In addition, more forest cover can result in lower surface temperatures in the region, as trees provide a cooling effect on soils and landscapes. This can have long-term regional or even global implications and contribute to climate change mitigation. “(IUCN, 2016)

“The AAN [American Association of Nurserymen] encourages citizen action for environmental enhancement via its Green Survival Program which says that one person can take many small steps to protect and improve the quality of life in our land. Wapion (Fire) Photosynthesis Pokémon #005 - A very prideful Pokémon, Wapion use their manes to absorb sunlight to boost the power of their inner flame, a fire that increases their strength whether they are among their pride or all alone. Though difficult to tame, Wapion who have been trained are extremely loyal, protecting their companions at all cost.

Sereeuw (Fire/Grass) Sergeant Pokémon #006 - Mighty warriors and leaders of their prides, Sereeuw will roar orders to other Pokémon like a commanding sergeant. For stubborn subordinates they will either use a blazing rage to impose fear or a soothing smell to calm them down, obtaining obedience from even the most obstinate underling.

These Grass-type Pokemon were commissioned by @kyuremfan24 and are based off his own designs. They are the Grass Starters of the Nenal Region.

Grudow (Grass) Tiny Bird Pokémon #001 - Grudow eggs hatch within the marshy meadows of the Nenal region, where they remain for their whole life due to the perfect balance between plants and water. They are not strong flyers, and cannot travel very far on their leaf-like wings.

Wedwit (Grass) Leafy Bird Pokémon #002 - Wedwit are often seen in the waters of swampy marshlands, using their wings to glide through the water instead of flying. Spending more time swimming than flying have made them national icons for the swimmers of Nenal.

Swutto (Grass/Water) Pro Swimmer Pokémon #003 - Spending so much of their lives swimming has made their sleek wings well adapted to the water and stronger than most Flying Pokémon. A plant-based oil secreted from their pores coats their feathers, allowing them to glide through the water quickly, without resistance.

Austan Naganadel (Poison/Fairy) #804 - While Poipole normally evolve in Ultra Space or while knowing Dragon Pulse, they can evolve into this Poison-Fairy regional form in the Austa Region once they have developed a close friendship with their Trainer. Poisonous gasses build up in their forehead, with a large portion being expelled through vents in their back, forming their stunning wings.

These time-themed Legendary Pokemon were commissioned by @kyuremfan24. Their designs are heavily based on ‘Like Clockwork’ characters, a comic written by Roxanne13579 and ZeroForever and drawn by Ibenz009.

Sandera (Psychic/Ground) Past Pokémon #128 - Known as a guardian of the past, only drawings and oral traditions exist as proof of this mysterious Pokemon, who is said to have been created from ancient sand by Dialga itself. To protect the timeline from alterations by time travelers, this Legendary Pokemon uses the sand inside her body to send any time travelers back to their original time and restore the timeline to its native state.

Gearera (Psychic/Steel) Present Pokémon #129 - Named the guardian of present time, there exists the most solid documentation of this elusive Pokemon, who is said to have been created from modern clock gears by Dialga itself. To protect the timeline from alterations by time travelers, she is known to use ballet-like dance moves to keep the flow of time in the present.She is able to communicate with both the Past and Future guardians in order to restore balance, though it is unknown how this is possible.

Neonera (Psychic/Electric) Future Pokémon #130 - Like the past and present guardians, this Legendary Pokemon exists to protect the timeline from time travelers who seek knowledge of the future of their world. Created by Dialga from technology built in the future, she uses the numbers on her transparent skin to send time travelers back to their own time. Scientists theorize that this Legendary Time Trio may in fact be one Pokemon existing in different times.
