My personal "slot" i'd like to see more of in non-TV DW is the Jamie-less period between Power and Highlanders for as much as Jamie is iconic, only one 1966-69 TV story without him is wearying to say the least for a Two fan.

I think there are some good Big Finish stories that feature Two, Ben and Polly from that period. One is called "The Dead Star."

What makes it worse is The Grinning Worm, a strange creature she has been paid to capture by the goat-headed mad scientist Dr. Harriet Caprin, who Rebecca sees as the embodiment of her nightmares. However, she may have more in common with The Worm than she first thought.

Just listened to my first Torchwood Audio!

I started with the one with jack ianto and gwen in the Mariana trench, then the one about the old people's home.

It took me a bit to get used to because I really wanted to imagine what was going on like you would with a book but there weren't enough descriptions (especially in action parts) to really know how anything would look.

After I got used to that though, it was really enjoyable and now I want more 😂

(actually I did this a few days ago, maybe may 3rd?, or something but drafted it and forgot about it)

I’m considering making audio recordings of one or two of my more scary short stories and posting them to the channel I’ve been cranking on. So, I’d like to put it to you guys who’d like to hear it. Here are the topic options:

The Headless Horseman (called “Headless”)

Werewolves (I’ve got three so it’ll be my choice with that)

Dragons (called “De-Flaming”)

The Apocalypse (either called “The Chest” or “Ragnarok”)

Remember the 6 year old girl who was surrounded by Israeli tanks and the red crescent couldn't reach her? Her name is Hind Hamadeh. Here you can hear the phone call her 15 year old sister, Layan Hamadeh, made with the medics. She was killed exactly a moment later including all people in the car, except for 6 year old Hind who was stuck in the car with the dead bodies of her family, Israeli tanks and IDF surrounding her, shooting, preventing anybody to reach her.

That was last night (29.1.24). Today, still nothing. The fate of Hind remains unknown.

palestine red crescent ambulance team went to rescue her yesterday evening, but they have not returned as of now. We lost contact with them about 18 hours ago, and we still remain unaware of their fate and whether they succeeded in evacuating her or not.

Please, share Hind's story as much as you can on any platform. We need to know what happened to her. Put yourself in her place, how terrified she must be. Don't scroll past this.

omg JOUSKA!!! I'm obsessed. His voice acting is SO so good. Everything sounds to natural but clear, and the different emotions are portrayed so well. I especially like the Rival Kingdoms and Hunter of Vampires series. That one with the potion makers was awesome too.

I'm about to listen to the new sci-fi one and am prepared to be very impressed.
