🚨How I Count Macros🚨 When counting macros, I stick to the serving sizes and use a digital scale. I have the scale set to grams. I could've placed the raw oats directly on the scale, but i wanted to show you how to use the scale for liquid ingredients. 1. First weigh the container 2. Weigh the food in the container 3. Subtract the weight of the container from the weight of the combined food and container 💥This will give you the total grams of the food only.
