Okay so, I went ahead and bought an iPad to try digital art for the first time, and my first attempt was shit. I went too far outside my comfort zone and fucked it up BUT!!! I am happy to report I've finished my first official piece! Not sure if any of you have seen those racing au wolfstar/jegulus TikTok’s, but I was inspired to give it a go and did Remus as a street racer (I was only thinking about Ronan lynch the entire time)

one thing that makes me sad is that wizards live a long life - longer than muggles - but james potter’s parents are dead before harry is born because of dragon pox. even sirius’ parents and hope lupin died so early in life compared to wizards who lived to be over 100 years old. i wish we had seen more of them, that’s all. even with walburga / orion it would be interesting to me if sirius had a last talk with them. if we saw more of the people who traumatized and ostracized him, if they would carry any guilt. or remus with lyall in the order or something. i honestly didn’t even remember his dad was, in fact, alive in his adult life.

and why not make most of them alive and super old like dumbledore? imagine if harry had fleamont and euphemia at least and if sirius got to live with them after azkaban? if remus was close enough with his father for him to appear here and there? just me thinking….
