(Winter break) Jan 10-13— Volume 2. Takes them a day to arrive.

Jan 13-- Jonah leaves and offs himself. Adam eventually leaves the house, and walks through snow until he finds the van

Past Jan 13— Sarah and Adam talk about Jonah

Jan 14- Dave's death at Gabriel Church (church Sarah and Mark went to) is reported on Channel 3. His death was around midnight. Nurses talk about him later in the evening.

Jan 15— Adam's 4th diary entry about waking up and hearing his screams from the van. It makes him feel bad

Jan ?- Adam goes all 'Preacher Mode' on Eve. Sarah eventually contacts her asking about him.

Jan 16- Thatcher drives out to Werksha at 1:57 and finds Adam in his home at 2:21. Adam starts screaming (and Thatcher does too from MAD). At 4, he drives him to the station and comforts questions him. Meanwhile, Sarah hacks into the security cameras and watches this go down.

17.02.2023, ride 9/15 for February!

Storm is turning out to be a really fun horse 🤭

He’s lacking a looooot of forward motion (lazy school pony lol) which isn’t the weirdest thing in the world, he is 15 and out of work yet still weirdly muscular? The real “issue” at the moment is that he’ll go behind the vertical when I ask for him to put his head down - there’s a big difference in feel when he does because I can feel him working over his back and using his bum, his nose just isn’t where I want it to be, but fixing that will come with forwards + more fitness. He was sweating after 15 minutes!

His right/clockwise canter is much better than his left/anticlockwise canter (I ALWAYS get my leads mixed up, rip my dressage career) which makes him a rarity in my thoroughbred experience, cos every other tb is the opposite problem 🤷‍♀️ His right canter feels sooooo nice and floaty and long, he strikes off fine on both legs but he just struggles to maintain and takes really short steps and falls in to the left

Lots of practice to do with him before the BPC show in april (including memorising my test 🙈) but I think we’ll make it! 💪
