Anyone AU where Inko was secretly stealing assets and goods from his husband in case of… stuff. This proves wise thought after Hisashi vanished from earth.

You know, usually, I would sight and explain to you that I don't like this kind of prompt because Izuku creating Anyone is strictly because he didn't have money after his father disappeared. Inko needed to take a work that left Izuku alone so he could have the space and the incentive to become a villain. However, I, for once, have an idea.

1 - Inko watched her husband becoming more and more distant and lying to her about his business trips and she saw the writing on the wall: he was seeing someone and was about to abandon Izuku and her and leave them destitute. So she sto- claimed! Yes, we're going to say that. She claimed some assets from him! About 90% of him. AFO was in the middle of trying to find out who was stealing all of his assets when All Might sneaked up on him. He kept himself busy in Tartarus trying to find out who dared to steal the money meant for his adorable son and his beautiful wife... and for his criminal empire. Seriously, that was a lot of money.

2 - Izuku doesn't get bullied because he is filthy rich but he still faces some discrimination because he is still quirkless and people don't like his attitude. He goes to great school, meets Aoyama there, and he probably meets Shouto at a hero gala (Shouto was trying to avoid his father and Izuku was busy stuffing his mouth full of shrimps). Alas, Aoyama mentions to Izuku that a terrifying man gave him a quirk and how he had nightmares about him for years and fears that man coming back.

3 - All that Izuku hears is that somewhere, there is a man who can give him a quirk. (The only thing his money cannot buy!) Izuku wants a quirk. Izuku breaks into Tartarus to get a quirk. Now, most people would try to convince the multiquirked fiend to make a deal but Izuku, either because he recognizes this man as his dad on a subconscious level or because he just has no sense, believes in the simple concept of quirk pinata. He gets twelve quirks out of a very confuses and very insulted AFO this way.

4 - Now, of course, this leads to AFO escaping Tartarus and All Might being very interested in the green menace that somehow broke in then broke out the most secure prison in Japan. Now, Izuku is found quickly in this AU, but since he has the Hell Lawyer on his payroll, he doesn't get in trouble because he just revealed that the HPSC had lied to All Might about AFO's demise. Izuku's heroic endeavor in exposing the corruption of society should be rewarded, not punished.

5 - Since Izuku has just broken into Tartarus and beat some quirks out of AFO and got away with it alive, All Might and Nedzu are tripping each other to get the kid as a successor. They reach a compromise by making Izuku enroll into UA. Izuku is overjoyed to be studying in All Might's alma matter with his good friend Shouto (who is begging him to calm down) and Yuuga (who is crying because he thought his chaotic friend wouldn't follow him to his high school).

+ 1 - All Might moves in with Inko and Izuku because he needs to protect them from AFO.

+ 2 - Aoyama is back at being AFO's mole.

I wanna see your head canons on what their fins would look like! (I can imagine everytime they feel happy and warm their tail glows)

Authors note: These are my personal headcannons for the mermaid AU. I might change them in latter stories but I feel pretty comfy with where they are right now. They where all just sorta ideas I have floating around but I hope you like them! Also I actually had the idea of their eyes glowing when they get happy but decided not to add it, so your not that far off with the tail ♡

Shoji has eight silver colored tentacles with a dark blue under belly. His suction cups are a slightly lighter blue and his beak is the same color as the top. I can imagine him being a bit self conscious about it and usually keeping it covered up by the tentacles, kinda like his mask in the anime.

Koda has motly white tail with red details. His tail actually resembles a seahorse but much bigger to support all of his weight above water

Sato's tail is a a soft brown color with black and white stripes. I imagine his tail with a sorta puffy feel to, not supper puffy though, kinda like puffy stickers. It resembles a sort of clownfish look with brown instead of orange.

Ida has a dark blue tail with one of his bottom fins being made out of metal parts, think like toothless from HTTYD. I imagine he would have made it either himself or with Momo's help.

Sero has a long black tail with white puffy streak all around it. The streaks look a lot like tape, to match his original universes quirk.

Shoto has a half red half white tail that colors switch places with his hair. I imagine that he might have a few darker spots on his tail from his past.

Momo has a red tail with beutifull yellow fins at the bottom. It's a pretty basic mermaid tail but it has a little of a rough texture than the original sleek mermaid scales.

Bakugo has a ash blonde tail with large swirls of orange and black. His tail kinda resembles a catfish in all ways except color.

Kirishima has a red tail with specks of black that resembles a shark. I would imagine that Kirishima would sorta be the protection of the pack so his tail would have scars and possibly a healed bite mark out of one of the fins.

