Cord in Harlem, 1936. The Cord was a luxury car made in Indiana from 1929-32 and from 1936-37. It included features that were decades ahead of its time, including front-wheel drive, a supercharged V-8 engine, chrome-plated side-exhaust pipes, hidden headlights, and a disappearing convertible top.
