[ AUDIO RECORDING FROM AN UNIDENTIFIED DEVICE. RECORDING #126. ASTROTEMPORAL LOCATION: Gallifrey, The House of Lungbarrow. TIMELINE DESIGNATION: D–2 ]
[beep.]
The Doctor: Arthur! What brings you here?
Arthur, shaken: Ah- I- I was just... Having some quiet time...
The Doctor: Has something been bothering you?
Arthur: Um... It's fine.. you.. you needn't worry...
The Doctor: Oh please. I can't just let my husband suffer quietly. If something's wrong, you know you have to tell me.
Arthur, growing nervous: Um... I'll just... I'll just go and—
The Doctor: Just one more thing: you wouldn't mind if I take a peek inside, would you? I have been quite paranoid as of late.
Arthur, hesitant: It's a Zero Room. Or.. did you mean...
The Doctor: I know it is. I would just like to make sure there isn't a certain dead child inside. As for your mind, I don't need your consent for such things. But really, you have nothing to worry about, right? You wouldn't lie, especially not to me.
Arthur: Right, right... I'll just...
The Doctor: Why leave so early?
Arthur: Let go— I'm just hungry.
The Doctor: I'm sure it can wait a few more minutes. Besides, you had plenty this morning.
Arthur: Just because you're thin as a twig doesn't mean everyone wants to be. Bit starved looking, you are.
The Doctor: Do not talk back to me.
Arthur: Oh yea right, i forgot that the only person you'd let talk back to you is me if i were a girl named Rose, had bigger tits, box bleached blonde hair and shitty 2000s makeup.
The Doctor: Need I repeat myself?
Arthur: What, you angry 'cus it's the truth?!
[silence. A blunt noise, akin to a hit. Arthur gasps for air.]
Arthur: What the fuck—
The Doctor: Does it hurt?
Arthur: What the hell was— ah- ow-
The Doctor: It's what you deserved.
Arthur: What is wrong with you?!
The Doctor: Nothing. I simply am a Time Lord, unlike some.
Arthur: I AM A TIME LORD!
The Doctor: Then act as such.
Arthur: You— you can't just tell me what to do! I'm not a tot, i can do as i deem right!
The Doctor: It's not about what you think or want. Not anymore. Maybe on Earth your schemes would've worked. Here? Nada. You are to do as you are told by those above you.
Arthur: You're as much an insolent little shit as i am!
The Doctor: You were given three lifetimes to adjust. Perhaps I should've left you to rot on Earth.
Arthur: What are– back off—
[a shoulder pops. Arthur screams. Crying marks THE END OF THIS RECORDING.]

[ AUDIO RECORDING FROM AN UNIDENTIFIED DEVICE. RECORDING NUMBER #74. ASTROTEMPORAL LOCATION: ||DATA EXPUNGED||, GALLIFREY, THE HOUSE OF LUNGBARROW. ]
[beep.]
Arthur [behind a wall]: ... Hey! Who's there! If you're planning on sabotaging my loom I'm going to tear you into pieces!
[shuffling, footsteps.]
Arthur [clear sound]: What?
Robin: Why are you awake? It's like, five in the morning.
Arthur: Robin what are you doing here?
Robin: ... I came to say goodbye.
Arthur: What?!
Robin: See those three tubes behind you? I won't get to see them grow up, or help them with the Academy, let alone anything else. Thought I'd say my goodbyes now.
Arthur: Nonono– Robin what are you talking about?! Of course you can see them grow up!
Robin: Dad, I can't stay here. For one I am a renegade, for two it just hurts. I have no role in the House whatsoever. Why do you think I left in the first place?
Arthur: But—
Robin: I'd take you with me. I'd really love that. But we both know how that'd end.
[silence.]
Arthur: Something is wrong.
Robin [shuffling their hands]: What do you mean?
Arthur: Robin put your hands- where i- where i can see... ... Empty.
Robin: Dad, I just want to help.
Arthur: "Help" with what?
Robin [voice breaking]: I don't want them to suffer like I did.
Arthur: Nononono- no Robin please don't—
Robin: I know it will hurt you, I don't want to but you know it won't get better.
Arthur: Robin, please—
Robin: Dad, step away from the Loom.
Arthur: No, NO! ROBIN [UNABLE TO BE FULLY TRANSLATED] DON'T YOU DARE—
[something drops onto the floor. Click. Slides. Tik-tik-tik-tik-tik-tik...]
Arthur: No—
[an explosion marks THE END OF THIS RECORDING.]

