hello it's been a while, I haven't had much time to read

firstly, Remus can't read :'( but he's supposed to be booky and astute wdym he's not letting himself get help, it's been making me actually so sad

secondly, we love a marauders name origin moment

thirdly, I'd love to reiterate how much I'm liking the writing. idk why it's catching me off guard but I'm really enjoying it. like I just reached the point where Remus is acknowledging that Sirius has been keeping an eye on him and I was able to pick up on that a tad bit sooner, bc the writing made it just noticeable enough before he pointed it out. I love it here, this is great

first thought! (I feel like this goes without saying, there's gonna be spoilers in these)

I haven't finished ch.1 but I already like how the pov is written and I feel it needs to be said. sometimes I find that when ppl write pov's they don't lean into the characters perspective quite enough. like I enjoy so much the little embellishments that show you yeah, you are seeing the world thru this character's eyes.

Remus says "course I bloody don't" and then says he doesn't "get in trouble for swearing"

I don't think I'd classify "bloody" as a swear

he's 11, of course that's a word he'd normally get in trouble for using, i.e. a swear