Ojiro has a thick skin colored tail with a small tuff of fins at the end. It kinda looks like his tail from the original universe but is more smooth.

Aoyama has a shiny white and yellow tail that has a sort of sequins look to it. He has the ability to change the colors to fit in with the environment but he says that these colors make him ✨️sparkle✨️ more.

Denki had a bright electric yellow tail with little black marking that happen to look like lightning bolts. His tail takes resemblance to a electric eel.

Izuku's tail is a beutifull emerald green with freckles of red and white. The fins are a bit longer than the average mer-man, it is a pretty yellow and looks slightly tattered and torn (Probably from how reckless he is).

Mina, as stated before, has a glimmering pink and yellow tail. Her tail is very strong and has some visible muscles, but not a ton.

Tokoyami had a dark black tail with a white under belly, like a orca.

Uraraka has a pretty white tail with large splotches of pink and brown, it kinda looks like boba.

Jiro had a shorter but strong looking purple tail with flowy fins that resemble earphone jacks hanging from her side.

Hagakure has a long almost clear tail that resembled that of a jelly fish.

Tsu has a beutifull green tail with black swirly stripes all along it. It resembles that of a tadpole. Her type of mermaid is supposed to grow legs but hers somehow stayed like a tadpoles.

AU where all quirks come with secondary animal mutations of some kind, varying from altered dentistry and tails to kids just straight-up becoming animals when their quirk comes in.

I can't do all secondary animal mutations when there are also things like Earphone Jack or Engine that have mechanical mutations, but there are a lot of them.

Additionally, by the nature of these asks, there is going to be some overlap with ChimerOFA.

So when everyone has secondary mutations, it's pretty obvious at a glance when someone is Quirkless, which Midoriya is not enjoying. Though, on the bright side, the wider diversity in physical appearances makes it much harder for groups likes the Creature Rejection Clan to function.

The fact that All Might lacks any kind of mutations is considered to be extremely notable, and he always brushes it aside in interviews with a "quirks sure are weird aren't they" or something to that effect.

After receiving One For All from All Might, Midoriya rushed home to take a quick shower and pack his bag for the exam. Unfortunately, he reached singularity while in the shower, and the sudden mutations hit him like a train. As a result, he was unable to take the normal entrance exam and had to take a make-up exam a few days later. (UA has these for people who for whatever reason cannot make the normal exam, like from illness, accident, Villain attack, etc.)

It is basically impossible to hide how weird Midoriya's Quirk is on account of the multiple mutations, not to mention that he'll eventually unlock a few Transformation Quirks as well. And he still has Super Strength, too!

The only members of 1-A who have Emitter Quirks are Aoyama, Yaoyorozu, and Koda.

An AU where Shinsou gets disqualified during the SF for using his quirk between rounds?

Shinso learns the hard way he didn't pay enough attention to the rules when he is disqualified since, unsurprisingly, UA frowns on using your Quirk on classmates before the competition actually starts. Aoyama and Ojiro are able to still move on.

Instead of it being Shinso versus Izuku it's Izuku versus Aoyama. Izuku wins the match, and following rounds go like they do to canon. He's a bit baffled though why in the aftermath of his fight with Aoyama he thought he had a vision of eight people...

As a result of not making it to the finals, and being disqualified at that, Shinso doesn't catch Aizawa's attention. If anything, all he's done is soured the opinions of a lot of the students with nothing to show for it.

Shinso has no clue how to move forward with his hopes to get into the hero course since he didn't do as well as needed and at that, feels humiliated that after everything he got nothing. His only real hope is that he can try again the following year.

Instead of the Second Year Sports Festival, he's given a seeming second chance when a man who works for the HPSC reaches out to him from a special program...

Au where Yuga's remembrance of how he got his quirk weren't accurate. In reality his parents had let AFO into their relationship to spice things up (they were his former minions who are still in good standing with him) and when Yuga had turned out to be quirkless AFO had offered to give Yuga a quirk to which they accepted. AFO accidently scared the young child when giving him a quirk. The random man he killed wasn't to threaten his parents it was because one of his minions had tried stepping out of line by kidnapping Yuga, and AFO didn't want any harm to come to his lovers child so he killed him not realizing the kid was watching which is why his parents were upset.

Yes AFO is still hooking up regularly with Yuga's parents, and AFO had politely asked them if their son could spy on UA in exchange for some rather 😳 stuff he'll do for them. So they agreed and Yuga thinks his parents are being blackmailed while his parents are rather happy with their third partner and AFO see's Yuga as his son in a way as he spends lots of time with the Aoyama's and he's someone he'll spare when he finally gets in control of things. Though you would think after all this time the kid would learn not to be afraid of him. Makes the traitor revelation more awkward when his parents tell him that's not how it happened.

