Most recent mundane thing caught on the Friday Files: Peter recently it seems, sustained an injury (just bruising) to his jaw, and as he heals slower in the winter it’s bugging him a little longer than usual. The day after, Tony caught him sitting at the counter, adorably struggling to bite into an apple. Tony of course did a Dad Thing and cut it up for him, but also added some Gouda to his plate and now Peter has a new favorite snack combo!

Poor Peter! Good thing Tony is so dad-shaped and therefore inclined to do dad things. I would kill to see the footage of Tony cutting up an apple and making little gouda cheese cubes. I heard through the grapevine that Peter has a special snack plate at the tower. I understand it's one of those little separated kiddie plates with iron man on it. Tony bough it to be funny but Peter loves it? Can FRIDAY confirm??

Uffda… this is a difficult one. Masamune is pretty straightforward. While Mitsuhide is often intentionally ironic, and Mitsunari is often unintentionally so, but … Masamune… hmm…

Scene: Masamune has just watched Mitsunari pick every single carrot out of his meal – a meal that Masamune spent all afternoon preparing – and pile them next to his dish.

Mitsunari looks over and sees Masamune staring at the pile of carrots. Mitsunari pauses, with that last carrot still clutched between his chopsticks. “You don’t mind, do you?”

“Mind? Lad, why should I mind?” Masamune sighs. “I made this meal for you, after all. If you don’t want to eat all of it, I would be a terrible host if I insisted that you eat the meal exactly as I prepared it.”

“Oh good.” Mitsunari disposes of the last carrot. “Because I really don’t like carrots.”

“I see that.” The pile of discarded carrots threatens to topple off the table. Masamune grabs an empty container. “It’s a good thing I haven’t taken the compost out yet.”

“That is a good thing. I would hate to inconvenience you.” Now that his dish is carrot-free, Mitsunari settles down, opens the book he brought with him, and begins to eat. “Thank you, Lord Masamune, you are very kind.”

Kind? Kind?! There were other words he might use for a man who spent the afternoon cooking a meal for someone who would neither eat all of it, nor pay attention to what was going into his mouth. Pushover… not that anyone would dare use that word in combination with ‘one-eyed dragon.’ Fierce. Wild. Adventurous. Those were descriptions he would lay claim to. No… he was only doing what was practical here, making certain that their chief strategist didn’t die of starvation prior to the next battle.

Seeing as Mitsunari was already deep into his book, Masamune tries sneaking a carrot back into the dish. Without skipping a beat, Mitsunari’s chopsticks flicks the carrot out again.

Kind. Hmph.

Thank you for that, it helped a lot to hear that I'm not bad. But... Is it weird that reading Yandere like blogs make my brain simply sparkle in the best way? I know I shouldn't like it, that it's unhealthy and bad, and that I should stay away... But why am I drawn to it? Why does it make me feel safe?

In all honesty, at first I was the same! But the sense of community is nice and it does help. I understand your feeling of it making you feel safe, it makes me feel more normal. Perhaps it is ‘unhealthy’ and ‘bad’ but it’s just our minds, there’s not much we can do to change that. It’s always better to voice your thoughts rather than letting them build up. The yanblr community is like that. It’s nice not to be judged. I wouldn’t say that’s weird or a necessarily a bad thing!

Thanks for the ask... ok... we've got three very alpha males in this bunch. Lets go with Urban Fantasy AU...

Shingen - is a Blue Collar Warlock. He works as a bartender while trying to keep an uneasy peace between the city's human and non-human's populaces and at the same time working on a degree in magical engineering.

Kenshin - is a Half-Elf Monster Hunter. He owns the bar Shingen works at, which allows him to drink whatever he wants, but he goes out at night on a monster-stabbing rampages.

Nobunaga - is a semi-sinister businessman/politician who has been buying up neighborhoods previously belonging to non-humans, and displacing them. He claims to want to clean up the city. Shingen & Kenshin don't believe him.

No idea about Kole being a vampire. Danny does warn the Titans their true foe is "the one you thought dead", which could be Hank, Kole, Raven, or even Lazarium, but I opt for one of the first three. A pre-Zero Hour Titans Convergence would've solved all this, but c'est la vie. I'm still obsessed with Deathwing's identity, mostly because he outright tells Mirage "You don't want to know" what he was.

The rebirth deathwing does have an identity, and thought he’s lost his sense of self it’s important to bring him back to himself. Kind of insane that Dick’s had 2 “I’ve been brainwashed to believe I’m you and I can’t stand to go back to my identity”. As if Dick didn’t have enough identity crisis. I don’t think any of the writers had any ideas of the first deathwing identity ngl maybe that’s lack of imagination on my part
