They found the ISD chimera almost 2 years after the Purrgil incident. The ship appeared to be pretty much destroyed but still able to sustain life if the sensors were correct.

The only one they found was the former Grand Admiral. There was not a single trace of his crew at first.

Thrawn was in good physical condition but refused to speak to anyone or even acknowledge their existence.

After a thorough examination of the ship, Ar'alani's team found the disturbing remains of the Chimaera crew.

A conversation with Thrawn was more urgent than ever, Ar'alani knew.

"What happened to your crew, Thrawn?" she asked as compassionately as she could.

Silence.

"Thrawn, listen to me! What happened to your crew?", her voice was more forceful.

When he answered his voice was rough, as if he hadn't used it in a long time, "they were sacrificed for a greater good." She could barely understand him. His voice, his manner, it felt wrong.

"Thrawn, speak clearly. What has happened to your crew?" she demanded, she needed to hear it, loud and clear.

And again, "they were sacrificed for a greater good," this time his voice was strong.

She couldn't bear it any longer. What they had found, the remains of the crew, the sheer monstrosity of it all.

She snapped, "YOU FUCKING ATE THEM!"

"THEY FOUND A HONORABLE DEATH!" he shouted at her.

And at that moment she knew he believed what he was saying.

The one thing I have to say about the Thrawn fandom is that it's definitely the healthiest fandom I've ever been in. There's a few trolls, but it's nothing like the others I've been involved with.

Oh dear, ok here goes!

1. TheUnder - Fire by Bass Nation: This song has been inspiring a scene for my dark Scott McCall and Void Stiles fic: The Dark Fox and the Redeyed Wolf for months and I will definitely be listening to it on repeat when I get to the scene! (It’s an action scene >:))

2. Get You The Moon - Kina ft. Snow: This was a song I listened to on repeat when writing Falling which was just kind of a sad vent Scott and Stiles fic (TW Suicidal Thought & Actions) 

3. Skin - Rihanna: This song inspired me to write a Scott/Stiles scene that I have yet to finish but when I heard it I immidialaty started writing. And Rihanna is a queen so there is that as well.

4. Everybody Hates Me - Chainsmokers: Oh look another vent fic, this one prompted Alone which is a Scott fic where Scott finally gets fed up on his pack kind of using him and he decides to distance himself and start putting himself first.

5. Dark Piano - Sociopath - Lucas King: This is the song that I listened to to actually get myself to write The Dark Fox and the Redeyed Wolf, I thought it resonated with the tone I wanted and I thought the name was fitting.

6. I duckinf hatw you - Ghostemane, Parv0: Inspired A Rose is a Rose. Like, I listened to it and just immediately went Dark Scott McCall and wrote that thing in like an hour. (I was probably working on Dark Fox) and wow this is an older fic :P

I listen to a lot of music while I writes and I will usually associate a song with a fic I wrote because I listened to it on repeat but it didn’t necessarily inspire it so it was kind of fun to look back through my music to find what I listened to!