You would NOT expect Yuga to "learn not to be afraid of AfO after all this time"; one of the few things scarier than AfO being evil at you is AfO treating you like a family member.

Québécois bakugou is kind of a bunch of headcanons and au thoughts stacked onto each other, lot of it from when those little winter bkdk plushies came out

I sent them to my friend and she said with how blurry the picture was, they reminded her a lot of métis sashes, and the conversation spiraled from there into talking about michif (métis language) and then about other languages/dialects and then about bakugou being french canadian, him with an accent, him speaking in joual and stuff, and then how if he did speak québec french, what that shit would sound to france french!aoyama, or what would happen if they were both québécois

Outside of that, I was thinking about bakugou having relatives that live in québec, him spending time there and picking up the language, or how mitsuki and masaru travel for work and what he would pick up from that. I’ve seen headcanons about bakugou speaking multiple languages, based on official content where he’s spoken phrases/place names that are spanish, french, etc. I think it goes hand in hand with how smart he is.

Also québecois swears are very fun, I think he’d really enjoy them

Deku was never sure what it was that drew him to you. 

He could ramble on about you for days.  Flowing like a raging river with no sign of stopping. On and on about your favorite things, habits of yours not even you had picked up on, how your hairstyle suits you, your flaws and your perfections, and so much more. His ramblings would never end.

But if you were to ask him why he felt connected to you?

He stops. 

Like something had blocked the flow in the river. Was it a giant rock? A dam? Had the water dried up? What stopped the boy who never stopped talking from talking?

Perhaps that was just the effect you had on him.

That's how crushes worked, right? They left you breathless? Unable to explain the feeling that burned in your chest? Left you at the mercy of the special person who had stolen your heart?

But a crush was elevating. Left you floating high in the sky, away from the harsh reality as you paraded around in your own little heaven where life could do no wrong. 

And Deku felt that, don't get him wrong. You gave him a different kind of high that left him stumbling and unable to think clearly. 

It was just that the burning sensation wasn't alone. The welcomed feeling of love was joined by something stronger. Something that didn't elevate Deku, but instead grounded him. A strong tug, forceful and demanding. Almost like a mini Bakugou had invaded his mind, yelling "TALK TO YOUR CRUSH. TALK TO THEM!" everytime you come near. 

Just like the real Bakugou, this voice was the center of his frustrations. 

He crouched down, stretching his legs. They were currently fighting against class 1-B in one of the natural disaster training grounds. The mission was simple: you had to steal the other team's flag and make it back to base with it.

He and the rest of his class had come up with a formation to ensure they would win.

Ashido, Sato, Jiro, Koda, Yaoyorozu, Kirishima, and Todoroki would stay behind to protect the flag.

Iida, Denki, Bakugou, Hagakure, Shoji, and you would go on to try to steal Class 1-B's flag.

Asui, Uraraka, Oijiro, Aoyama, Sero, Mineta and himself would hide in areas by both bases. Their job was to either help their classmate get to base if they were successful in capturing the flag, or stop a class 1-B member if they tried running off with theirs.

He stood hidden between two buildings, stretching his legs and arms. While he should've been thinking about how much of his power he should use, his thoughts got redirected to you. You were strong, Deku knew this, yet he couldn't help but feel uneasy about you going off for the flag.

When Momo had first proposed the formation, he had been hoping to be put in the same group as you, but she had other plans.

"I'm not sure if you've noticed, but you, Bakugou, and Todoroki have become the top 3 in the class. You're leaders. Each group needs a leader."

Momo said Deku could switch places with Bakugou, but he knew that wasn't going to happen. There was no way he'd comply with being back up.

And you switching groups wasn't an option either. You looked so excited about the position you were given. Deku couldn't take that from you.

Logically, he knew he was overreacting. This wasn't a war, it was training. They weren't fighting power hungry villains, they were fighting class 1-B in a safe and controlled environment. Nothing bad would happen.

You would be fine.

You would be fine.

You would be—

"I GOT IT!" 

Your voice-

BOOM– "START RUNNING, DUMBASS!"

Deku glanced over to see you and your team making a run for it. You used your quirk to get by as fast as you could, members of class 1-B following close behind.

Deku crouched, making eye contact with his team. He leapt forward, his teammates following suite.

While class 1-A had the advantage of having real experience with villains, class 1-B had improved their quirks significantly.

Deku found it difficult trying to keep up with their quick moments. The fact that he kept looking over to see where you were didn't help. 

He couldn't stop himself, he needed to know if you were ok.

