How they get along will be entirely dependent on what Renesmee's doing there on Pandora or Kiri on Earth, what's happened to the Cullens during the timeskip of 2007 to uh whenever Avatar takes place, what the Cullens are doing/where are they, and much more.

I really can't answer this though I do imagine in most universes they'd feel a sense of kinship.