JD produced edited audio recordings to the court, likely similar to the ones Adam Waldman released to the public for the smear campaign.  More about the audio in the case: here.

LECTURE 19: COMING APART (PART 2): Thursday, January 2, 1969 – Check out the sounds (audio only) of The Beatles on the first day of the GET BACK/LET IT BE recording sessions at Twickenham Film Studios in London. You’ll hear lots of familiar song snippets and overlapping voices in these black-and-white scenes. The audio recording speaks is intriguing and revealing. The Beatles appear to be in a spirited mood here, but they tended to behave whenever the cameras were rolling and the tape machines were recording. Still, this is fascinating to listen to, and it’s fun to be a fly on the wall, just listening to this brilliance unfold.

Apparently, the BTV archives kept audio recordings of every episode ever produced,
meaning that the Lost Episodes aren’t fully lost, they simply don’t have the video elements to accompany the sounds.

Post Reaping Deliberation Day 1 Audio Recording
[Start Recording]
"Okay so, today was the first like, deliberation day. Not fun."
"The Peacekeepers took Therman and I down, and we finally got to meet the other tributes."
"Haymitch told us to not really show off our skills, or at least make ourselves look weak to the other tributes."
"So, we went down there. Met everybody. Lots of young kids this year unfortunately. we have 11 kids under the age of 15."
"The tributes from District 2 are pretty vicious."
"I am... a target for most, which sucks. Therman, not so much. I didn't think he'd listen to Haymitch, but I guess he is for the moment."
"I'm not really... good at anything specific. I kind of just... walked around to scope stuff out."
"Therman really jumped in there, and is already making alliances. He's already friends with a girl from District 6. Her name is Aloita Skimble. She's a couple months younger than him." "Me, I haven't really spoken to anyone. I don't really want to make any alliances because I feel like it will just make everything harder. So i'm really betting on some sponsors."
"I... I wouldn't say no to Therman, though. I'd team with him if he wanted to."
"Tomorrow night is the uhhh...... Tribute Interviews With Ceasar Flickerman. I've always kind of liked that guy."
"Been stressing out about it since Haymitch told me this morning. I'm definitely going to.... have another one of.. those.. before I go out. I'm really hoping I don't do it on stage."
"I've had them before, but not so many so close together."
"Uhm.. heh.. so Jekrin has a whole... appearance lined up. He wants me to be this... weird character who doesn't talk much. Which.... isn't too far off."
"He's really playing up a 'rockstar' image... he found out I can play a few instruments and wants me to bring a guitar on stage. He's actually having us wear the same thing we did at the parade, but he added these really cool black trenchcoats."
"He wants me to play onstage somehow. I can't mess this up."
"I don't know if it's electric or acoustic yet, so I'll figure out what I'll play when I know."
[Silence]
"Oh, I think I forgot to mention this after the Parade, but Jerkrin also had us wear these black capes. Honestly pretty dope."
"When everybody was asleep last night, Therman and I were in like, the main room and we were messing around with the TV. And we found this channel where you can like, move around a racecar with the remote buttons."
"We took turns playing until Haymitch woke up. Then he wanted a turn."
"I like him. I feel like.... ugh. I feel like he's a lot smarter than he thinks he is. He's a lot better than he thinks."
"Then Effie woke up and pitched a fit, because we need to be 'well rested'. She's kinda right. I think I'll explore the place with Therman tonight if he wants to."
"Hmm."
"I think that's all. Signing off."

LECTURE 6: MEET THE BEATLES (PART 1): Here’s an actual recording of The Quarrymen (Quarry Men) skiffle group playing on July 6, 1957, the historic day John Lennon met Paul McCartney. Lennon’s group performed on the back of a lorry at St. Peter’s Church Rose Queen garden fete.  One of the people in the audience, police officer Bob Molyneux recorded the set on a portable Grundig TK8 reel-to-reel tape machine. Six years later, Molyneux attempted to give the tape to Lennon (after contacting Ringo Starr about it), but Lennon failed to respond and the policeman locked the recording away for years. Finally, in 1994, he sold it auction at Sotheby’s for £78,500. Thankfully, the recording has been made public by its owner.