From the corner of his eye, he saw Shiozaki launching Shoda. He was heading straight for you. 

(Author's note: if you don't remember who these people are: Shiozaki is the girl with vine hair, and Shoda is the guy with the Twin Impact quirk!)

He hit your side and yelled the one word Deku was afraid of hearing: 

"FIRE!"

An invisible force sent you flying into a wall, class 1-B's flag slipping through your fingers.

It was like time froze.

Deku couldn't see anything or anyone other than you—

And the man who hurt you.

Anger burned in his veins, everything within him screaming to do something.

That intense tug returned and it pulled him towards you. 

Always you.

Using 25% of his power, he ran after Shoda.

His black whip wrapped around Shoda's waist, and using the same force he used on you, he threw him.

"Ugh, my side…" You muttered. Though your voice was quiet, Deku heard it. It stuck out from the chaos around him and he found himself making his way to you. 

You held onto some rubble and wiped your bloody nose.

"Are you ok?" He grabbed your arm and put it around his shoulders. He thought about wrapping his free arm around your waist, but embarrassment held him back. 

"Yeah, it's just my back."

"It's not bad, is it—?"

"DEKU!" 

Deku jumped and you groaned in annoyance.

Bakugou stomped his way over to you, "The hell are you doing?! You didn't grab the flag butterfingers over here dropped! Now we have to go steal it all over again!"

Deku opened his mouth to ask him what he was talking about, before remembering the situation they were in. He had completely forgotten about the flags.

Guilt swarmed his stomach, he let his team down. What was he doing? 

"Get your head back in the game before I pummel your ass!"

"That's what she said—"

"SHUT IT, DUNCE FACE!"

Class 1-B won the flag game unfortunately. Everyone blamed Deku for their loss. He didn't blame them. 

This time it may have been a harmless game, but in battle he couldn't let himself get distracted so easily. He felt embarrassed for messing up.

All because he was worried about you.

You…

He sighed as he finished brushing his teeth. His classmates were all currently yelling at Mineta because he said something inappropriate again, not that Deku was paying much attention.

He was exhausted and his muscles ached. The only thing he was focused on was making it to his bed, though he failed that goal because the second he closed his bedroom door behind him, he collapsed on the floor and fell asleep.

Dark.

He felt warm and comfortable. Floors have never felt so good before and as he drifts off to sleep he wonders why he even has a bed...

...

Cold.

Deku looked around to see the familiar ghosts of the past. The past users of OFA.

Their faces were blurry and unclear. They all stood quietly, watching Deku carefully.

And in the center of it all was you.

You stood in the center, eyes trained on him.

"You may not be alone…one more is connected to you."

The holder's voices sounded muffled, but their words were clear.

You had some sort of connection to OFA.

How so, Deku wasn't sure,

But this was the tug that pulled him to you.

This was the connection you two shared.

And from that moment, he knew he had to get closer to you.

He needed to find out your connection to OFA.

prequel where Inko and Toshinori first fall in love and learn to cope with the conspiracy

prequel of fluffy side stories about how Izuku grew up in this au

true sequel where Izuku is asked to be in a relationship and he has to tell his partner about the conspiracy. Both versions would be split pov where Izuku struggles with the guilt of inflicting bullshit onto someone he cares about and not being able to do much to stop it, and the partner would either be Uraraka or Aoyama. I have ideas for both but not enough to pick (and no i'm not going to solve this with poly)

The one with Uraraka would be about misogyny, both in general and from the conspiracy. Specifically I'd want to focus on the unique brand of misogyny that comes from other women and how it's often justified as moral in 'progressive' fandom spaces. Uraraka would struggle with the balance of legitimate criticism worth taking into account, and hateful nonsense that can be dismissed, ultimately questioning her own motivations. She's not a beard, but what if she is playing into stereotypes about girls who only go for the strongest quirks? She liked Izuku before knowing his family was wealthy, but she did want to become a hero for the money. Things like that. There's also the conflict of wanting to tough it out for love like Inko did, as well as not wanting to destroy the person she loves by breaking up over something neither of them can control that he already feels immensely guilty about, but is it really a relationship if she feels obligated to stay out of spite?

The Aoyama one would open with a kind of naive optimism that the conspiracy won't affect him as much since he's a gay boy and most of the fandom's hatred is focused on 'straight' women. But there are still people who think he's an industry plant meant to queerbait the original Dekugaters into giving up, people who think he's not the right gay boy to be with Izuku and try to drag him into shipping wars, and even the people who 'support' him only do so as long as he fits into the fetishistic fantasies they project on to him. Few people care about his own abilities or accomplishments as a hero, they only want fluffy wholesome anecdotes about him and his boyfriend. That sort of dismissal gets thrown at Izuku as well, and he takes it a lot harder, to the point that Aoyama worries that his involvement is making things actively worse for him, and that Izuku is only staying to make him happy. Not to mention how [redacted] might be affected and in turn affect everything.

