This is my homecity, Kyiv, on the 2nd of January after russia attacked Ukraine with Shahed drones, 16 Tu-95MC bombers, "Kinzhal" and "Kaliber" missiles during the night.
(Overall russia launched 99 missiles of various types and 35 attack drones over Ukraine during the night and morning).
As for now, 49 people are injured, 43 out of them were hospitalized. 2 people died.
I cannot express the pain I feel seeing the beautiful and strong city where I was raised being so viciously destroyed in the front of the whole world. And I certainly cannot imagine the pain of those, who suffered during the attack today and who lost their loved ones, one of them being Lyudmyla Shevtsova, doctor of biological sciences, professor, teacher of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
DON'T LOOK AWAY.
DON'T FORGET THE FACE OF THE TERROR.
SUPPORT ARMING UKRAINE SO WE CAN DEFEND OURSELVES, OUR LIVES, OUR CULTURE FROM BEING DESTROYED.
ruzzia again brought grief and took the life of the whole family
In the Nemyshlyan district of Kharkiv, "Shahed's" hit a critical infrastructure facility
a woman, a man and three boys aged 7 years, 4 years and 10 months
the flames reduced their bodies and bones to ash, so an examination was needed to establish their identities
"We assume that the mother held the children, hugging and pressing them to her chest," writes the head of the investigation department of the regional police
In another house, a couple also died: the husband was unable to walk, his wife was taking care of him, "Suspilne" reports
This morning ruzzians launched the biggest combined shelling on ukrainian infrastructure sińce the beggining of their agression. They used almost 90 missiles of different types and over 60 irano-russian kamikaze drones "Shahed". There are numerous casualties in Zaporizhzhia and Khmelnytskyi and destroyed residential buildings and energetic infrastructure objects in Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Odesa, Sumy, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and other cities.
In addition they hit the Dnipro Hydroelectric Power Plant. In result a part of the power plant has been damaged beyond repair.
I would like to remind you all the terrorist attack on the Kakhovka dam they did on 06.06.2023 which resulted in whole villages drowning underwater with lots of animals and immobile people. Espesially on the territories occupied by ruzzians.
And while the american government still wastes time and refuses to send the necessary weapons to Ukraine, I would like to thank the Ukrainian Armed Forces for the incredible hard works they are doing. They saved so many lives today.
Please don't stop supporting Ukraine and let's make ruzzia psy for their crimes!
we will fully roll over into all of Ukraine being subjected to genocide and WW3 starting and still we’ll be hearing westerners in suits saying “don’t escalate, don’t escalate”
On December 30, russia launched at least 6 strikes on Kharkiv. Buildings in the central part of the city are seriously damaged, a fire broke out on the spot.
Currently, at least 16 people are reported injured. This is happening the next day after a massive russian missile barrage in Ukraine.
This is a daily reminder that russia continues to target peaceful Ukrainian cities, trying to destroy them day by day. From the very start of the full-scale invasion Kharkiv continues to suffer from russian strikes, which are directed at residential buildings or historically important places.
UPD: Kharkiv Regional Military Administration reports about 21 injured due to the russian strikes.
the current situation in Ukraine requires immediate help as Ukrainian soldiers are fighting fiercely but they are greatly outnumbered.
The most efficient way is to help with drones.
We, the Ukrainian Center for Aerial Reconnaissance, need help with the following drones:
• 700 Mavic 3 Fly More Combo;
• 400 Autel EVO II Dual V2 Rugged Bundle (640T);
• 250 DJI Matrice 300 RTK
Or we need to collect $10 million to purchase them. This is just to cover the purchases for the month of June.
To facilitate the process in the US, we partnered with the UACC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in San Francisco. The donations made to them indicating "Aerial Reconnaissance" will go directly to purchase drones.
Here you can find more information on how drones save lives:
