Tumblr media
1H: Native may lead a unique life in some way, not your traditional 9 to 5. May be a person concerned with finding themself, maybe because their true self was inhibited early in life. Native might find themselves idolized, good or bad, by others.
2H: Native may be born into a family of wealth, or have money concerns throughout life - either wealth coming and going, or making their life goal to earn a lot of money. Native may struggle with feelings of self-worth early in life.
3H: Native may have a talent for writing, or more broadly, communicating through some form. Native could be a singer, or a convincing politician. A storyteller and what that means to them.
4H: Native may be concerned with how people are living, and their impact on that. Native might be a household name. Native might be known for doing something for their country. It's possible the native attempts to live in a way that is unorthodox for the society they grew up in.
5H: True creatives. Life may be concerned with children in some way, though not strictly to being a parent. May have a quirky art style. Could dislike kids.
6H: Dedicated to work. Native finds themself through the chosen work field. Native may have very lucrative endeavors throughout life. Native may have difficulty connecting with others, NN in 6H is very much workaholic energy. Could also work with animals or pets.
7H: If partnered, native's partner will be of equal or higher status than them, and partner will be integral to the natives life narrative. If not partnered, native may almost be partnered with the self. Marriage may play out to be a pivotal moment in ones life direction.
8H: Native may lead a life that is controversial for the time they are living in. In other words, native may go against the grain in some way: sexuality, drug use, or actions they take in life seem unorthodox. Native may not be entirely understood, but admired by many.
9H: Native may be a convincing orator. More than the written word, native will be convincing through their method of speaking. Their voice may be unique or have a certain cadence to it not often found in most people.
10H: Native may have a very public-facing life or be born into a well-known family - either in their hometown or to the world at large. Being known and recognized by others may be an important life goal for this native.
11H: A social butterfly and people person. Native will have the natural aptitude for networking, and hosts amazing parties seemingly effortlessly. Native might find themselves in the position where others are captivated by them - the people around this native will create a narrative of who this native is, rather than who they truly are.
12H: Native will have a perspective on life that that goes against the grain of normal societal thinking. Native may be labeled a "weirdo" - but inside lies creative depths that act as a wellspring that which the native can draw from. Native may also be concerned with that which isn't easily seen.

neglect tw So I've received this question a long time ago that went like this:
"Dear dee, Planets in which house makes our father estranged, emotionally and physically unavailable and make us immensely hate him? Or is there any astrological aspects that make our father estranged and emotionally and physically unavailable at our childhood?"
Eventually went ahead and started doing some research into this topic since I wanted to see some statistics rather than give a cookbook answer. I'm not entirely done with this research but I do have a short answer to this question which I'll give now. I will write a long post about this that will contain everything, including reasons.
A couple of notes before we continue: 1. Keep in mind at all times that this is an overview. To see the specifics, a person's chart would need to be analyzed thoroughly so you might find some of the things mentioned below in your chart or you might not. 2. I've put the question under the neglect "umbrella" rather than abandonment. 3. This is from "the person who felt neglected POV", not "the parent figure neglecting the person" POV. 4. Decided to, instead of looking at the father specifically, look at it as parent figure so this would include paternal and maternal figure. 5. 35 charts have been used in this research.
Now the answer.
The main indicator for neglect/negligence is Saturn. What I looked at was Saturn's sign, house, aspects (only between planets) and the houses it rules. Below you will find the results that had the highest percent.
