I geniunely love how I have a Harry Potter OC that is legitimately just Ron Weasley's great grandmother who so happens to be a lich and has unimaginable beef with Molly. It is most majestic. I imagine every family reunion, Evelynn and Molly just look at each other and say each other's names with just pure hate.

I should also note that whilst I am not a fan of Molly, I also don't outright hate her, I just think it's really funny to have a lich be the grandmother of Arthur whose from a decidedly light family, and use Molly's flaws to fuel the absolute beef between these two women. Evelynn hates Molly for being too quick to believe what's in gossip magazines, and Molly thinks Evelynn is evil even though Evelynn is essentially that really sweet grandmother down the road who bakes cookies.

Except she looks like a mummified corpse, and absolutely has committed several crimes in her youth. She is very supportive of Bill and tells him the most cryptic shit ever that may or may not be complete bullshit. He gets to figure it out because there's a fifty percent chance it isn't bullshit. She is supportive of all the weasley children really, she just likes messing with Bill because he's a curse breaker and therefore can get really creative.

The wedding is more dramatic if only because the death eaters were 100% not ready to deal with a fucking ArchLich.

That post abt larian making a bunch of good decisions in spite of WotCs general rules and lore abt dnd has a bunch of good points I agree with but the "there are no inherently evil races" they bring up rings a little bit hollow when 100% of the goblins you meet are gleefully evil and 100% of the goblins you can help in various ways end up backstabbing and betraying you no matter how much you've helped them.

If goblins were a playable race or, hell, if there was even just a small group of them you could find that were like "oh yeah the dudes that worship the Absolute are all horrible, regardless of species. Anyway, want some Goblin Stew? Pull up a seat, friend." I think that particular bit of the post would be easier to chew on.

Ran a few battles with Skadumire and other enemies just to see how they went and as a playtest. Anyways results are:

Skadumire v. Strahd: Skadumire in 4 Rounds of Combat.

Skadumire v. Vecna: Skadumire in 6 Rounds of Combat.

Skadumire v. Solar: Solar in 5 Rounds of Combat.
