Last weekend I had a little bit of spare time to go to a nearby park to take some shawl pictures. There will be more to come in the next couple of days. 🍂 We have the most beautiful October this year and I am so much in love with this season. And we are in the midst of our HERBGARDEN knitwear shawl KAL. #hgkskal2022 I decided to offer this KAL as an alternative for everyone who watches the West Knits MKAL with great joy every year, but does not want to start a mystery project they might not like in the end - like me! 😁 Our KAL still runs still the end of November - and I am open to extend it if there is demand for it - so you can still join in while we knit on our beautiful shawls. 🧶 We even have a little chat group here on IG. Guten Morgen Fotofreunde, Hier ist das 3. Foto dieser Serie. Zugegeben, wenn ich diese Fotos mit den anderen in meinem Feed vergleiche, sehen die etwas „blass“ aus. Aber genau so sah es aus und das ist mir wichtig. Sicher habe ich auch Fotos, die ich mit einem Preset bearbeitet hatte, das es nicht mehr natürlich aussieht. Es gibt einfach Motive, zu denen passt es. Es kommt auch darauf an, was ich fühle, wenn ich mir die Raw Dateien anschaue. In den meisten Fällen ist es so, dass ich beim fotografieren schon weis, wie das Foto nachher aussehen soll. Bei dieser Serie wusste ich es bevor ich mit der Kamera losgelaufen bin. Beim Gassi gehen bin ich diese Strecke gelaufen und hatte mir dabei schon überlegt wie ich an die Sache rangehen soll. Das Foto mit dem Mann im Bild, war ein glücklicher Zufall. Die Szene an sich nicht. Just a few more days till our HERBGARDEN knitwear shawl KAL ends on Nov 30th. I don't know about you, but I enjoyed it so very much! 🧶 #hgkskal2022 It was a pleasure to talk and exchange pictures in our chat group. For me, seing my designs come to life is the most wonderful experience. A big "Thank you!" to everyone who shared pictures of their shawls. ❤ I going to pick a winner in the beginning of December. Also, knitting my two-colored version of the Savoring Shawl was just the project that I needed when my knitting mojo was gone. It kept my hands occupied and my mind calm.