saturn in capricorn (20%)
saturn in aquarius (17%) extra: saturn in aries and scorpio (11% each)
saturn in 3rd house (14%)
saturn in 1st/5th/6th house (11%)
―― SATURN'S ASPECTS saturn-sun/saturn-moon/saturn-mars/saturn-uranus: tendecy towards no aspect, but if an aspect exists, it might be square, opposition or sextile saturn-venus/saturn-jupiter/saturn-neptune/saturn-pluto: square, opposition or trine

Hey guys, Dee here! So I'm finally going through the questions received, slowly but surely, and since I want to give concrete answers, I'll do small "research" for every single one of them (this being the reason i'm asking a question; high chance it won't be the last one). TW: neglect (putting everything under Keep Reading)
One of the questions I've got is related to being neglected by a paternal figure, especially during childhood. What's being asked is: "which planets in which house and/or aspects can indicate that our father is not emotionally and physically unavailable and makes us hate him?" Notes: ✦ I'll be looking at this from "one of the parents" perspective ✦ briefly looked at 76 charts from astro-databank that fit this topic and so far, Leo ASC seems to be the most common (no wonder, hello Scorpio on 4th house; using whole signs) My question is: If you've experienced neglect involving one of your parents, what's your ASC and what planets do you have in 4th and 10th house? If you're comfortable with it, please reply to this post, send a message or reply directly HERE.
Feel free to reblog this too. Thank you! 💜💜

Astro thoughts + takes | Random observations
Tumblr media
(*from personal experience + knowledge, please do not copy+paste as these are my own words*)
• Uranus aspecting one's moon can make them prone to mood swings, yes, but I never hear about how this aspect can make it easier to overcome tough emotions. Since Uranus represents innovation + breakthroughs an individual with a moon-uranus aspect can power through them quickly, and sometimes in very odd ways. Can have different coping mechanisms than most around them.. one that will really stand out apart from the rest. Now, keep in mind that this can be great in many ways.. zipping through emotional turmoil can be a breeze for these people, they just have to make sure to slow down once and a while and ACTUALLY process what they're feeling. Those with moon sextile uranus can actually work through tough emotions when they get outside of their comfort zone.
• Moon sqaure saturn can indicate emotional immaturity until the individual works on their relationship with authority / authority figures, amongst other things..
• Neptune square asc can give one the desire for escapism through substance, any harsh aspects neptune makes to the moon or venus can also indicate this (no hate.. I have this aspect)
• Virgo mars and planning when to have xxx (this is where they clash with fire/air mars signs.. they thrive off spontaneity which this mars lacks unless the chart indicates otherwise ofc)
• Mars in the 6H and being turned on not by a specific area of the body, but what sensations can be created by it (nervous system)
• Mars in libra vs being turned on by reciprocity
• An unevolved lilith in libra/7H can be the typical womanizer/maneater until they learn that there's power in standing on their own, not feeling complete only when in a relationship. some may use others to try and "heal" themselves too
• Virgos actually spend their past time connecting the dots
• One of the things that cancer and taurus placements share in common is that they'll be in a DEEP sleep, wake up, and randomly start making a 4-course meal (yum, can I sleep over?)
• The galactic center of the milky way is stationed in the constellation of sagittarius, which has up to 400 BILLION stars.... and you still wonder why they act like that?
° Saturn conjunct asc means everyone giving you responsibilities because you always look like you can handle them (even if you can't or the responsibilities have nothing to do with you) however, in return it does grant the individual with passing authority (I also have this.. even when I'm not the one "in charge" people come to me like I am)
• The house that Saturn is in can show you which area of life you'll feel most restricted in (ex: 3H- trapped within the local community or bound to siblings in some way. 10H- bound to work, restricted in some way to get away from it. 12H- trapped in your mind/subconscious)
• Sun in 8H individuals may gain more recognition after death / possible famous after death ( check for more fame indicators )
• Scorpio + 8H placements will put people through trials and tribulations because they want to see if they are worthy enough to see their innermost self and deepest desires. this is because these placements experience the most rebirth (and their own trials and tribulations... quite often), they want to make sure you love them down to their very core, so when they morphe into their next "self", you won't leave
• When the south node transits the 7H one will notice past-life partnerships coming back into their present life. Note that this may not always come in the form of a lover.. but if it does.. your working on releasing patterns of behavior with said person. Unfortunately, once the transit south node exists the 7H there may be a parting of ways. This could be completely flipped however, some may meet a past life partner that they end up working on these patterns together and stay together (depending on synastry). And then you even have some people who will experience repeating events and patterns from outside forces but don't actually align with a specific past partner. As of right now taurus risings are letting these lessons wrap up, if you are a Taurus rising comment below with your take on this! Scorpio risings are shedding an old identity.. I know this can appear to be typical Scorpio behavior but because this is affected by the nodes, it's a deeply submerged part of themselves they're FINALLY learning to let go of and release control. Let me know if this resonates- Scorpio risings! 🫶
• Whichever house the south node transits in your chart will be the area of life you will experience "letting go" of what no longer serves you (Ketu=deflation)

astrology research - 🔬
Recently, I've become obsessed with the Sun (it was bound to happen). Though the Sun is a luminary I don't understand it. and since I don't understand the Sun, I can't understand Leo.
