Went to another Thom talk in #Williamsburg about #deserving and #gratitude.... Each of us deserve the very best. We'll settle for second third or fourth best..... "The kingdom of heaven is within you". It is our heritage. Our job is to accept it, expect it and claim it. This is how we experience gratitude, by doing these three actions. If we don't accept, expect or claim the gifts/lessons/teachers/occurrences in our lives we can't experience gratitude. And we also continue with the same lesson and teacher until we learn this. As our consciousness grows, our definition of what's "best" changes but without growing our consciousness we cannot accept, expect or claim this gift of "the best." How do I know what's best? In any given time there is always a higher value and a lower value. The more I choose the highest value it becomes a habit to the point when the lower value is no longer even thought of as an option. For instance, it never occurred to me to not attend this talk. THE SPECIAL TROPHY FROM MY MOM
When i was in the kindergarten, My Mom bought me a 'special' trophy on the competition event. Yes, she did it, not the committee of the competition. She told the committee to add one more champion rank in order to prevent something bad to the event.
So on the previous competition event, my friend got the trophy but I wasn't. I cried a lot due to jealousy. And it made the event atmosphere bad. Can you imagine how loud did i cry? It also showed how jealous was I.
And the bad attitude keep going till i found why should we don't care to all of what people view. I tried to think more about me and asked my needs to myself. Do all people view really benefits me?
Of course every people have their own dynamics, and so they have different needs. It's not a good deal to judge our need based on people view. Because in many cases, it is actually not the thing that we need.
For example: People will give applause to you, when you win a math competition. So everyone wants to win it. But the fact is your math skill is not at the good level at that time. So the trophy actually isn't the thing that you need. What you really need is to study harder, so that your math skill level could increase to certain level.
People depending on another's view because of naturally we need recognition. However, the thirst for false recognition have to be reconsidered. Being dishonest to yourself is a basic form of betrayal and a fatal needs analysis error. At the end of the day, you don't satisfy yourself and it's harmful.
Even worse, when conditions are like that, again, it is often the views of others that are taken into consideration. But, in fact, talking to yourself is the best solution. Istafti qalbak. ask your heart for fatwa / advice. How often have you talk to yourself? and the rest just hang it to Allah swt.

hi ana, i had a bad couple of weeks and i started doubting everything, but i mostly started doubting that the 3d mirrors the 4d, and i persisted/identified with that assumption, and now i'm scared that that's my reality, if i ignore that assumption and take my attention off of it would my 3d go back to mirroring the 4d?
Duality between my imagination and the physical world? Is everything a reflection of me?

Spoiler: The 3D and the 4D are the SAME!!!! why do u think it’s called law of assumption? Because what is on the inside reflects on the outside! You’ll never stop that, because it’s a law!
I totally get what you're going through. We all have those rough patches where doubt starts creeping in, and it can mess with our beliefs about how things work. You mentioned doubting whether the 3D reality reflects the 4D, and that doubt has been lingering, making you worried that it's your new reality. Well, here's the deal.
If you ignore that assumption and take your attention off it, your 3D reality can definitely go back to mirroring the 4D. See, your external reality is influenced by what's going on inside you, like your thoughts, beliefs, and persistence. So, by shifting your focus away from that doubting assumption and instead focusing on the idea that the 3D and 4D are totally connected, you can bring about a change in your external circumstances.
Askyourself “what do i truly want to feel in this moment?” and go deep and feel it in you.
Allow yourself to feel that you have that body right now. give yourself the experience to feel it completely and don’t let fear get the best of you. It only holds you back from creating what you truly desire. Trust in the process, my friend. Redirect your attention to the assumption of unity between the 3D and 4D, and let that become your dominant state of mind. As you persist in this new belief and identification, you'll start to see your 3D reality shifting and reflecting that harmony once again.
So, shake off those doubts, have faith in your imagination and creative power, and watch as your 3D world falls back into sync with the awesome possibilities of the 4D realm. You've got this!
