Day 5 of my 14-Day Langblr Challenge

This is a classic in Chinese poetry in many ways. It very beautifully describes the love and sacrifice of a mother for her children in just three lines.

I’ll be tagging this as #asl14 so feel free to join in the tags too. I’m doing only 14 days for now because I have commitment issues T.T 

Your target languages and why you want to learn them

Write about your day 

Describe your favourite person and why they are your favourite person

Make a recipe in your target language. If you can’t do that, translate a recipe from your native to your targer ot vice versa

Fave quote, poem or story in your target language(s)

What are the resources you use to learn your language? 

Pretend to order food from your favourite restaurant in your target language

Your favourite songs/bands in your target language(s), and why you like them. Describe the songs and how they make you feel. 

Write a short story using this prompt: A little pig went shopping at the market one day. 

Describe the subjects that you are studying (could be your course in University, or your favourite subject in school) 

If you could wake up one day speaking another foreign language, what’d it be? (it can’t be any of the ones you’re currently studying!)

Read the news in your target language(s) and summarise what you’ve learnt of current events 

What is your favourite untranslatable word/phrase and why?