What about an au where Midoriya is in the Harry Potter universe

- two hundred years has passed since the defeat of Voldemort and the age of Harry Potter, and the wizarding world was in relative peace.

- or at least thats what everyone thought...

- there was a prophecy that another dark wizard would one day rise to power, who hungered for knowledge and power and discover how to rob others of their magic.

- there was no time the prophecy predicted this individual would be born, but did state that eight mighty wizards would fail to defeat this individual but the ninth would succeed.

- each of these nine wizards would be proficient in light/purifying magic.

- to prevent panic this prophecy was sealed and the public was never made aware, only a select few knew of it's existence.

- meanwhile Inko Midoriya a half-blood decided to live a simple life in the muggle world with her son Izuku.

- it wasn't that she didn't love magic, she just wasn't particularly good at it. The only spells she could do with any skill were levitation and minor charms.

- but it was enough to impress her son.

- her husband when he was around didn't find her abilities too surprising, even though he claimed to be a muggle and had no knowledge of the wizarding world.

- but he had always been a rather stoic man.

- but he wasn't around anymore...

- Izuku had more magic than her but had trouble channeling it.

- it wasn't until ten months before his eleventh birthday that began to understand it and the wizarding world all thanks to an older wizard named Toshinori Yagi who had taken an interest in the boy and helped him.

- Izuku recieves his Hogwarts letter and is excited to finally get to go!

- Inko had been in Hufflepuff and Yagi in Gryffindor, but Izuku doesn't care which house he gets accepted into as long as he can one day do great things!

what i think each MHA 1A student would do in a quirkless society

midoriya: nurse. oh my god i saw a fanart of nurse deku forever ago and it was fine asf. but anyways. i think he would still have the desire to help people and save them, but not wanna go running head first into buildings. so, he decides to use his head and hands instead. i could also see emt since it’s still a little dangerous for his adrenaline junkie ass without almost burning alive.

bakugo: i can’t explain why but quirkless AU bakugo to me is always a firefighter 🤷. i think he is a junkie when it comes to danger and saving people is just engrained in him so, even without a quirk, he would still wanna do something whether military or police service.

todoroki: i’m gonna say family business. but he runs it the exact opposite of his old man just to piss him off.

kirishima: public service of some kind. i’m stuck between police officer or a firefighter cuz i could see both. on one hand, i could see him running head fire into fires with bakugo being each others partners and saving each other left and right since he’s the only one that can put up with him. but i can also see him as the police officer of an area. like the one that everyone loves and treats with respect. so much so that even the gangsters and drug dealers are like “hey sir, how’s your day been” because kiri wasn’t disrespect even when arresting them.

denki: i'm gonna say electronical engineer. he might act stupid but he managed to pass the UA written exam just like the other members of UA so clearly there is a brain up there. Having said that, electronics were something he always thought were cool and he started messing around with them as a kid and it stuck.

sero: i feel like he would LEGALLY sell marijuana. like he would have a license to and would sell edible snacks as well as marijuana straight. he just gives me hippie-ish "the world is less shitty when your high" vibes so he sells good quality weed so people get blissed.

iida: i think his family business would be something tech based instead of heroing. i still think they would make bank from it tho. and the family business would make him feel obligated to follow it.

aoyama: model. enough said.

uraraka: probably join the family construction company “temporarily” but then always come up with an excuse to why she needs to stay. “well, __ is gonna be on a 1 week vacation so, i’ll put in my notice after they’re back” “well, now it’s close to *insert holiday* so i better stay and help get the projects done faster” and on and on.

momo: design. whether fashion, interior design, architecture. something with design tho. she likes being able to create things from scratch. enjoys watching what she can turn things into.

jirou: musician. specifically vocalist and guitarist for a indie rock / alternative rock band.

ojiro: i feel like he would totally have a therapy office where you talk about your feelings while doing yoga 😂. his reason is it helps align your body and your mind.

tsu: i feel like she would be one of those people that study plants and creatures in their native habitats. but she would exclusively work with ponds, rivers and streams and has a deep love and interest/fascination with frogs.

mina: model. i think she would start as a model for a fitness brand and would gradually move over to being a diverse model as her career grows.

hagakure: kindergarden teacher for some reason. i can't explain why. it just seems right in my brain.

satou: baker. like come on.

tokoyami: musician. specifically guitarist for a rock / metal band. it just… fits.

koda: something to do with animals. whether that’s working at a zoo or traveling the world studying animals.

shouji: cop. he's really good at spacial awareness and protecting his partners. plus he has really fast reflexes.

