I remember sitting down with Kevin Wright, the producer, and some of the writers, and they were telling me the story of the show. And they were like, “So, there’s this really interesting character called Mobius and, um, he’s kind of like an analyst in the TVA. And he’s a great intellect, and he’s a scholar. And he kind of understands Loki. And he’s able to show him parts of himself he’s never understood before.” And I always thought, “God, I wonder who’s gonna play that part?” And here he is.

Luke Wilson: (…) it was funny for me to be working for DC and doing a superhero show and then Owen was playing this character Mobius on Loki. I know that he really enjoyed working on [Loki]. Like me, he had not worked on a superhero project and had not worked on a show before, but I know he had a great time and really enjoyed working with Tom Hiddleston. It seems like that show turned out great too. [x]