So I've decided to do some research. It'll be pretty simple I just want people who have Leo in their Big Three (Sun, Moon, or ASC) to share their experience.
People with a Leo stellium (7 classic planets) or the Sun being the most dominant planet/main depositor in their natal chart can also share their experience.
Feel free to message me or comment on this post.
I made a prev. post, but felt an "official" one would be better.
Hopefully, the Leos can't resist this call to talk about themselves.

neri WHAT is the Green Valley and why are you researching it!
hi shan, thank you so much for asking!
basically, when you divide galaxies in the local universe based on their morphology (shape), most of them fall into two groups: spirals and ellipticals
Tumblr media Tumblr media
[image id]: on the left, a spiral galaxy, featuring spiral arms dotted with bright blue stars. on the right, an elliptical galaxy consisting of diffused light shaped like an ellipsis. [end id]
typically, spiral galaxies are still actively forming stars, while elliptical galaxies have ceased star formation for billions of years. we believe spiral galaxies evolve into ellipticals as their star formation declines.
one of the most fundamental questions in the field of galaxy evolution is: how is the decline in star formation rate related to the morphological transformation?
green valley galaxies have intermediate star formation rates: they don't form stars as intensely as a spiral star-forming galaxy, but haven't stopped completely either. therefore, we believe they're currently undergoing a process that leads to the cessation of star formation (we call this process "quenching"). by studying the properties of green valley galaxies, we hope to shed some light on the physical mechanisms involved in quenching and how it affects morphology.
it's a relatively new and incredibly vast field of study! i've been researching the green valley for about 5 years and there's still a lot to learn about this fascinating population of galaxies, and about galaxy evolution in general.
also, a fun fact: our very own milky way is a green valley galaxy!
thanks again for providing me with the opportunity to ramble about my reaserch!

Random Moon Sign Observations | pt.1
Tumblr media
(*based on personal experiences and opinions. look at the whole natal chart to gain insight, just one placement isn't enough and some aspects/house placements can make contradictions to the below information*)
• Aries moon •
-makes more moves in the night (esp 12H)
-extremely protective over those they love
-when comfortable with someone they will make little noises and funny sounds, very animated beings
-feels emotions intensely, the most reactive to their own emotions and environment, in the physical body they feel every emotion deeply
-will jump head first into new passions or romances unless the chart indicates otherwise
-it's like pulling teeth to get their vulnerable side out, as time progresses they learn that they don't have to be the hard-shelled thing their early environments created and that being vulnerable is brave
-most will only have a few people reach their inner soft core in their lifetime
-artists in their own right, alone time is essential for the creative process
-inner competition with themselves, instead of seeing others as competition they will try to beat themselves and be a better version of yesterday
• Taurus moon •
-always around close friends, typically has 1 or 2 people they grew up with that they keep in their lives forever or atleast as long as humanely possible
-is it bad to say these people are pretty when they cry? I've never seen a Taurus moon ugly cry before
-extremely grounded, and extremely guarded
-have a hard time letting people into their innermost self or world, but once they do you won't be going anywhere anytime soon
-emotional support person for close friends/family
-has emotional support accessories
-bad smells can put them into a very bad mood, very sensitive nose
• Gemini moon •
-consistently stimulating themselves through conversations/books/video games/hobbies
-can struggle with consistent mood swings
-appreciates design and loves to build things/put things together
