Wait ...

... people are actually worried that we're going to lose Bathena? I'm pretty sure that Angela and Peter signed the full same seven-season contract that every one else did, that ABC wouldn't want to lose the two headline actors in the acquisition, and that the other actors seem to too happy about the season for that to be the case.

Dear all,

Once again, as often happends, I have jumped on the bandwagon of a ship. A good ship, that has sailed to a country named Bathena nation. Oh, how I have become a sucker for these two. That can only mean one thing: when I have finally graduated graduate school (hopefully in a few months), mama needs some prompts to write (I will finally have my freedom back by then so yay writing! That means I'm in need of something, 9-1-1 fandom. I'm in need of prompts. Drop me all your prompts. My only requirement, they need to contain Bathena, or half of them. Make it as crazy as you'd like. To help you along the way, let me tell you some prompts I already have in mind: - Bobby has gotten so badly burned on the job that he needs to stay in the hospital's burn unit. Last time he was in a burn unit, his first wife died there. He pretty much feels like this is karma finally getting back at him, but the 118 family and his beloved Athena are helping him through. Angsty Bathena moments promised. - AU with Agents of SHIELD, in which LA gets hit by terrigen bombs and people are randomly transforming into inhumans. Out on a call, the 118 gets hit by one of these bombs. Bobby's transformation begins. - AU with American Horror Story, in which Athena discovers she has some interesting history with voodoo witches from Haiti... - Athena gets shot while on the job. It's bad. Bobby hears the news while at the fire house and he has a complete meltdown. - AU in which the Grant-Nash household learns they have interesting ties with a country that starts with the letter W...

It was 11:30 at night Buck had went out on a date that I went horribly wrong. The dude was rude and apparently just wanted Buck for his body.

Buck had gotten up to go to the bathroom and when he came back he was drinking his drink and a little while later he started to feel funny. He had confronted his date about possibly hurting him and he left him buck was so confused he didn't even know where he was at the moment so he decided to text Athena and hoped she wouldn't be too mad at him

Officer mom: hey it's me Buck crap I don't know why I said that you know who this is cuz you got my number

Officer mom: I know it's late but I have a little bit of a problem and I'm kind of embarrassed

Txt: What's wrong Buck?

Athena had been reading her book, propped up and comfortable. Bobby was asleep beside her. She found it strange that Buck would be texting her at this hour. He knew something had to be seriously wrong.

Txt: Are you hurt dear?

Petition for season 6 of 9-1-1 to include the following:

Maddie and Eddie inter actions. Because I cannot stress enough how much I need Eddie befriending the oldest Buckley and Chimney getting all butt hurt about it and saying something along the lines of "You already have one Buckley, why can't I have this one?" I would also like to state that had Shannon not died, her and Buck would have been besties.

Buck and May interaction. I would like to stress that I do not remember a SINGLE time where Buck and May have interacted. I need Buck being the older brother May deserves.

Athena and Bobby Being Buck's Real Parents. I feel like we don't get enough interactions of Athena being Buck's mom. We get plenty of concerned dad Bobby, but not enough mom Athena on the topic of Buck. Alternatively, I would love a scene where Buck calls one of them Mom or Dad; Possibly while high on pain meds or sleep drunk, but either way, this would be adorable.

Chris calling Buck Papa. This is self explanatory, but I absolutely NEED it. Christopher clearly sees Buck as his second dad, but I would love for Chris to call Buck Papa or something of the sort. Alternatively, or additionally, Eddie calling Chris their son.

Eddie calling Buck Evan more. Also self explanatory, but you cannot change my mind that Eddie says Evan every chance he gets just to see the effect it has on Buck.

Eddie and/or Bobby/Athena giving the Buckley parents a piece of their mind. Alternatively, Buck giving the Diaz parents a piece of his mind.

Speaking of the Diaz family, I NEED TO MEET EDDIE'S SISTERS!!!! I need Eddie sibling interactions.

I believe that is all, comment what else you want to be in season 6 (other than Buddie cannon, obvi)

Not ABC 🤡ing by ...

... bringing back the middle-aged and stagnated "See me!" couple (originally from the episode in which also featured Buck discovering what love is from an old gay couple named Thomas and Mitchell) who are, once again, not actually (despite appearances) on the same page about their relationship (directly juxtaposed by Buck's pseudo parents) immediately after Buck started dating a woman who he thinks 'sees him' (a notion to which Eddie, if only physically, vehemently rebuked) only to have him broken up with her in the interim of the network switch because she wanted to keep him in a morbid stagnation (which Eddie was happily welcomed to learn) and they had Eddie enlist Buck, not Marisol (who volunteered herself to help chaperone Christopher's date), when Christopher needed advice on girls which Buck ended up not being able to actually help with whilst their talk led to Eddie and Christopher reaching greater acceptance about Shannon's death all in their first episode and stealthily establishing that Maddie also speaks Spanish so she can have semi-private conversations with her would-be future brother-in-law and nephew in the future while not even mentioning Marisol in the second episode.

Next, they're having Tommy come back for a helicopter rescue, and, from a glimpse that we saw in the promo, Eddie might have flashbacks to his traumatic past in the army because of it and who's right next to him this time around? Buck. My Charles/Thomas/Mitchell-named characters being in pivotal Buddie/Dickl(e)y episodes theory has yet to be wrong and it looks like that will still hold up with ABC's third episode.

... Never mind the increase in teasing and grounding touches and the intriguing goads in interviews like we were never given so vociferously when the show was a FOX production.
