having dated miguel for a long while now, you know exactly how to get on his nerves, but in a good way. you love teasing him because it comes so naturally and easily to you that you just do it; you don't have to think about it, you're just able to, and that's why you like teasing miguel and making him all flustered and shy in front of the new recruits or people at HQ who fear him. you always insist that miguel isn't as scary as he seems... and the proof is in the pudding–the pudding being served by you as you go off to talk to miguel after you discovered that a few spider people you met actually were scared of him.

you wanted to show these spiders just how adorable miguel can be when you tease him just right, and you wanted to bring out the cutest, sweetest side of him out which you know you could do. "miggy..." you cooed to him as the spiders gasped and moved away at you acting all sweet with him, not knowing he had a soft spot for you. miguel looked over at you and hummed in reply. "yes?" "what would happen if i, oh, i don't know–got down on one knee right now and... asked you to be mine for... forever?" you asked him as you placed both of your soft, tinier hands on his broad, built shoulders that tensed up in surprise at your hypothetical scenario.

miguel's eyes got all wide and his lips parted in response–he stuttered out his attempts at a reply, but he kept failing and just appeared even more flustered and shy at your hypothetical. "w-well... what if i... what if i said yes?" he asked you in a hushed voice in reply, to which you laughed and reminded miguel not to answer a question with a question, making him grumble and get more bashful. the spiders watched in awe at how you handled and teased miguel, it made them think that miguel having emotions and being capable of being vulnerable was all a big maybe–but now that they've seen it in person, they're already in love with the two of you acting like sweethearts towards each other and were... kinda wishing you two did propose to each other right then and there.
