Well, my idea so far is to make Arthur a host and the reader a guest in the park, that falls for him. Details are still a little blurry. But I do plan on making Arthur more self-conscious, so... yeah, think it could be interesting 😜❤️

Thanks, anon, for the ask! Here's a snippet from today's update of "A Changing Pack," the second installment in my Harry and the Lupins series. This is the very beginning of the next chapter. I'm working on editing it now to be posted later:

Remus saw Tonks brushing the seafoam green hair out of her eyes and tucking it behind her ear; she was as anxious as he was while waiting for Harry to wake up. It had been three days since the second task of the Triwizard Tournament and not a single champion had woken from their magically induced coma. The Hogwarts infirmary had become too full of people, so a large, empty classroom became the healing place for the four champions, as well as a makeshift shelter for their families. Harry was supposed to wake up from his coma at any moment, as he had sustained the least severe injuries.

Fleur Delacour, in addition to the blistering sunburns, had suffered from a severe spinal injury. She had very nearly broken her neck, which might’ve spelled instant death, had she not given up partway through her task. She would heal, but it would take weeks, if not months, for her to walk properly again.

Viktor Krum was in a similar state. He had almost suffocated in the earth and had lost consciousness for a few seconds. Rocks underneath the earth had broken several of his bones, which in turn punctured some of his organs. He would take a few weeks to recover.

Cedric Diggory had come closest to death. His heart had to be restarted upon removal from the ice. He too would heal, but he might not be able to walk ever again from the loss of oxygen to his brain.

Harry was rescued from the fire after he lost consciousness from smoke inhalation. Most of his back and his feet suffered various burns from landing around lava or fire; Madam Pomfrey chose to put him in a magically induced coma to speed up the healing process of re-growing his skin. Like Viktor, it would take Harry a few weeks to fully recover, but unlike Fleur or Cedric, he wouldn’t have to learn to walk again.

I'd go with Serena being the wife who's been cheated on by her husband both because it's closer to canon and bc I can kinda see her burning his house down, sh s fiery you know? XD like yess it happened to her in canon and she didn't flip out, but like. We're talking AU here. Maybe wild west or just small town USA, I don't care that I'm displacing the Brits I just want to fit the vibe of the song xD and like yess Serena would be all proper looking and organized and stuff, maybe a well-known nurse, so I think 'she was the last one in this town we would've thought would snap' still tracks, but also yes she would snap <3

Idk about Bernie, I mean I definitely won't cast her as the cheating husband! Maybe the sheriff who comes to investigate, or just an observer, maybe she's the POV of the song... Either way we're working towards a happy end here <3

The Background Six aren't gonna be finished for a bit (character designs take time, especially when you're writing a final paper), so I'm gonna post the current "final" draft of Lyra now.

Lyra is Ponyville's resident eccentric artist. Although young, she's got plenty of ambition that'll take her far one day... hopefully. She's still working on her sci-fi book manuscript about an aliens with weird, fleshy meat hooks. As her side gig, she helps put together productions at Ponyville's local theater. She also enjoys singing jazz, dancing, and painting.

She's a Romaniote Jew, her family originally from Athens, Greece and immigrating to New York City in the late 1800s.

So hello guys!!! It has been a while since I actually did an AMA and I thought I will do it this Saturday-4th June late afternoon (it would be Friday evening GMT 08:00+, midnight or so) as I will be working alone until closing (which would be 5 am for you Americans 😆)

I am going to leave Wednesday 2nd June afternoon to Friday 3rd June evening (American time) to ask any questions/give me prompts, ask for film/music recommendations or hearing my yelling about my stories (mostly those from my @inu-mothership​ fleet week) in my ask box.

Blackberry Winter (Cole Turner)

So Stained Like Georgia Clay Cole is the Cole of your sweetest dreams. A Little At A Time Cole is your worst nightmare. Blackberry Winter Coke is a bit in between.

I don’t know if blackberry winter is a regional thing or not, but I’m thinking it is. It’s a 1-2 week period in spring where it turns cold, and feels like winter. We’ve even got “snow” before. After that time the blackberries start blooming.

This is a story about a love that has grown cold. It once had the radiance and life of spring, and now it’s just cold. Both the reader and Cole are in a tough spot. Do they continue to go about their business, do the seek help, or do they just move on.

It’s actually based a bit on the song Blackberry Winter by EmiSunshine

Sometimes he feels

An AU (obviously) where Matt is a serial killer. Could you imagine the catholic guilt? The whispered "Forgive me father" every time he takes a life?

He is torn. Does he want to her you moan his name out in pleasure or hear you scream out for mercy? Will he let you be a part of his life or will you join the countless souls already weighing on his consciousness?

He won't get caught. A devoted lawyer, fighting for justice. No one will ever know.

Time's Up - Eddie Munson

Takes place during the events of season 4. It's an AU, a little inspired by "In Time" 😄

He looks down his arm, sighing heavily. You call his name from the kitchen, but he doesn't answer. Sniffling, he tries to hold back his tears. He knew this day would come, but why now? He had just found you. Hadn't even had enough time with you.

1 day, 14 hours, 43 minutes and 10 seconds. The timer counting down, counting the seconds until he dies.

Ooh, good question, anon! (finally getting back to these while waiting around...and also catching up on my fics)

There's always a cat somewhere. This is based on me having two cats IRL. It's usually Tonks who has a cat! Sometimes it's a half-kneazle but other times it's a regular feline overlord with murder mittens.

There's usually some element of therapy or psychology in my fics. When writing characters that go through trauma, I try to give them realistic post-traumatic behaviors and thought processes.
