family members will be like 😌 i do not see it 😌 about the years of trauma they caused you growing up but then will never let you forget how moody you were when you were 14

#as if you had deliberate mood swings just to spite them. i s2g my family are expecting me to #be present and connected to them due to losing my sister but it's like hello we dont have #the foundation for that. my dad keeps saying the past is the past hi that was my one and only #childhood u loser. and my mum is just too emotionally juvenile to comprehend. and i would never say this to them #because they just lost their fkn kid and now is not the time and they HAVE been supportive as fuck to me. but our issues are not gone #in fact theyre clearer to me now bc we're trying to awkwardly navigate this grief together after having somewhat #strained relationships when I was little. and they FUCKED UP when I was little. but I cant say that withour sounding like im #ascribing blame. god me n my sis always talked about how awful itd be to leave the other behind #to deal with everyone alone. and now ive got to for god knows how long #this isn't the fucking brady bunch bye.
