Taking a leaf out of @kazoosandfannypacks book here: send me an autumnal emoji and a character, and I'll draw you an autumn themed fanart!!
(Note: I would prefer characters, not ships. You can send me a ship if you want, but send a secondary character along with it, as I might not be willing to draw said ship at this time, and I still want to draw you something!!)

Full moon and squash for the Halloween asks 🩷
MARS! Thank you for sliding in to play! Also you're a pro-wrestler in training??? That's so fucking cool!! Dreamily thinking of Rhea Ripley now thank you <3
Full moon - my favorite candy is Kit Kat Bars. Gimme a break, gimme a break, break me off a piece of that KIT KAT BAR! XD
Squash - I haven't celebrated a tradition for a while since I've been feeling disconnected spiritually. I'm hoping to turn that around this year. Back in 2019, I decorated our old house with halloween themed decor (and had them up through winter), I played nightly horror movies, and I would also routinely cleanse my home with palo santo and do weekly rituals to bring peace and warmth into my home as the weather got cooler. (In 2018 our heater broke during a freeze and our ex landlord never replaced or even bothered to fix the system so it was always a game of wait and see).
Send me a halloween/autumn themed ask!

pumpkin— how do you feel about horror movies? do you like psychological thrillers more or jump-scare oriented movies?
I prefer audio horror, but I like horror movies too! I used to watch so many I would get desensitized, take a break from screens to reset, and then watch some more lmao. I'm a bit behind these days because of full time job and my Star Wars obsession eating my whole entire brain forever.
I like practically anything except jump scare based (and the occasional jump scare but I get tired of them quickly and am picky about them lmao). Psychological horror's great, supernatural horror is great, old school monster flicks are great, pure mindfuck horror that plays with your sense of reality, psychosocial type horror like Jordan Peele, meta-horror (like the original Candyman or if Cabin in the Woods had actually been good), etc. I also like a lot of absurdist or existential dread based crap with horror-adjacent messages and themes (think Synecdoche, New York).
In terms of audio horror, I've listened to every free episode of The Nosleep Podcast to date and kept a written list of which stories were particularly good organized by episode and title so I can relisten. I've done the same with the Chilling Tales For Dark Nights podcast. For things that are more serial than anthology, I'd recommend The Orphans (space based scifi survival horror) and my newest obsession, the scifi character-driven drama Give Me Away, which I'm not sure I'd call horror but whenever I pitch it it has a very horror-sounding premise lmao. I also totally went insane for the worldbuilding in The Magnus Archives and made a note of certain episodes of it that are amazing as both standalone pieces and part of the larger story.
I've seen that Give Me Away has exactly zero fanworks on AO3 and someday I want to remedy that with a series of crossover shorts that would double as character studies of our favourite Star Wars characters through the lens of the "radical hospitality" of the alien rescue program from Give Me Away. How their screening process would go, their motivations for volunteering for the program, what traits the personality experts would look for in which prisoner to pair them with, etc.
I already have an Obi-Wan chapter and an Anakin chapter planned out, I'm working on a few of the clone troopers I think might be open to volunteering, and if I ever finish those I'd be doing Padme, Bail Organa, and several of the OT characters next. Eventually if I ever finish all those I'd do some of my Glup Shitto blorbos from sw books like Master and Apprentice, Jedi Trial, Luke Skywalker and the Shadows of Mindor, and the Jedi Quest series lmfao I'm fucking broken as a human being
It is my personal and extremely biased opinion that EVERYONE should listen to Give Me Away (I'm not being paid to promote this and I don't know any of the actors or creators I'm just autistic), it's only like 8 episodes and most of which are like half an hour long but it changed my entire outlook on life in a similar degree to the Star Wars prequels lmao.

