Soooo, i need help for doing an a fanfiction about my MC's (Summer) daughter.

I need some ideas on what Jake would do (I already have ideas, but I don't know how Jake would relate so I'll tell them here)

I want first to say sorry for my english, i'm from Italy and my english can be bad sometimes ^^"

But first, let me explain the story about my Oc (Azure, Summer's daughter):

Azure has always lived with Lilly, not knowing who her real parents are. She suffers from ADHD, is not doing well in school and is bullied and it almost seems like Lilly is losing hope. But one day she asks Summer and Jake if they want to meet her at the Aurora bar, Summer decides to tell Jake everything. Afterwards, Azure comes to stay with them for a few days but Azure doesn't seem to settle in because every time Jake tries to get close to her she runs away (she thinks she is too many, she also discovered that Summer is her real mom but not said nothing. And because she is shy as af xD).

Sooo i think you can understand the confusion ^^"

Here are my ideas, if you can think of some feel free to tell them! It would help me a lot <3:

- Azure, as I mentioned, runs away whenever Jake tries to get close. So what do you think Jake would do to try and gain her trust?

- Azure have a Nymos hoodie, cuz she LOVE hacking! For her she doesn't know that Jake is Nymos, and I was thinking of Jake asking him (once he got close to her) if she likes hacking (If you have any other ideas as well)

- Azure has trauma, which causes her to age and panic attacks. Imagine when she is in their house and he has a panic attack at night but when Jake tries to help her she doesn't want to get help from him, what would Jake do in that case?

These are all the ideas i have at the moment ^^ But if you have some please tell me! I would love it and would help me a lot for my fanfiction. <3

Ok, so about your ask...

I have to say I am a bit confused about your Jake and Mc sittuation here. Is Azure Jake's daughter? Since you said your Mc will confess to him about that. And why he doesn't know about her? And I'm not sure if Summer and Jake are together here. But I believe you already worked out that part and that it will be explained more detailed through your story 😊

Further more, I would reckon Azure wouldn't be much fond of both Summer and Jake at the beginning, maybe even hold more grudge towards Summer for learning she was her mom and for  abandoning her. And I believe Jake would really try all he can think of to somehow bond with Azure. So maybe use one of Azure's panic attack as a bonding moment between her and Jake -  something like Summer had to leave the two alone together for some hours, and Jake helps her even if she tries to push him away at first, but since he is the only one there she has no other choice. So from that point on she begins to slowly trust him and opens up more.  Maybe he even teach her some hacking things and tell her he's actually Nymos🤭 Just a thought.

Anyway, that's just some things that pop to my mind right now. 😊 I really hope that some of this helped you in any way! You have and interesting idea here, and I would definitely like to know how your story will turn out, so don't hessitate to tag me when you  post it 😊

Okay so,

I'm undecided on how to get fanfiction started. I mean, I have a new idea:

Summer (MC) who dies and Jake is desperate but after a few days Lilly invites him to the aurora bar, he and the group have a nice evening but Jake notices about Azure and when he asks to Lilly and she tells him everything.

And I know Summer hasn't been used a lot, but she's a very important part. Especially because... I was thinking of doing some little parts between Summer x Jake,

But I don't know, because I could do it at the same time as I do the Azure fanfiction / diary.

Azure exploring their rooms,wow that is really good too *-* like,she comes across Jake's Nymos / she discovers Summer having books quite a collection similar to hers(Azure) that'd be nice 👍👍(oh about that plushies,I came up with it randomly :D ) but I like your idea a lot more

I'm glad you liked that idea🙃......So that could be one big obstacle between Jake and Azure's relationship.Maybe he could wait for a chance , assumption: like when everyone in house has a meal (morning?) ,he specially makes food/prepares coffee , taking little steps like these to close the gap between their relationship.(Here again,it depends on Azure's reaction to it,since she's too shy)

imo though this idea(bike ride) seems too quick in this plot , having a li'l chat alone with him may further add trust in himself and there'd be more character development in each of them

Actually about that bullying part, I had the same thought but in a different way :D like for example he comes to know about who is bullying her by chance, ,imagine him getting upfront for his stepdaughter(right?), Getting all worked up and warning those people harshly (Idk how to explain this properly😅) and she comes to know indirectly from her only best friend/gossip etc/ that Jake was the one who helped her,again here a lil bit of trust that there are indeed good men (atleast Jake)

( I found the above idea I came up with,to be quite odd? I come up with silly ideas,that's why I didn't add this 😂)

Also the last part...oh my that's really horrible and sad, All the continuous thoughts about abandonment, loneliness and mistrust etc,(she witnessed death? I hope I'm understanding it right) would have been a few reasons for her to make that decision.....And Jake spotting her doing this?! My! I can imagine how terrific his reaction would be ,he will be shivering and will be blanked out completely for a second, but Jake must act quickly to help her out!(tho idk what idea to give you here for that,sorry ) ,maybe aftermath saving her ,in this case I'd agree with @aesthetics-crow , like someone much more familiar to Azure,(eg Lilly )trying to help her with the diagnosis and care , because I don't think(imo) Jake would give right and instant response in such tricky situations (I don't mean that he won't give react/approach her at all,it's just that he would be too sensitive to such things),of course he gradually talks to Azure,that he is right here for her,always... A steady process in the blooming of merry in her life

Also the other idea you told me of Azure asking Jake why he's so tall... During that walk....

It's kinda igniting a conversation by shy Azure right? I think that's a good process in the story imo, it will lighten the mood between them ,rather than Summer talking first to Azure. I hope I'm not confusing you again 😅

Mmh like father, like daughter :D ,Edit: wait Jake's not her father? Oops sorry gaining someone's trust is really difficult, in this case I think Jake would definitely not come up with words to speak ,instead he would show his concern by actions ,for eg: he comes to know she loves plushies/anything from Lilly and secretly places them each day/night in her desk,yes each day (that would be cute😭❤️) ,but Azure does know it is him doing these things for her(I hope you understand what I'm implying here,of course it may seem pushy or it might make her irritated,but this may bring them a li'l closer and she might start trusting him.)

If we assume she is very shy and runs away most of the time when seeing Jake (haha,yeah I can understand that complicated scenario) (Also Woah!! Nymos hoodie and hacking❤️freaking cute again*-*❤️👍) Maybe he can approach her like you say asking about hacking and coding, or about her hobbies/books she likes ,I mean he sees a book in her place and striking a conversation"Will you tell me about this book?"(something like that) because we can imagine how shy Jake would be to start a proper conversation 🤭 and I think he'd get help by observing such things in her room( I hope I'm not confusing you😅)

And last about the panic attack...I think that could be the most turning point in their relationship,Jake may not immediately approach her and would remain calm,standing beside at the entrance of her room the whole night, making her feel that she's not alone (I mean even if she chases him away, he'll wait for the right chance, maybe she herself will eventually approach him on her own) idk what else to add here😅

This is something extra that popped up in my mind- you can ignore it if you want--- Also since you told she's a school going girl,e.g once she misses her bus/or any Vehicle ride back to home,and Lilly sends Jake(of course Azure would be hesitant here) to pick her up in his Bike! Consider a late evening and a totally new experience of riding a bike with her dad for the first time👀❤️😭 and he further gains her trust by taking her to some other nice destination etc. Idk how this came up to my mind :D
