AVENGERS UNIVERSITY is a discord based, 18+ (mun and muse), canon characters only, college au roleplay group set within the MARVEL UNIVERSE. Avengers University is the only school in the world specifically for superheroes. Founded in the 1950s, the school is famous for notable alumni that went on to become some of the greatest heroes in history. Each of the students compete to be the best and earn their place in the Avengers, the most prestigious and renown superhero group on Earth. After a scandal saw a change in management, the new dean, Val De Fontaine, took over the university with a new vison for the students: commercialization.

Name: Ailis Helasdottir
Age: 25 (too lazy to calculate the Asgardian age so bare with me💀👍)

Powers: Crime and Punishment (+explanation is down in the post)
Let's start with her powers, she was born with her mother's powers, like the ability to channel magical energy into her hand in a technique or projecting this energy to devastating effect, and she has the ability to travel through the astral plane, like Doctor Strange, and is just as powerful in her astral form as she is in the real world. Since she's the daughter of Goddess of Death, Hela, Ailis has some control over the dead as well. This means she can command an army of the souls who reside in her realm, just like her mother.
But her TRUE ability is Crime and Punishment, as she likes to call it, the ability to kill anyone who has committed at least one Crime, especially murder, in their life, by touching them, Ailis can use her ability to kill anyone she thinks is guilty of a crime, or a sin. Since sins are a very vague concept and Ailis herself has a very different moral compass than her cousins, the guilt of the target of her ability is the one who killed them. Her ability is closer to the concept of judgement, which makes her the judge, the jury, and the executioner. She thinks human beings in general are sinners, so her powers pretty much has no limits. The only conditions for her powers to work would be that she judges a person guilty and is able to physically touch them.
Her ability is also one that is able to manipulate a person's mental state. As long as she finds out the crime of whomever she wants to, she can give out an appropriate punishment, and sometimes, there may or may not be a requirement in her target's mental state.
To get to her personality, Ailis posseses psychopathic and sociopathic traits. Appears calm and confident in dire situations not intimidated by her enemies. An extremely intelligent, arrogant and sinister girl who's easily able to manipulate people. She is also confident enough to leave the others capture her several times. Was nicknamed "demon" by her grandfather Odin and banished from Asgard, after showing him her true nature. Now she lives in Midgard amongst people and...sometimes causing trouble.
As a weapon she uses the blades given from her mother, The Blades of Chaos, they were imbued with primordial fire, which allowed them to ignite with every attack that the user performed. The Blades' chains would stretch out for a set distance with each attack, allowing for fluid movement no matter who wielded them.

Leonardo Michael Romano Strange
Age (Depending on the universe: : 26-35
Nickname: Leo, Mr. Strange, Dr. McStupid, Dr.Sexy, Señor  suave~ 
Occupation(Depending on the universe): Lawyer, Any kind of teacher that the school needs, Doctor in orthopedics and Knight.
Personality: A goofball, flirting with guys and girls and can be a bit overdramatic. He can act like the sitcom dummy who jumps into the closest person’s arms with scared. He’s natural stubborn and careless at time but when he’s serious—he’s serious!
Likes & Dislikes: He likes to cook, ride his motorcycle, sing his heart out, model and dance. Tends to watch a movie with his friends (such as with Luna). He dislikes being ignored and not being understood properly and when things get out of hand. Sometimes they are his fault since he loves a good challenge!
Other background information: Since he is a Strange and a human being in MCU, he got some trauma. Has some self esteem issues always putting himself down and very careful with his body. He got into a car crash (Depending on the rp chat it’s different how the car crash happened) so in result he broke one of his legs (almost both of them or died!) and wasn’t able to walk again. So he fell into a state of depression, anxiety and nervousness. With time got over it and was able to win back the ability to walk again.
Estella Sophia Romano Strange
Age (Depending on the universe): 25-32
Nickname: Stell/Tella, Ella, McCrazy. Señorita sola
Occupation(Depending on the universe): Avenger, Biology teacher, Spanish Teacher, Doctor and Queen
Personality: Kind, sweet, stubbornness! She can get pissed off very easily and doesn’t take things lightly. She’s the sitcom big sister for sure (even if she is the little sister) who will stand their pissed off, can get seriously upset and slightly dramatic. However she can be clueless at times and goofy like her older brother.
Likes & Dislikes: She likes to sing and study, riding on her bike and model out the best outfit. Shopping is her thing. She dislikes when people don’t understand her the first time and ignore her rules. Girl got a temper (It’s probably why she’s around Bruce Banner or Tony Stark all the time) who knows? I could go on but we will be here all day.
Other background information: Like I said before, if your a character in the MCU you got some trauma for sure! Similar to her brother, her most traumatic moment came for the famous car crash. She resulted in having both of her hands broken (depending on the rp the storyline might be changed around a bit on how it happened) but it caused her fall in a state of depression, shame and anxiety. With time she got over it and got the ability to move her hands again but still. Never fully recovered from it.

That group of blogs rping Avengers who keep getting recommended to me and the rest of us by tumblr, and then get extremely grouchy whenever we interact with them.
Like, I get it, you want a closed rp. Cool. Maybe say so in your bio or something so we know? Instead of lashing out every single time one of us tries to say hi? Cause we can't tell the difference if you don't say so. And you refuse to say so until it's too late, and then act like it's our fault somehow.
So if you so-called Avengers from that group see this: either find some way to show that you're a closed rp blog, or shut tf up when we accidentally tag you or talk to you.

A 13 year old Bethany was found by Clint Barton in an abandoned orphanage and brought to SHIELD, because his paternal side couldn't let her stay there. They inspected the kid and did some digging into her past. She was abandoned by her father when he realised that he couldn't take care of a kid after his wife's death, so he brought her to an orphanage and left her there when she was 6. Clint suggested that she'd stay with his family until she is capable of finding herself a home and live alone, but Fury had other plans for her and offered for Bethany to join the SHIELD, Clint was against the idea but Bethany wasn't, she agreed to join them because she didn't have anything to lose.
Bethany joined the SHIELD academy and became one of the top students in a few months, she would train hard day and night, hardly eat and almost never sleep. And that's how Fury started to become concerned about the kid, he's not a person who would care about others, his only priority are his missions, but he has been watching Bethany for a while and a sudden feeling of protecting her wouldn't leave him alone.
After Beth graduated from the academy and finally joined SHIELD, Nick would constantly send agents to watch her in case something would go wrong or she'd need something. Clint and Natasha questioned this weird behaviour but he only denied even though it was pretty obvious what was going on.
To cut this short, after denying it for almost a year he finally decided to adopt her and they lived happily ever after, yay!
Bethany is a master when it comes to disguises, she can be whoever she wants and no one would even notice that it's her. Her combat skills could be rivaled with Natasha Romanoff herself because her trainer was no one other than Black Widow herself. She's also really smart, knows her ways with technology, was one of the best science students in SHIELD and has read a lot about the newest/oldest heroes, so she pretty much knows everything about everyone. She knows several languages in case her missions would require her going to another country. Basically, she's the ace of SHIELD.
Fun fact: Some people used to confuse her with Peggy Carter, saying that she maybe her ancestor, hell even Steve thought she was Peggy!

Ging: Derailing god. Knows a pirating / rom site for everything. Adores Pathfinder and 3.5e but runs games as if Tomb of Horrors was just easy mode.