liv lovely hi !! chestnut, rain, hot chocolate && fuzzy blanket for the ask game <3
Dahlia, I'm so sorry for the late reply, but thank you for asking! <3
chestnut (five things I am passionate about - I'm just going to copy my answer for this from the last ask): I’m passionate about writing, reading, Uni (I’ve always been pretty studious & ambitious and I just love learning (new things) in general haha), the dark academia aesthetic/trend and fanfiction/fandom culture (I just love the whole vibe of fandom Tumblr or seeing shipping edits / edits in general on TikTok or YouTube; I love how books and movies and shows can bring so many different people together <3)
Rain (something that makes me feel at home): reading, writing, listening to my favorite music, being surrounded by people I love :)
hot chocolate (the sweetest thing someone has said to me recently): okay, so I was on vacation with my family recently and one evening, we participated in a music quiz. My sister and I were doing really great and made it to the final round, but got eliminated rather quickly by another player and so we lost out on the grand prize / 'jackpot', we 'only' got a bottle of wine as a consolation prize. But then, a few minutes after the quiz had ended, this other couple, who had also played, approached us and gave me their consolation prize (also a bottle of wine), and told me that I was their winner of hearts and idk, I just thought that was really sweet <3
fuzzy blanket (the last dream I remember): okay, so more often than not, my dreams are pretty weird, but the dream I had last night was pretty cool; I dreamt that I went to London with my siblings and we had a really great time! :)

Hi fiona! Tell me more about rainy october zipper 😉 for the ask game. Thanks 😊
Hi! Thanks for the ask!!!
october: what is your favorite autumn-themed scent?
Petrichor! Does that count? Where I live, it rains a lot in autumn, so I associate the smell of fresh rainfall with autumn. Chai tea and cinnamon would be close contenders.
rainy: what is your favorite scary book or movie? why?
I love The Hazelwood by Melissa Albert. It has some Grimm's Fairytales come-to-life vibe, and it's just a dark and creepy in general. And it's fantasy, which is my favorite genre!
zipper: what has been your favorite costume, if any?
My Totoro costume! It was so big and cozy, and I got lots of compliments. I also got my picture on the wall at a sushi place called Sushi Totoro. 12-year-old me was very proud.

hello!! Amber, Pinecone, Fresh Air, Warmth? :D
Hi, Robin!!!
Amber - what's something you do every day?
Wake up
Lay in bed for a while thinking about Stuff
I almost never wake up and immediately get out of bed—I loooove just... sitting in the quiet. It's very fun XD
Pinecone - are you crafty?
Heck NO. The closest I get to being crafty is doodling occasionally in a notebook; I'm more of a reading/writing person :)
Fresh Air - what's something you're thankful for right now?
My friends! My old friends from the place I used to live! My friends from wattpad! My tumblr friends! My YouTube friends! The friends I email! My new friends from co-op! All the friends!
Warmth - bonfires or indoor fires?
Bonfires. Nothing beats sitting out there and roasting marshmallows :p

Apparently mushrooms.
We make pizza for a living, and literally everyone we work with aside from ONE kid hates mushrooms.
They’re our favorite topping ;~;

Amber, evergreen, handmade for the autumn asks 🍁
Amber - What's something you do every day?
Pray. Eat food. Sleep. Spend time on Instagram and Tumblr, ha. My life is very boring and routine, to be honest.
Evergreen - do you like Christmas trees?
I don't dislike them- but I also just don't ... Care. I'm not a Christian. I have no real opinion on Christian traditions or decorations. My Husband enjoys them, however, and so does his family. And that's enough for me.
Handmade - Do you like making presents?
I enjoy the idea of making presents ... Then I try to make presents, and promptly always fail to actually complete them; I think that's a far more accurate statement of things, ha.