-can be the friend that knows everyone's behind-the-scenes drama
-witty and goofy people (my fav)
-they tend to bury themselves in a hobby when they're not feeling the best mentally (sometimes as a distraction without actually addressing what's wrong)
-asking questions can actually make them feel better, even if it's on random things, emotional support knowledge intake lol
-extremely good at problem-solving
• Cancer moon •
-the most emotionally guarded moon sign, and will guard their family/close friends emotions like their own
-sensitive yet sensual
-gives the warmest hugs
-remembers the smallest details for the longest amounts of time
-has to let their emotional body go with the flow and ride the "waves", once they feel an emotion come over they can't go around it.. they have to see it to the end
-if conjunct the asc their emotions are painted all over their face
-if you've ever made one mad, you know what those claws feel like... they are some of the most scary people to make angry.. imo
-sentimental daydreamers/ and dreamers
-most can't get over that one ex
-4 course meal @ 2am is to be expected, especially if liquor is involved
-one of the brightest imaginations next to Pisces, their memories are alive, well and extremely vivid
• Leo moon •
-once you get close to them, they can feel entitled to spending time with you (in my experience)
-can let things bottle up and EXPLODE
-I've noticed when they are passionate about someone they can keep a lot of those feelings inside and slowly reveal them overtime.. not as extravagant as some would think, but they will definitely make you feel like you're the only one in the world when they care about you
-spending time with them is so fun because they will make everything into a joke and silly
-the goofiest of the moon signs imo (they do it for the attention but I love it, give me more)
-can be very demanding emotionally from others, whether it's communicated or not
-expects the utmost loyalty and gives it back in return, even on small things.. these people are probably the most loyal
-will place people on a pedestal within their bright orbit, sometimes they can fall into people that give them a lot of attention, and not for the right reasons..
-the most generous (and they mean it)
-likes to do things that gets them recognized, even in a small town/group setting.. they want to play sports to get that trophy and team photo
• Virgo Moon •
-please for the love of god bring your own tums
-one of the biggest nurturers
-very specific style and aesthetic
-always on time, or at least their internal clock is
-the sleepiest employee
-out of all the mutable moons, I think virgo can sit and process their emotions the longest
-can also be the same moon sign to brush off emotional encounters until they've processed their end enough
-prone to addiction just like pisces/12H moons, using a substance as an escape, becoming an addiction most times because they strive for routine, and if something bad just happens to fall into that routine.. they can have a hard time removing it (emotional security in routines, even if the routine looks messy from an outsiders perspective)
-literal sweethearts (angels in their own right)
• Libra moon •
-the most loved in the room when they walk in, idk how to explain it
-can be a tad on the partner crazy side, hopeless romantic
-emotional support person for a lot of people but they do expect the same in return
-depending on what else is in the chart, they can become very codependent on another person and FAST.. they won't listen to anyone when it comes to their beloved
-similar to a gemini moon, they can struggle to find emotional balance, but this is mostly caused by allowing outside influences to effect their emotional body (ex: partners)
-when they're good, they're GOOD and when they're bad, they're BAD
-does the best when they're in a 1-1 setting bouncing feelings and ideas off another person, they tend to show up or call at the most random times to chat about something like their car insurance, almost like, can you listen to this idea and share what you think? (I love them for it)
-i know I said it before but, HOPELESS ROMANTICS 💔🔥

What do the Dwarf Planets mean?