Overlord Gentry! Will you bless us with an AU where UA does better at providing a safe and secure environment for their students? Especially Izuku? Please and thank you <3

1 - The first two week of school in the hero school is pure quirk training. The teachers evaluate the kids' quirks, sees if they can be hurt by it, and seeks solution. No continuous bone-breaking for Izuku. Aoyama's support item gets an upgrade. Actually, the support department is way more involved into this whole process to help the students with the drawbacks of their quirks.

2 - The first time Bakugou attacks Izuku, during the QAT, he is given detention and Aizawa explains how this is not acceptable behavior. When his animosity towards Izuku continues, Katsuki is forced to take anger management class or he will get expelled.

3 - *BANGS PANS AND POTS* Psychological help and counseling! Mandatory in case of any traumatizing events! Tenya is not allowed to go to Hosu after Tensei was mailed and he gets some help! Even if he refuses it, he has access to it. Same thing for all the kids after the USJ!

4 - Any heroes who take a student on their internship must sign a contract where a clause says that they must keep the student's best interests at heart. It means that there are consequences to Uwabami getting Kendo and Momo just because they're cute and having them in her publicity spot without paying them. Nighteye was also in breach of his contract when he hired Izuku just to make him give up OFA.

5 - THERE IS NO TRAINING CAMP OUTSIDE OF UA. They have been attacked by villains once before! Midoriya was directly targetted twice! So they take all of their kids and the quirk training happened at UA, thank you very much. They can even sleep over there.

+ 1 - Smarter people than me have explained everything wrong with the final exams so I am not going to ramble about it but just... UA not doing whatever the hell happened there.

hi! if you're still taking asks about your aus: for the villains quarter au, do you have an izuku and katsuki reunion in mind? if so, how would it go? and how did katsuki feel after izuku disappeared?

I do not stop taking asks ab my AUs, do not worry. Its the main feature of this blog and also brings me great joy! Sometimes I drop off the face of the earth for like a week but this is just who i am as a person.

I have a few ideas for the way a reunion could go! Ill expand on my favourite, but the options are:

Izuku becomes Aizawa's ward and joins UA's gen ed class where he runs into Bakugo (closer to a canon rewrite, izuku doesn't become a hero).

Izuku becomes Kurogiri's official ward, they open a restaurant within the actual city which is shockingly not a money laundering scheme that is frequented by UA students - Bakugo gets dragged there and runs into Izuku (if this au was a slice of life manga).

And, my favourite: things go roughly like canon, though Aizawa is even more overworked bc he's taking more night shifts and he recognises Shigaraki and Kurogiri at the USJ where he feels betrayed on both his and Izuku's behalf. Like, you have a kid at home!! Don't be a villain jesus christ! They go on ab how they are making the world better - for him and for everyone. No one gets too badly injured here bc they aren't going for the kill because Eraserhead is cool and only terrible people kill children (and also if they were terrible people Izuku would be sad and might not serve them food which would be worse than death.)

Oh as an aside, poor Aoyama. All for One didn't actually threaten his parents, it was more like a "I'll pay you, I know your son wants to be a hero so he'll be applying for UA" but they both interpreted that as a threat and also want money, so Aoyama is under the impression his family will be slaughtered if he doesn't act as the traitor. Poor boy.

Anyway! Shigaraki still has Bakugo (and Todoroki, in this AU) kidnapped and brought to the bar. Todoroki was a request of Dabi's bc their old man sucked ass and he wanted to give his little bro the option to just get the hell out of there. Bakugo was both an attempt to recruit someone from Shigaraki, but also he found out he was from the same middle school as Izuku - a middle school full of bullies and abusive teachers. He's honestly kinda concerned for Bakugo's mental health actually.

And then he sees Izuku bringing out dinner for the villains and the poor kids they picked up.

"Deku?"

Bakugo's voice was - uneven. Tomura had snatched him out of UA's hands and the only emotion he'd gotten from the boy was rage, but this? It was unsettling. As was the crash that followed it. He turned around, coming face to face with Izuku, paler than he'd ever seen, broken bowls and spilt food at his feet. Tomura scrambled to his feet to help, just behind Kurogiri who had pulled a handkerchief from his pocket, probably to wipe what had to be blisteringly hot broth from his clothes.

"Kacchan?"