lantern - how did you meet your best friend? What were your first impressions of each other?
Okay, funny story.
I met my best friend about 12 years ago (though that's up for debate between us and others, and you'll see why in a minute). We started working together, third shift, nights, four days a week. It was the pits at the time. She found the job because my aunt also worked there, and my now best friend knew my cousin. They'd been friends since they were around 8 years old.
She was...fine. Very blunt and headstrong, which grated because so am I. We clashed a bit, but in a polite way? But she likely didn't think much about me either in the beginning, because while I was always nice, I don't warm to people face-to-face quickly. I prefer to be left alone and given space, something my friend is wholly not good at doing in any capacity.
I eventually warmed up to her. It was just the two of us, a small job that didn't require a lot of people around. Two people on shift during the week, one on the weekends, so we were pretty much stuck, but we started finding common ground and ways to entertain ourselves overnight. The stories I could tell of the things we did (balloon pants come to mind automatically, along with Pixie Stick confetti and making our own bouncy balls). People wouldn't believe most of them.
After we'd been working together for about a month or so, we started talking about my cousin one night, my friend telling me about the different family functions she'd attended over the years, along with several other things they'd done as kids together. And as it turns out, we'd met so many times before working together and didn't remember until we talked about it. She came to family reunions, to birthday parties and holiday gatherings. We went roller skating as kids once when I was staying with my cousin for a week. She'd even been at my cousin's baby shower I'd thrown about six months before, and neither of us remembered until then.
We still laugh about it all the time. It's a running joke for us when people ask how we met of the "which time?" variety.

Morning! Hope it's a great day!
Pumpkin pie, rain and forrest walk for the ask game please 😊 .
Hi!!! Happy Fall!!! It’s been awhile since we’ve played an ask game! I think I have a couple seasonal ones lined up!
Pumpkin pie: Which food always manages to make you happier?
Hmm, this is tough because my diets had to change a lot pretty recently. Probably anything sweet, either snacks or fresh fruit. I really love watermelon at the moment! Or anything chocolate!!
Rain: What makes you feel at home?
A warm purring cat on my lap!! 🥰
Forest walk: What do you do to take your mind off things?
Something athletic usually, like going on a walk or a long bike ride! Makes me a bit sad when winter comes though :(

maize - share the weirdest encounter you’ve had with a stranger on the street.
quilt - how do you take your tea (or coffee)?
Listen I sat on this ask for aeons because going out in public renders me almost incapable of speech and it's been so long since I talked to a stranger at all, let alone a weird one.
I've been hit on by some very eccentric creeps and proselytized at by some very very weird Jesus people but none of those stories are particularly funny. Fortunately at some point during all my changes to how I approach boundaries I acquired some kind of Fuck Off vibe and have not had to deal with either of those things in like 5+ years.
Back in my early 20s in my gym rat days I was the only other person in the weight room an hour before close and there was this guy who asked me to take pictures of him with his phone because he said his friends always make fun of him for having a gym membership and not going so he wanted proof he does go lmfao. I did take the pictures and he didn't bother me the rest of my workout.
Now if you asked me what my weirdest time out in public with a friend is I'm sure I'd have answers bc my best IRL friend is the biggest weirdness magnet I've EVER seen.
And although maize was already asked and answered I wanna give an honourable mention to the Chai Coffsky which is what one of the local cafes I used to frequent calls a spiced black tea latte with a shot of espresso in it. I now do this at home when I want caffeine but also want to be relatively mellow and get into that creative space.

Cardigans - favorite autumn colors?
Crow - what's an unpopular opinion you have on autumn?
from the autumn ask game? :)
thank you for the asks! this made me smile 🍂
Cardigans - I love foresty shades of greens, rustic hues of amber and cinnamon, & warm browns likened to coffee with two spoonfuls of cream or the leaves by my home just after they’ve fallen. these colors are so warm and soothing to me
Crow - hmmm perhaps this isn’t unpopular, but more just of a regional opinion, but I think fall aesthetics can start in the southern United States at the same time it does for the north, even when the weather doesn’t permit it! you can’t blame us for wanting to wear cardigans and knit sweaters in October, though our plight is that the weather hasn’t cooled enough yet in Texas to bear it. I’ll still be lighting candles and watching cozy movies by my fireplace every evening in fall, no matter what the weather outside is like <3
