unless it's the person he actually likes (you)

Eclipse - equipped with the same negotiation skills as Sun and the allure that Moon has with his personality, he would most likely flirt with the person hitting on them and then reject them after like nothing happened. He's a player, to some degree. But not when he actually cares about the person

The Princess Getting Hit On:

Sun - Sun isn't really the jealous type but he CAN get provoked if done right (as in, a stranger blatantly flirting with the Princess right in front of him) and when he does, he would instantly grab you away from the conversation. No formalities whatsoever

Moon - heheheh (see Chapter 2). He gets more jealous than Sun but like how he usually would react, keeping calm and collected is his default. That's just his encoded skill in order to balance with Sun's somewhat explosive personality and decision-making. So in the instance that someone flirts with you during your outside training in the streets of the kingdom, he would firmly tell the stranger to leave saying there's more serious matters they need to tend to. He would even pass it off as just not wanting to waste any time so they can continue training even though he'd probably want to kill the man in his sleep at that point

Eclipse - oh.. hehe. I pray for a safe travel to the after life to anyone who flirts with you right in front of this Assassin. Although Eclipse's rationality levels with Moon's, that doesn't mean he'd let it stop him from resorting to... other measures