Their Izuku was a cry baby - they'd discovered after that heart wrenching week of empty desolation he'd shown when Tomura had first found him. He cried when he was happy, when he was sad, sometimes even when he was excited. Tomura had expected the happy tears of seeing an old friend, or the angry tears that popped up when Tomura did something he though was stupid, but -

Izuku's eyes were dry.

He took a step back, and then another, slipping onto the ground. Still, he crawled backwards, horrified eyes on the boy they'd taken.

"Deku? Deku! You were fucking dead - we - my mum and dad fucking cried for you you piece of shit, and for what? So you could run off and be a fucking villain? What the fuck is wrong with you! You should have jumped off that fucking roof when I told you to you pathetic -"

A little blue marble clattered to the floor where Bakugo had sat, shutting up the tirade before it could continue. Still. Still.

Izuku was already gone.

AU where AFO attempts to makeToga Himiko his successor/new body.

The Togas brought her to doctor after doctor looking for a way to ""fix"" her. One of those doctors happened to be Garaki in disguise, because of fucking course it was. Seeing how her Quirk could theoretically allow her to use Quirks, and the similarities with All For One, Garaki took an interest. From there it was child's play for him to acquire the very young child from them.

As shown in flashbacks, the Togas were fucking garbage from day one, so grooming Himiko to hate society wasn't exactly the most difficult thing in the world.

A train derailed in either an accident or a Villain attack or something like that. What matters is that Uraraka ran in and used her Quirk to save lives. All Might was impressed by her actions considering that she's, you know, a broke and malnourished child. OFA Get!

Where Decay is well-suited to direct assaults, Transform is more useful as a means of infiltration. So when AFO and Himiko hear about All Might being at UA, she also enrolls to infiltrate the school, spy, sabotage, recon, etc. While 'actively' doing Villainy with the League, she uses her true form, while at UA, she uses her Quirk as a disguise. As such, Aoyama isn't present.

Okay yeah sure she was groomed for all of this but the cute round girl with the super strength and clear ties to All Might keeps reaching out to her and it's starting to get to her. It doesn't help that Uraraka is also her classmate and keeps trying to do class friend things

Omegaverse where like Bowerbirds Alphas build homes to attract mates. Like it’s this huge thing to make the PERFECT home for your mate to live in and it’s supposed to be a reflection of both you and your mate. It can be an apartment but you’ve gotta like redecorate and clean and everything. Even then, an apartment is a 'starter' home. Alphas gotta build a house still- or at least design and make sure it's good. (Sometimes they stay in the apartment but usually no.)

So like it’s a HUGE deal when someone is seen buying paint if they’re known to be an alpha courting an Omega. Or if they're looking at furniture. It means they're taking the next step.

When an Alpha builds the home, they show it to the Omega and then give them keys. The Alpha leaves for the next 24 hours. If by the time they come back, the Omega has built a nest in the 'bower' then it's accepted. If the keys are left, it's rejected.

An Alpha can ask why. It's supposed to be done in private, but the news gets around about why. If an Omega says: you don't know me at all, then it's a shock to everyone since... why build a bower?! If an Omega wasn't actually that into the Alpha... well shit that's both sad and embarrassing.

Wait, thought: Apartments tend to be occupied more by Betas. Not because of a hierarchy crap, it's because Betas here tend to prefer to 'cluster' together like a flock. Alphas are much more solitary then not. Omegas are also more 'pack' then not, but they're very happy with being a little distant to.

This AU would totally have Pintrest be like an alpha thing where they get all their ideas. Usually, Omegas are supposed to not have a say in how the whole thing is done (they can make changes later but this is supposed to be the utmost expression of love, that you know them this well you can create this without them) but in more modern times, sometimes an alpha drops a link to the Omega. If the Omega quietly deletes the board, it's a 'no' and the dating/courting ends. If they say: to fast, Alpha slows down. If they maybe take away a few things they don't like, the Alpha tries harder.

If the Omega tracks down their alpha to make out... it is a yes.

The entire thing is partly subconcious as often an Alpha will start building/looking at things without being aware they want to take the next step.

-EraserMightMic with All Might as an older Omega who while he's kinda dating the two, doesn't know how serious they are until they send him a link. Hes very flushed.

-Inko and Hisashi are a beta couple and Inko loves her Omega son. Only the best blankets for his nest.

-Bakugou is a Beta and while he's a little relieved since he doesn't like the idea of being driven to build a nest or anything, he hates not being seen as a strong solitary person. (His mom is an alpha and dad an omega)

-Uraraka is an Alpha and her family isn't really poor as construction makes bank in this AU.

-Todoroki is an Alpha but Endeavour is a beta. He's both please and annoyed at this.