I've been using many of the dwarf planets (trans-Neptunian objects) in all the personal and celebrity charts I've looked at for some months now, and I feel like I have a pretty decent grasp of the planetary archetypes. I'm gonna write some information about each planet to kind of summarise what they represent in astrology
I'm also grouping these planets by their orbital periods, as they seem to be in groups in their orbital period around the sun. The groups seem to carry similar themes too
Also, since there are a lot of these planets, I'll just say quickly which ones are the most important in a chart: Eris and Haumea are the most important from what I've seen (they are also the biggest planets). After that, I'd say that Makemake, Quaoar, and Orcus also play a big role
These planets are related to our need to protect ourselves
Eris: 558 yr orbit. This is the planet that urges you to speak out and fight against anything that you consider to go against your beliefs. It gives you the drive to fight for what you believe in. It also has quite a political nature in it. It is what gives you strong moral convictions and makes you want to voice your opinion loud and clear. It is also related to your ability to stand up for yourself when you or others are being violated, such as when you see someone being rude to a waiter. Eris energy makes you want to speak up against that person
Gonggong: 554 yr orbit. This planet encourages us to see the cause and effect of our actions. This energy is very future-oriented, it wants us to think about what we can do better to have things work in our own favour. Without this energy well-integrated we lack foresight and we feel like we are walking blindly with no direction
These planets are related to our perspective on the world
Quaoar: 286yr orbit. This planet represents the need for us to have dramatic shifts in awareness. Because many people have this planet conjunct Pluto (1993-2004 roughly), it can feel especially difficult for these people to change their mindsets, it can feel like something is preventing this from occurring. But if you can use this energy well, you will feel that you have a fresh perspective on the world and your place in it
Haumea: 284 yr orbit. This planet represents the extent to which you feel connected to the world around you. It inspires you to have faith that things will all work out in the end, because you have faith in the world. Very spiritual energy, it connects you to nature and inspires you to surrender to believe in the natural process of life
Haumea actually enters Scorpio 2 hours from when I'm writing this!! Leaving Libra for the first time since 1994
These planets are kind natured, they are what pull us towards the 'light side' of life
Makemake: 306 yr orbit. This one is bigger than the others (similar in size to Haumea and Gonggong), but smaller than Pluto and Eris. Makemake represents a way of thinking that splits us into a more civilised and a wild self, and assumes the more civilised self is the better of the two (It basically represents our morals). It is associated with self-improvement, and the desire to make oneself more refined in behaviour. It is a very charitable planet, but it can also make someone quite sure of their inherent goodness, despite the fact that their actions show something different (a certain guy from Germany had this conjunct his Sun)
Varda: 313 yr orbit. This Dwarf Planet is associated with our desire to compromise and adjust our behaviour to take into account other people’s needs. It is where we are initially self-effacing and too selfless, leaving us feeling used by others. In healthy expression, self-effacing tendencies turn into compassionate understanding from a place of respect and sympathy for others
Plutino planets deal with taboo topics, and feelings of restriction, they share orbital resonance with Pluto
Orcus: 247 yr orbit.  Orcus' objective is to find (or deny) the truth of any situation. Someone with Orcus integrated well is going to be someone who is self-aware and strongly against lying, both to themselves and others. This planet in hard aspects deals with issues of denial, and it can show hypocrisy too, where someone likes to bring the truth out of others, but fails to live by what they preach
If you made it this far, thank you! I hope this inspires you to try and learn about these planets, they are very useful for understanding yourself and others

Folks thinking that Uttara Bhadrapada is too much of a 'conservative' nakshatra to be career-orientated/self-focused in women is one of the reasons why I started disliking astrology. Like, everything about that is so incorrect it makes me wanna barf lmao. I'd seriously be nothing if I wasn't this self-obsessed, I don't exist to serve anybody else but me and the narrative that Uttara Bhadrapada gives energy to others and is in service of others is laughable,,,, like actually make a real observation of real natives of this nakshatra. Uttara Bhadrapadas are preserving of their energy, so they won't be as selfless as it's said to be – they're quite literally calculating/careful so please 💀
