I like to experience the setting with all my senses. I have a favorite rock I perch myself on each day when walking my dog through the woods. It overlooks a large field surrounded by trees. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My favorite past-time is watching the breeze move from one side to the other, gracefully shifting the top of the trees as it makes it's way along the perimeter. I love to focus my attention to my skin as the wind wraps around me. I tune in to the sensation of the crisp air washing over me, the cold rock underneath me. I can smell the woods, the turning leaves, the distant creek. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I observe a single leaf slowly tumbling down from the tree line and settling into the center of the field. What must that feel like? To be so moved by the breeze, to dance in the sky, to not know where you are headed but trusting you will land where you were meant to be?
