A Guide to an Affordable Skincare Routine, Part 2: Sunscreen
Part 1
These are probably the two most affordable sunscreens that are also POC friendly that I have found as of today. The only other brand I see as affordable as this one is Equate, and the last time I tried an Equate sunscreen, it pilled like crazy.
Via Stylevana.
This is a Japanese brand. It is $6.99 for 8.5fl oz. which is approximately $0.82 per fl oz.. Sunscreens come in as little as 1.7fl oz./50ml bottles, so I consider this a steal. It only has SPF31 but they do have a SPF50 one. Reviews say it is not ideal for dry skintypes.
Via Stylevana.
This is their SPF50 version. Reviews say it can be on the oily side. It is $7.89 for 8.5fl oz., which is a little pricier at $0.93 per fl oz..
Disclaimer: Writing/blogging is my hobby, so I don't get paid for this. I found these while looking at skincare for my mother who has never had a skincare routine in her life until recently. If you would like to support me, you can request Stylevana to compensate me, tip my blog, or use my personal referral code linked here if you have never shopped on Stylevana before or are not a member. Just an FYI, Stylevana does take a while to ship and their customer service is extremely slow.
