The planets in astrology and their meaning:

Inner planets:

The Sun is the self, it’s the brightest part of you. It’s your conscious awareness and the actions you take to express yourself and fulfill the ego.

The Moon represents the inner self and the unseen aspects of ourself. So when you are expressing your sun sign your moon sign will typically be hidden (the sun and moon usually aren’t seen in the sky at the same time kinda thing). Our moon also represents our emotional nature and our mom and how she may see us and how our relationship with her is. We can also see what is emotionally nurturing to us here.

Mercury represents how we think and speak. It can also show us how our voice may sound and in what manner we communicate and how we process information logically.

Venus represents how we love or express what we value and appreciate. It can show us what sort of things we find beautiful aesthetically and not only showing how we love and how we express this love but we can see what we do value and love more specifically. Venus is very important when we look at romantic relationships in astrology.

Mars represents vitility, passions, and action. It’s what you are passionate about and how you take actions towards these things. With mars we can also see how someone may tend to express their ambitions, impulsivities, or even violence and anger.

Jupiter represents our wisdom, faith, luck, and expansion. You can see someones philosophy and moral and ethical standards here. You can see how and where you may benefit or get lucky depending on the sign and house this planet is placed in.

Saturn represents structure, boundaries, and restrictions. Saturn shows “tough love” by showing us the boundaries and restrictions in our world that cannot be changed (like time) but it forces us to take responsibility for ourselves so we can be happier and grow into healthier versions of ourself.

Outer planets:

Uranus is a higher octave of mercury and rules the mind but typically in a higher mind sort of way. Rather just focusing in your immediate life and surroundings only ..Uranus wants you to focus on massive change as an individual AND society to align with our best or some people say our highest selves. So it definitely focuses on higher levels of consciousness and freedom and individuality.

Neptune is the higher octave to Venus. Neptune is more spiritual and imaginative. You can see someone’s spiritual priorities here or their imaginations and fantasies. This is a very creative planet. However on the flip side we can see delusions as well.

Pluto is the higher octave of mars (I know it’s technically not considered a planet anymore 😭 but in astrology we consider it still because it’s very important) the effect of Pluto is transformation. We can see that through our actions and desire(mars) because desire is a prerequisite for change. Pluto can regenerate or rebuild something or be very destructive. In a chart this shows us in what areas of life we regenerate ourselves. We can find a disposition to spirituality and even violence here.

Extras:

Chiron is hard and painful. It’s our deepest wound in life( where we feel the most hurt or disempowered) this can carry feelings of shame, resentment, guilt, self sabotage, lack of belonging etc. it’s also where we can heal others the most and where we find the most wisdom within ourselves once we’ve felt and healed the pains of our Chiron. Once you start to acknowledge the pain of your Chiron placement it warrants a lot of emotional honesty and self reflection to heal it. So just be very patient with yourself to heal this.

North and south node or also called lunar nodes shows you the lessons your soul is here to learn in this life or what direction you are going ( north node) and what you’re already good at or where you came from (south node) it’s best to try to live a life balancing the two.

Ascendant or rising sign represents how you interact with the world and what others in a personal setting might perceive off of you right away .. it’s also how you perceive the world and the people around you.

According to Vedic Astrologers, Venus is the most benefic planet for Capricorn ACs because it rules their 5th house (romance / creativity) and 10th house (career / achievements). Wearing colors related to Venus like pink, white or off-white can enhance Venus energy or even bring some luck to these natives.

Ok, I’m a Capricorn ascendant and tbh I’m not a huge fan of pink. I prefer wearing darker or neutral colors. But one time, I tried wearing a PINK shirt and guuurl, I got a FREE ice cream lol (lucky coincidence???) coz the ice cream shop was giving away free ice creams to those who were wearing pink that day.

I also attract more people whenever I wear pink.

I’m still having a hard time liking pink though.

About ur Q:

I would have definitely gotten more specifically into it if i knew in which houses ur placements are in, but let me get to work: I somehow think Taurus x Leo is such a special (and pretty rare, atleast for me) combo. Ive always found taurus placements so comfortable to be around with, especially taurus suns. I always say theyre "comfortably chaotic." They know when to show their loud/ bubbly side, but also know when to be serious, its a perfect mix between every trait u could wish for in a person, they radiate duality just as gemini does in my opinion, and i feel almost the same way about taurus moons. Down to earth, VERY nurturing when it comes to people they genuinely care about, similar to cancer moons/venuses. I have nothing bad to say about those, nope, no its the opposite: i fw them 100% -

and now to the real deal: Leo rising

As mentioned, leo x taurus makes up for a.. kinda cool combo, but can definitely be also exhausting at times. Leo risings are the eyecatcher of the zodiac, atleast in my opinion. When they are there, u KNOW they are there, their energy never goes unnoticed. Theyre usually more on the extroverted side, thinking they could be alone with a stranger for 2 minutes and already making them their new bestie (love that for them tho) - But thats exactly where this duality ive spoken abt earlier could have "negative" effects. Maybe u feel like no one really knows you. Or better worded, people may KNOW u, but they dont really know u. If it came down to other people describing u in 5 sentences, most of em would be prolly very vague, even unaccurate, simply because ure a lot (not in a bad way) and could be difficult to figure out. Also it might be that u are prone to confusion. Is what u feel and what u are thinking in alignment with each other? What u want and what u need? U could maybe be one to experience a lot of "my heart says x but my mind says y" situations.

Also: Overthinking. U know them¿ 🙂

Overall u seem lika such an interesting person not gonna lie, and having dominant earth placements is always a good card to get! Would befriend, 9/10 <3

Just found out my fave athlete has Mars Atmakaraka. Of course, no doubt. Most athletes have prominent Mars or Sun in their chart (Saturn too I think).