-Rody is an Alpha, as is Iida. I'm thinking Aoyama is one to solely cause the sparkly makes me think of a bird trying to sway someone. Dabi is an Alpha to. So is Yaoyorozu and Shinsou. They may or may not all have pintrest boards and are constantly updating what they think is perfect for themselves. (Dabi did but stopped after everything).

-In the Batman, Tim Drake is the lone Omega in the Batfam cause I like that trope. This makes anyone wanting to court him nervous cause 'expensive tastes!' which ha, no. He likes simple stuff.

-I generally think an Omega Tim Drake is treated wildly different by Damian in any AU. I imagine little Damian deciding to protect his omega brother fiercely.

AU where Bakugou isn’t invited into the OfA secret. He finds out about All Might’s secret quirk the same time 1-A does, Izuku’s letter.

Oh yeah see that's just the version that exists in my head so might be hard to think of hc for but I'll try

1- the meetings get more dadmighty. The favoritism is obvious and so is the attempt at secrecy. It drives Bakugou slightly crazy because he KNOWS Izuku isn't All Might's kid, but it's got to be something! His best guess is that Izuku had a latent strength quirk and All Might somehow recognized this during the sludge incident, because his is similar. Then he stayed in contact because the nerd was so helpless to figure out his own quirk, and the favoritism is just the result of knowing him longer. For a while he wonders that if Izuku wasn't there, that Bakugou might have had that attention, but that thought kinda fades

2- without Bakugou to yell and chase them off, some students like Kirishima and Ojiro straight up do not notice the favoritism. Like yeah that's just All Might man, don't know what to tell you. By contrast, Kaminari does notice more and is convinced that Izuku is some attempt at cloning All Might. He thinks after Black Whip that Izuku is some science project All Might freed and is protecting. He tells only Jiro this, and she does know what's going on but just tells him he's wrong. Some start looking nervously at the Nomu, but trust Izuku and All Might enough to not question it, and Todoroki loudly talking about his two quirks is enough to quiet those fears for everyone but Aoyama.

3- without Bakugou there making certain comments about the past users, All Might is a little more willing to pose possible theories to Izuku with less evidence than canon, though with plenty of caveats. This includes his confusion about the Fourth user: he died of old age too young, but All Might just doesn't know if it's because he was hit with an unrelated quirk, or if it was an effect of OfA for anyone with a quirk, or if it was a specific genetic problem in Fourth that only some people would have but would be hard to predict. They don't know, and they can't know! The information just doesn't exist. Izuku does not criticize this lack of information, but says they'll have to error towards caution: he'll be the last user. This leads All Might to treasure their meetings and the records he can find even more.

4- when All Might and Izuku ask Uraraka to train more with zero g, they do discuss telling her more. In the end, don't mention OfA, but they do say that they've been doing a lot of research on the weird happenings with his quirk and suspect his next evolution might involve that. She mentally swears to never tell Kaminari his conspiracy theory she overheard might be true, and helps them out.

5- when Izuku leaves them all the notes, it hurts a bit to suddenly know and also know they weren't trusted, but Uraraka points out how terrifying Kamino was, and All Might at least did have the duty to prevent his students from potentially becoming more targets for what they know. Bakugou disagrees- it was Izuku's secrecy, not All Might's. And Izuku's secrecy is in part because he couldn't trust his first friend, so why these new ones he hasn't known as long? Bakugou includes that in his apology during the class rescue mission.

BNHA!Pokemon but this time it's Mystery Dungeon! So they're actual Pokemon instead of just trainers with Pokemon.

It actually works really well because like. Heroes = Explorers. Hero Agencies = Guilds. So on and so forth. UA is basically a training Guild for new Explorers to learn the ropes.

So like. We're kinda rolling with the fact that the Mystery Dungeon games happen post-Human Apocalypse? (possibly using the events of Detective Pikachu as how that happened?)

Which leads to having AfO being a very old and VERY pissed off Mewtwo.

Part of what he was doing was kind of a cycle of bullshit that involved trying to recreate himself/recreate the original Mew. Which resulted in Izuku being made.

Izuku is unaware of this, as he escaped pretty soon after waking up(probs teleported his ass out lmao). He's lost and confused and his instincts have him use Transform to turn into the nearest other Pokemon, which happens to be Inko who is a Shaymin. Inko thinks she just happened across an abandoned hatchling and goes 'well my baby now!'.

There really isn't a direct translation for being Quirkless with Izuku. I think the best thing would be that since he's not actually a Shaymin and isn't aware he can use transform, Gracidea Flowers have no affect on him. So he gets a bit othered for being a little fucky in that regard. But it's not quite the same.
